For mobile number [protected] in the locality of mindspace, airoli there is no network at all and also dombivli west yashwant nagar old dombivli
Hence we are facing too much issue from many days kindly look into it as soon as possible and do the needful soon
Waiting for your prompt and helpfull reply.

Airtel is going worst nowadayz do the needy soon orelse i need to end these service

    I make a recharge of 499 for unlimited calling & data for 70 days but after 28 days they said your pack is over. Worst experience ever...

    Guys please didn't take any airtel connection, i am using from last 6 years but now they cheating with customer, every time they eat my money when i recharge my mobile, biggest thief company.

    Data ka recharge karane k baad bhi account se balance kat raha hai support me phone karne pe koi help nahi mil rahi hai...

      I have got my sim changed (bcs of regular network loss )from your service point at iris tower shona road, gurugram on 27/11 afternoon but till time it has not activated & your customer care rep is saying that it will take another 24 hrs. what is this ? this is highly irresponsible of airtel. as soon as my sms get activated i will port my number.

        My no [protected] belongs to bangalore and i came to trivandrum on 27th nov, 2017. Since then there is no signal on my phone. It says ‘no service’ on network place. I got sim replaced from airtel office but even it doesn’t work for new sim too. Same issue. I did so many calls to customer care, wrote so many complaints emails but no proper resolution. I am no other contact no and hence i am stuck. If anything happens to me in emergency airtel will be responsible for the same.

            I port my aircel number to airtel in september. I want to convert to airtel prepaid but they told that first three months sim will be postpaid. They charged me rs 500 and informed me that i need not to pay any bill if any bill was prepared.
            In november they send a bill of rs 360/. When i did not pay as i was instructed they barred the network services. Then i had to paid the bill. And now again they have sent a bill of rs 424/
            What is benefits of porting of sim? I was totally misguided.

              Dear sir, my name is a d v prasad. I have ported my reliance pre paid sim no. [protected] to airtel on repeated request made by your executive. Reliance has been disconnected the connection of my contact no. One month has been passed by. But so far, airtel unable to port the sim result connection has been discontinued since one month. All supporting documents have been submitted as and when the rep visited to my home. Proper action has not been taken by the airtel staff and i am being facing problems. Therefore, i request to take immediate action for early connection. I tried to activate the sim by calling 59059, but registration failed. Please do needful and let be know.

                I am manudeep. This is to tell you about my problem that i am facing from airtel postpaid connection. I am getting very good service but from last 2 months, i am getting bill more than i used. I have spoken to the costumer care regarding the same. As per his records, i was in the roaming on 3rd and 4th november and some days in october also but i was in gurugram in my company from 1 november onward. You can contact to my company and check my attendance. So, why should i pay for roaming charges when i was not in roaming. I am getting helpless somebody tell me the right things what should i do for this.

                  My name is uzair khan. I am using airtel mobile no. [protected] from 4 years. I unable to send sms from my network. I wanted to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                  I got a call regarding to pay rs. 10 to resolve this issue. Which bank will not give any permission to share with any of the third party. Then how could this problem will resolve.

                  The internet is very slow I cant even do video call, internet surfing or streaming episodes.
                  Same thing is happening with my airtel 4g hotspot. the internet is so slow.

                      Its been more than two months, my airtel number [protected] has a continuously fluctuating network.
                      For data network fluctuates from 2g 3g and 4g - and sometimes internet is not there.
                      For calls - call drops any time in middle of calls.
                      In my family all are using airtel apost prepaid and all are having same issue be it post paid number or prepaid. Its high time... Now...
                      Your open network coverage show excellent in my area but network is pathetic for last 2 months. My using airtel since 2004 but seems time to give up.

                        2. I was many times talk to supervisor through your customer care from 12 nov 17 and no positive response found till time. He told me that your order/ complain has been closed due to customer not interested as reflected against complain/order. I have no call received in this regard till time during 12 nov 17 to 22 nov 17. Despite, repeated request/ order/ complain, how can possible, i am not interesting. Request investigate the matter and solve the case at the earliest.

                          Airtel do not remind about the plan expiry date, it deducts more from main balance airtel is cheating everyone...

