I am user of airtel since 10 years and even my family too. But this instance has ruined the image of airtel and i am going surrender my postpaid connection and will never going to use airtel and even not give suggestion to anyone to use airtel. I have lost my mobile 3 months back and i have the copy of police report for the same. Same day i visited green park office of airtel in new delhi to get my connection closed and lady helped me to surrender the connection as well. It was number of bareilly (Up). After 3 months all of sudden people from airtel recovery team visited my home and started asking my parents for money for that number only. Even after telling him the situation he said we can't help it and his meerut office has asked him collect money anyhow. My number was [protected]. Now i am using [protected]. This is totally ridiculous and this is created a mental harassment to me. Hopefully airtel who is such a big and customer centric organisation will look into matter and will help.

    My number is [protected]. I recharges with 448 yesterday just because of good signal where jio signals are not coming in our office. So i recharged with airtel to get calls from company/naukri.. But now i am unable to send messages to naukri premium number[protected]. I want this issue to be solved. Let me know if it is not solved. Please provide some steps how to send premium messages. I am using redmi prime 3s. Very worst answers from different customer care executive. I need this to be resolved as quick as possible. Or else i will file a complaint

      I a. Not getting a single bar of the network in my my both handset. I am recently using 2 numbers of airtel but the network of airtel is very poor inside my house. And my phone no. Is [protected] and the alternate no. Is [protected]. I am not getting network thats why i am facing problem in my bussiness because my business is a call based business if i am not getting a call then how can i connect to people those who want to connect with my company

      So please resolve my problem

        My no [protected] (Govt. Card). On 24.11.2017 i have recharged for rs. 448 as i have been bombarded with sms's from airtel as the best offer for me. Even before recharge i have received the message as best offers for you, 1. 448=ul call+70 gb, 70 days.
        I have been in roaming network on 25.11.2017 and all my incoming, outgoing call and data pack was not working since 25.11.2017. Today i have come back to my home network but still i am not able to make or receive any calls on my airtel network not even data services.
        I have contacted the airtel customer care no 121, one executive informed me to recharge rs. 8 and convert my govt card to normal another one informed to recharge for govt card for rs. 325.
        I have also sent mails and and reminder on [protected]@in. Airtel.com but i haven't received any reply yet.
        I have been using airtel for the last 11 years and this is what i am facing and no body is able to contact me.

          I have go to at airtel store - ranip, ahmedabad on dtd. 07/11/2017 for airtel bank kyc purpose & i have completed my kyc. Aftet next day i have received a message airtel payment bank - that your gas subsidy account transfer in their bank without my intimation, how they can tranfer subsidy account in their bank. Which i have already received subsidy account in my other bank. My airtel wallet number is: [protected], lpg id:[protected], aadhar no.[protected], surendra kori (M) [protected]

              Everytime I make a call it does not happen.It shows unable to make a call.
              I recently ported my number to airtel but I am not satisfied with the services. I have to restart my phone everytime and when i restart it makes a call once and from the next time the same problem starts. Kindly look into this.I am looking for a positive response

                I am facing the same problem with my new airtel sim. I recently ported from vodafone to airtel. I can see the signal bars on airtel sim, but on calling 59059 it is getting disconnecting automatically.
                I talked to customer care of airtel & they given a alternate no. [protected] & asked yo call from my alternate contact no. However, after calling i understood that this no is for datacard verification.
                Kindly activate my sim as soon as possible.

