no call received

I have applied for a new airtek broadband connection on friday and i had paid the amount on the same day. Since then i did not have any update and i tried reaching the person who has collected the documents and helped me to complete the process. I was promised that by saturday i would be getting connection installed.

I bought a airtel dongle before 20 june, 2017 at location emc office, bangalore. And imei [protected]. They have not shared the dongle purchase invoice till now. Every now and then they will say airtel has sent you or today they will send you.
I have dropped the email to few people :gopal. Vittal, sbm, ceo. Direct, net, 121, sanjay. [protected]@airtel.in.

recharge unsuccessful but money debited from bank

On 20 november 2017, i made a online recharge of rs 100 but the online transaction failed. The amount was deducted from my bank amount even if the transaction failed. But the money which was debitted was neither added to my bank balance or my phone balance. The transaction id.[protected]. Add the deducted money to my airtel wallet or to my bank account. Please fix this issue soon....

On 18'th oct, 17 i had initiated a top recharge on airtel website and after deduction of rs.1000 and a successful message from their website, i found out that my account did not get credited with rs. 1000 talktime.

broadband not deactivated since months and they are asking for payment!

After applying for a new connection (Application number rtblr7341882) on 23rd june 2017 and making 3 months payment of rs.2585/- via the website (Cheque/ ref no. 990631) they said it is not possible to activate due to technical reasons on 26th june via calls and emails. outgoing calls barred without warning

Outgoing calls on my number (used for 10+ years) have been barred without any warning. There are no dues. Contacted 121 and was told that there is a "documentation issue" and I should contact Airtel office and there is no other way they can help me now. How unprofessional is this act especially since the phone is critical to my business....

airtel payment bank transaction completed in 10 days

I made a Recharge through Airtel Payment Bank on 11-Nov-2017 which failed and I got a SMS from Airtel on 12th Nov that Transaction Status will be updated by 13th Nov.

This didn’t happen.

After that I registered a complaint (No 1014163) on 17th Nov 2017 and did a follow up multiple times. I got assurance from Airtel Supervisor that amount will be refunded in 48 hrs

I have raised a few requests to deactivate my mobile number, until now my number is not deactivated and i am getting the bill every month, which i will not be able to pay the bill as they not deactivated my mobile number despite many requests. unable to do online recharge on my number

direct payment from bank a/c through app not credited

network issue while calling

Since morning i'm unable make calls from airtel prepaid sim which i recently converted from airtel postpaid but i'm able to receive calls.. I tried switching off and on method and even i reinstalled sim in slot.. Even then it's not working... Even i shifted my sim to another mobile but still the problem persists..

I tried contacting call center but unsure to talk to thier executives..

internet not working not getting 1gb per day

I don't be able to use internet from today's morning (20 nov 17) it is not connecting at all. I was recharged datapack of 399 on 25th oct.