                            Airtel - mobile aur dth, per mujhe lagta hai inka jitna bhi other service hai usme bhi, bharti airtel wale customer ko oollu bana chori karte hai, last day (27/11/2017) ko evening 6.45 pm me 121 sewa pe kal kiya tha maine ye bhikhmange paise kamane ke liye tollfree sewa ka bhi charge katne lage hai. Yahi hal inke dth sewa me bhi hai, dth ke toll free no per kal kijiye aur jeb katwaye.

                              I have gone to airtel store on friday for migrating to postpaid to prepaid. They took my details with adhar card and made me to pay the current month due amount immediately with extra charge (Bill was 464 and made us to pay 484).
                              Then i bought new sim there itself, they told me that my new prepaid service will get activated within 24-48 hrs. We patiently waited till saturday and visited airtel store, they said it will take 24 hrs more as the details was not updated in backend. Even after 24hr my sim did not activated, then again on monday i went to store and the representatives were so rude that they asked me be patient for few more hours, as the backend team will leave office at that time.
                              And the saddest part is airtel store manager didn't even turned to me when i wasasking someone to help me. Most worst part is when i called customer care they said the sim sometimes won't work with iphone (Mine is iphone), then i inserted my sim to android phone then again i called custcare, they asked me to insertt in a basic phone.. Now please tell who will carry a bsic phone, they are just playing with words but no action, and what is the stupidity of getting their 4g sims.

                              From past 6days i dont have my phone, no contact with my family, frnds, office.
                              Worst network, just by sparing huge crores on adds they should spare some money on database to make it work properly.

                                I have a prepaid sim that i requested to convert to postpaid. Got the new sim at my corporate office, visited airtel office and submitted all proofs and completed formalities on 18th november evening.
                                Till date, i have raised the concern multiple times that my 4g is not working using new postpaid sim but there's no resolution from any customer care person of airtel. I received multiple calls from customer care but everytime i need to repeat the problem and reiterate with more clarity.
                                Complaint no. S 81327470, [protected]. More to the pain, my mobile still says, it is prepaid when i try to connect to customer care. I have to use other mobile to talk to customer care.
                                Airtel accepted that there is a technical glitch and it will be solved in 1 day, 3 days etc but no solution till date.
                                My problem is still not solved and i do not have 4g connection for my sim. I am facing lot of challenges at work and also to commute to home at late night as i do not have chance to book a cab.
                                I am very disturbed mentally due to this discomfort by airtel. Request immediate action.

                                  I am using airtel postpaid service since last 3 months... I will face always issue with billing, in recent case i have traveled to abroad and requested for international roaming facility and i got the service but billing amount for 1 month its 11329/- rs but my credit limit is 1500/-

                                  How airtel is charging so much and what is the use of credit limit... There is no meaning for it...

                                    My number [protected] has been recharged with rs 49 for the roaming benefit same as home tariff. And i didn't get the benefit. When i called at 7:16 am to 198 and spoke to the customer care, the lady was saying that i couldn't get the benefit because that was not applicable for my number. But i have the screen shot of the message whihh says that rs 49 recharge is applicable for my number.

                                      I have recharged with 179 plan of yours on my number [protected]. This plan claims to unlimited calling to any network for 28 days and 1 gb internet. Its validity on my phone is 19 dec 2017 but now i can't call anywhere, it is saying that you have low balance to make any outgoing calls. It also shows my calling balance as zero. Its really frustrating. Resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      My Airtel number is registered in Mumbai but currently is on roaming in Uttar Pradesh.                                         At airtel kamla nagar, delhi-110007, mr anupam sood, calls upon his juniors in middle of client interaction. This left the customers waiting on seat or standing in middle of their process.
                                        One must complete the client query of a standing customer before being called upon a meeting for 10 mins.
                                        Mr sood refused to meet me when i wished to talk to him.

                                        I really am frustrated towards airtel. Some services are activating automatically without my knowledge. I got Rs.40 deducted from my balance and I do think that it is a lot of money. This isnt a joke.I wish to return the balance and get this type of mistakes to be resolved.