                  Sir,
                  I am defence serving person i have taken postpaid connection [protected] for my family from airtel store name ganapathy road, store id tn_11455_[protected] on 22 june 2017 scheme 299 pack call limit 340 minutes and 1.2 gb per month and paid rs 300 for activation charges from employee name miss geethamani. First payment paid rs 365 on 25 july 2017, second payment paid rs 362 on 26 august 2017, third payment paid rs 591 on 26 sep 2017 which is gradually raising amount every month and i went to airtel store when i came on leave in the month of oct 2017, enquired about bill charges but miss geethamani did not give proper reply and she told call charges more and i have asked bill details but she refused to give. Due to my short leave i went back and still i paid bill rs 461 on 26 oct 2017 and my family informed about nov bill rs 569.93 and i shocked and informed my daughter to go and complaint the matter on 12 nov 2017, at that time mr harshid attend the complaint and he told value added service automatically coming and he retrieved value added service then my daughter noticed after 5 days excess charges automatically coming for next month then my daughter immediately went to airtel store met with mr harshid and miss geethamani, she deactivated the services and told it will not come in future its her guarentee and mr harshid and miss geethamani spoken to me on telephonically they promise me we have stopped all the services. But 5 days the next month usage charges go upto rs 632, my daughter immediately informed and i took leave immediately by air to resolve the problem and i went to airtel store on 25 nov 2017 along with my duaghter and enquired about the bill details to mr harshid and miss geethamani they were able to clear the excess bill amount, in mean time one lady staff arguing me about my daughter opened google pages more thatswhy the bill charges more. After one hour arguement i am not satisfied with your staff behaviour and clarification and finally i have sacrificed myself and i told that lady staff to clear all the outstanding bills then she calculated nov month bill and excess amount plus one month rental charges plus additional charges total around rs 1350, after waived the amount finally she told me to pay rs 1, 000 then i told toi give the certificate but she refused to give in writing and finally i have paid all outstanding bill amount and told to change this number to prepaid. Due to your behaviour of your staff myself and my daughter suffered (Mental and physical tension) for last two months and my expenditure for current trip is more than the bill paid to your company for last six months. I am not satisfied with their behaviour to me, as a defence person serving in border and what about illiterate people. Please intervene them and it should not happen to poor and illiterate people.

                    Last week i had ported my sim from airtel tamilnadu to airtel karnataka. After one week i was asked to change the sims on my phone and the new sim was activated. I am able to recieve calls and sms but i have no way to recharge my number. I have tried all online services. Even the guy at airtel service center is not able to recharge my number. I have tried customer care number too but its useless because i dont get a chanse to speak to an actual person. I feel the network is useless. I will wait for another day and i will be switching to a better network.

                      I traveled to united kingdom on 9th of september. And on that day i had a discussion with airtel customer support and got my bill plan changed to 149 roaming pack also as advised by your team i had deactivated my voicemail service. (Screenshot_1 in attachments). Received confirmation from airtel on the same day for voicemail deactivation. (Screenshot_1_1 in attachments).

                      And for your reference the next 2 months of my billing was perfectly fine according to the plan i was on and there was no voicemail charges applied. (Screenshot_2 in attachments).

                      After 2 months being here, all of sudden on october 30th i receive a message from airtel that my voicemail service is active and my charges are 720 and on 2nd november it was 1080. I have been calling your team from that day. (Screenshot_3_1 in attachments). I even tried deactivating it from my phone again but it said there is no voicemail service active (Last message in screenshot_1_1).

                      And as per conversation with airtel customer executive, he said you cannot activate/deactivate voicemail service from your handset when you are not in home country/network. So question is how did the service got active on 30th october as airtel executive itself said it cannot be done from the phone when number is not in home country.

                      Further i kept getting messages for these and your team kept saying we cant see the bill you need to contact us after you bill is generated (Screenshot_3_2, screenshot_3_3, screenshot_3_4 in attachments).

                      This has been pushed for a month now, and as they have got the bill now get this sorted!!

                        Last week I got call from airtel dth and they says if you recharge with 1199 within 2 hour we give u same package that u seen in last time . I recharge with 1199 .All chanels that I seen last time packages . After 1 and half day 50 % chanels are stopped by airtel dth . I called customer care they says that chanels are not in your package . I sayd you promised me that all that chanels are you can seen that is in your last package . Many time I call customer care but they not respond .
                        Airtel cheated with me .They tak 1199 rs and don't provide me good service and all chanels that they promise.

                          I called up Airtel customer care at 121, an executive guided me the process of conversion from postpaid to prepaid.
                          Then I went to an Airtel Store for the same.

