From mobile no [protected] money deduct from my bank account and load money successful to airtel app but sill money not showing this aap and i can't recharge or use this money, they are bolck the money. I am complain many time customer care and via mail but problem still not solve. The are avoid this problem. I want to back my money.     airtel invalid number

    I was using airtel sim from past 8 years.
    I have linked all my aadhar, bank to same number. From 26th-nov-17, it is saying invalid number for incoming calls.

    I have contacted airtel store and customer care and below is there reply.
    "your phone number data is not available with us".

    So, request to guide how to get it.

    I would give a negative rating but i dont have an option ;-)
    Bought a new 4G sim... They verified using Aadhaar card... Airtel staff asked to wait for 4 hours for the new sim to get activated... Even after 24 hours... It was not activated... I threw the sim away... I guess this is the end of Airtel era
    I have lost nearly 100rs till today, I want to deactivate hot chillies for my number [protected],
    There is flat 75rs cashback on 348 and above. I have recharged with 448 and didn't receive any cashback.

      My account has been debited by amount 5000 with all my details by bharti airtel pooling account which when i checked from my bank shows it is debited from mumbai. The transactions took place by 5.30 am on 30/11/2017.
      There were totally 4 transactions which took place 1000 inr 3 transcations and 2000 inr 1 transaction.

      I have reported this to icici bank as well but they have mentioned that the transaction was done by airtel pooling account i will share the pooling account details.

      Airtel please return the amount it is 5000 inr which is not a small amount.

      How can this happen without the customer's knowledge.

        My Outgoing calls are barred in roaming. Please fix that problem. I have done 349rs offer but still cant make calls.

          I have made online transaction (From airtel website) for my prepaid number today (Dec 01 2017) morning. But the recharge was done to a wrong number accidentally. The recharge amount is 448. Kindly transfer the amount to my number. My number [protected]. Transaction i'd is[protected]
          Incorrect number is [protected]. The customer care executive did not give a proper response. We have been a long time customer and there is no proper response. After a long time wait they do not give proper response and respect. Kindly do the refund at the earliest and contact as soon as possible.

              In my mobile number, any online recharge is not working. Through paytm or myairtel app or www.airtel.in, it is failing. I had changed my number from chennai circle to karnataka circle 3 months back. Since then i am facing this issue. I have contacted customer care, also visited airtel office near me. Still not resolved. This is really frustrating. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                Some channel are not working e. G. Color marathi, sony hindi, sony set max, disney (Why should i pay engineer visit charges as i have already pay for the same channel)
                I am unable to watch my favourite channels. For few channels when all other channels are working properly. How could those few channels only couldnot receive signal? Its disgusting. When i am paying for those channels. How could you do this. I want the reason and u people to take action regarding this. As soon as possible.

                And when i try to complaint they told me engineer visit charges, why should i pay engineer visit charges as i have already pay and now i am unable to view some channels.

                  I am using airtel payments bank service with [protected] number.
                  I did transfers on 6th nov 2017. Money is debited from my payments bank but not credited to beneficiary. So far there no refund to payments bank.

                  I went through all pains with their customer care with the following complaint numbers. All are closed but no resolution.

                    I didn't just write you to get the refund of rs. 15.

                    I wrote you clearly informing that i didn't even touch the phone, let alone activating any service and when called you to complain about it, the complain manager misbehaved and disconnected the call after 33 minutes without resolving the complain.

                    I demanded the compensation, first for activating such service once more without my consent, and then when i promptly reported it to you complaining about the same, misbehaving with me by disconnecting the call without addressing it.

                    In response to you offering me rs. 15 refund, i told you that it is my money that you've taken from me by cheating me in the name of some service which i never activated, and there are similar complains from hundreds of airtel users in this month itself. I refused to accept rs. 15 refund without compensation of rs. 100 as demanded for the whole trouble, and i also refused to stop it when i didn't start it in the first place.

                    You also mentioned about putting me into some list like dnd but i fail to understand why do you create such categories on your own that compels one to opt explicitly when one hasn't demanded not to be in that list in that list.

                    If i don't get rs. 115 refund and compensation with the matter addressed in full by the close of the day today, i will be compelled to report it to the concerned authorities first thing tomorrow.