                          The store people told me that they don't have the application form for getting my no. conerted to prepaid in Jharkhand as my postpaid no. is of Andhra Pradesh. And to my surprise, they even told me if I want to keep using this no. I should take the cheapest plan and keep paying my bills.

                          I called up customer care no. who told me the same process of conversion to prepaid again as told earlier by them.

                          Next day, I get a call from customer care telling me a different process for conversion. They gave a call back only because I gave them a poor rating.

                          Moreover, they expect me to pick up their call as many a times as they call me up during the day.

                          They have wasted a lot of my time and energy on this simple task.

                          I asked them to provide a solution in email.

                          I got an email which says to send an sms to 1900 with PORT (Mobile No.)

                          I followed this step too. Now the company needs to give me UPC according to the mail so that I can go ahead with the process of conversion from postpaid to prepaid.
                          I have not received UPC yet.

                          Please provide solution asap as I don't want to pay my postpaid bills without any reason and convert to prepaid as soon as possible.

                          Please provide a solution to my problem.
                          The company is using the policy of ' Let the buyer be aware' which is quite shameful and a big spot on such a big company.

                          Thanks to Jio fir providing great services at such a good and economical price.

                            I am Rajat Kumar Pradhan Consumer id-[protected] is recharge Rs 1199 on Dt[protected] the UDP pack .From that day we are seeing the oriya package till 23rd Nov 2017 but after 24th Nov 2017 that was disconnected and the customer service told that the pack was not included at UDP pack.After seeing one month the oriya package was changed. I have another Airtel digital dth connection with consumer id-[protected] that is also stop recharging due to same problem

                                  This is kasi Visweswar rao from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. For the past 24 days i am continuously follow-up with customer care and Airtel store at dabagarden, visakhapatnam to resolve the no signal issue but all my edforts became futile.

                                  The mobile no is [protected]. Actually the said no was not in use for many days. The main reason is we have misplaced our tab, however recently we got the same. Than we have recharged rs.399/- and got confirmation message. After that we are used for 3 days without any problem. All of sudden there is no signals since than we are continuously approaching your customer care and dabagarden store at vizakhapatnam. We have also submitted photo, aadar proofs at store . This is very ridiculous for the past 24 days the issue was not resolved despite continuous follow up. Very unethical and injustice keeping the customer in dark. What about my money i.e., rs.399/- which I have recharged through on line for one month. Almost the month is ending without use. Please let me know if Airtel want to loot / forefit my money without providing service. Awaiting for your reply for further course of action.

                                      I have been airtel telephone user since 12 years. Problem started after conversion from prepaid to postpaid.
                                      1. Team chased me and converted to postpaid.
                                      2. Then they updated my name in their records incorrectly and started asking for documents for correction for their fault.
                                      3. Airtel gave basic plan for my postpaid connection and started charging double the price.
                                      4. Since i wasn't happy with their services. Team is intelligent and deliberately not willing to move back my number to prepaid.

                                      Ist time when i visited their office in krishna nagar, yousufguda they asked me to clear the bill first. I was willing to pay but team said their server is not available and to come again as they were not sure.

                                      On second day team said they will not accept any requests after 4pm and asked me to come again.

                                      On third day team said they can only take request once bill is generated but my bill was already generated. Team asked me to come again.

                                      Again went for the fourth time where team has rejected request stating they don't digital system in place for aadhar updation and need to get xerox copy of aadhar card.

                                      So went for fifth time and team has rejected my request stating today is saturday and non of team are working.

                                      I'm not sure how many customers like me are facing this problem. But this is causing lot inconvenience and mental agony.

                                      Its the worst kind of services they are offering.

                                      Customer can be senior citizens and for employees working in odd shift for 12 or 14 hrs it very difficult to manage this much time for one simple request.

                                        I have been using airtel since 10 years and everything was working fine for me. From last few months, there is really poor network and have complained about the same.

                                        Suddenly network has been stopped since yesterday for my postpaid connection. I've contacted airtel store and they provided a new sim stating that the old sim might be damaged. Still the new sim isn't activated and this is really annoying.