                    I didn't start videopindw but i received a message at 12:26pm today that it is started and the balance of rs. 15 is deducted from my account. Unless i stop it, it will continue with daily deduction!!!

                    When i called to complain, i was told that you've sent me multiple confirmation at 12:25:10 and 12:25:17 to activate this service post which you've activated it!!!

                    I wasn't even awake at that time, neither my phone was in use and as soon as i saw the message, i tried to call you for complain!!!

                    Your complain manager's argument was that you don't activate any service on your own but you've activated multiple services multiple times on my phone i. E. Caller tune or hello tune or voice message before the call is connected etc.

                    The manger lied blatantly and made me argue it without any answer for 33 minutes before she disconnected the call and didn't bother to call back either!!!

                    I also tried and draw her attention to multiple such complains about airtel starting videopindw service on other customer in the current month itself without the consent of the customer to which she didn't give any heed!!!

                    One more time i observed the pathetic service from airtel.

                    I want my balance deduction back with a compensation of rs. 100 failing to which will lead me to initiate a formal complain with the concerned authority.

                        I had added 2122 rs in my airtel wallet but when i processed for furter pay to my airtel payment showing the error that "debit for this account is not allowed".
                        It is ridiculous and i am unable to pay my airtel bill because it is last day to pay.
                        I am not interested to pay further from this media.
                        I need my money back at earliest.
                        During check on google found that uidai issued you a notice and objected your payment bank.

                            I have recharged my mobile number with rs 399 on 27th october 2017 by airtel payment app. First time the transaction goes failed my amount deducted fromthe bank account, then i thought that the amount would be credited back in some time and i have done recharge of 399rs again, and it was goes succeeded.
                            So for the previous amount i have lodge a complaint on customer care and the airtel store too, but till the date i have not got my money back and any reply from airtel representative yet.
                            I have visited many times to the airtel store and requested them for the same, but everytime they ask me to come after some time or the next day, even i have droped my number there but they reply back. Sir i am getting very tired with the airtel services. There are many more issues one of them are the network problem of airtel in my residing area, i have also complaind for the same, but results are as usual.

                              Sir,

                              While recharging through online by using credit card, an amount of rs. 399/- was deducted from my credit card but no recharge happened.

                              Hence i once again had to recharge and expected the amount which was accidentally deducted will be refunded to me. This time the recharge was successful and again a sum of rs. 399/- deducted from my credit card.

                              This happened on 31 oct 17, a even after one month the amount is yet to be credited back to my account, inspite of several visits to kasturinagar airtel showroom and requesting them to do the needful.

                              All my pleas have gone in deaf ears, as nothing seems to be happening.

                              Request the amount of rs. 399/- which has been deducted twice by recharged only once be refunded to me at the earliest.

                                I recharged my mobile number for 150 full talk time on 30th nov and after some hours they deducted 49rs for this topdoctorsonline. Without my permission or any notification they just deducted this amount. I never opt in for any of these services through airtel like this. I have been trying to reaching ur customer care for longtime and totally fedup now. I just need the recharge money back in my balance account. Just do something on this. Its totally unfair to deduct without we opt in for something. I dont want anything like this in future as well. And i really feel bad about airtel customer care after dialing for this service.

                                    My mobile number is [protected], toady, 30th nov 2017 i have received one sms on activation of international roaming on my mobile @499, i immediately called customer care 121 to check on that and they said i only requested the service. I said i have not requested any service. Then customer care representative started that i only requested and it is my fault and not ready to listen further. He was not ready to investigate that if i have not requested then why it is activated. He was telling that i login online and requested then i said if you check my airtel account it was not logged in from last 30 days but he was telling that i am lying and i only logged in and requested. Again i called 121 after 30 minutes to check whether international roaming deactivated or not then i got to know that the first person has not registered my complain to deactivate it. My oct month bill also has extra around 550 charges which was not correct and they reversed when i called them. If we don't check out itemized bills every month and we are paying lot of hidden charges for which we never requested.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hello, my name is gurbir singh and my number is [protected]. I have submit my documents for port my reliance number [protected] at[protected] and promised me my number activate on[protected] but couldn't do this aftr that again give me new sim for same number activation and took four day time for number port. But now thay do not receive my call. I am calling on [protected] this person give me sim two times and [protected] this is the person with whom i am dealing but now these both didn't answered my call
