    In month October, Airtel No [protected] bill generated 262 which was post paid plan and sept, Oct combined bill generated 613 .In sept month, total service stop from Airtel (including outgoing, incoming, SMS) then why should I pay sept bill if total service stop From Airtel. Please let me for further process.

      Airtel 4g network is at its worst not even customer care is responding they are simply ignoring us and testing our patience this not good at all.
      Network is fluctuating all the time and there is no any kind of response from customer care instead they are too reckless to respond 4g internet is too worst even with several complaints without resolving and even without intimation they are closing complaint which is not tolerable place raise complaint on airtel 4g thank you.

        My airtel number is suspended that I have lost my sim so that I'm unable to make payment.Now I got my sim back but it's showing emergency calls, I thought that Airtel might have barred incoming and outgoing but when I reached to airtel customer care they said your account is suspended/your mobile no. Is disconnected.Help me on this case of paying my airtel bill.

          Hi, im vignesh from pondicherry and im using airtel prepaid number [protected] for more than 5+ years. On october 27th 2018 suddenly my sim didn’t receive any signal, while i was reporting about this issue to my state head office, they said me to get a new sim with the same number. As they said, i reregistered a new sim with the same number and i attach the address of the airtel store below. After a week of registration, still my sim not yet got any signal and its useless. After many conversation with airtel customer care and the airtel store i. E. Where i reregistered, i didn’t got any response from both for past 19 days. Im really unsatisfied with airtel and as you know the importance of personal number, i can’t even do any trade, online transaction, register or create any type of account in this digital world, this makes me very much disappointed and unsatisfied. I hope you people will resolve this asap. Thank you.

            I have been using airtel since 13 years and airtel postpaid since 5 years. Recently i got the number changed to prepaid. Since then the harrassment of this so called airtel indias fastest network started. I approached the store to change the number to prepaid. They have taken the complaint said it will take 4 days it will all be done and no need to do anything else. After 4 days a guy called and tried to convince me to be on prepaid i denied. After that a lady called me and told me to pay the bill amount and i did the same. Next day suddenly the network disappeared and i reinserted the sim, got the network with balance of 5 rs. From then on i am not able to recharge my number. I try customer care no solution, postpaid people say my number is not post paid, prepaid people say my number is not yet prepaid. I visit the store, they give ridiculous replies that first recharge needs to be done in airtel store, which was never conveyed to me neither by store ppl who took my conversion request not by customer care executive. Then he tried to recharge he said technical issue it will take 48 hours more.

            Without any mistake of me, i was not able to call anyone nor use data for almost a week. My problem is not yet solved. The worst customer care service ever.

            My problem is not yet solved, tried all possible ways but no use. I will suggest in all my friends stay away from airtel and that too from their post paid which is worst.

            I have face same problm ...customer care saying ur prepaid reuqest has been rejected frm urself..but truth is i told them i want postpaid to prepaid..this is smart cheating to get due amount from customer evrytime

              I have been a customer of the airtel for more than 5 years. And the very first thing which i did after purchasing a phone of 50k is to buy in insurance for the device.
              I generally try to honest in whatever situation. The same case applies in this case as well. Generally, i keep my phone in my pocket with some other stuff and my id card.
              One day my id card got stuck with my phones screen protector and the glass of my phone's screen got broken. But i was not sure exactly when and how it happened days, why i mentioned "i am not sure what happened" in the description, have created the summery of my claim.

              Now, the real twist comes here. The company rejected my claim stating "loss or damage to the device under mysterious circumstances"

              What is the meaning of rejecting this claim? How come someone knows exactly what happened inside his pocket.

              Also later i come to know that what exactly happen as i noticed that my id card (Which was inside my pocket too) hence i have created another request. And they have rejected my claim saying once claim cannot be requested again.

              I want you to please take a look at this case. I really hope you will help in and get this issue resolved.

                Registered complaint regarding no signals @ indoor, complaint # 88209116 dt. 22.10.2018.

                Irresponsible network team never ever called me till now, customer care dont have the status of the complaint when they are going to solve the issue,

                Everyday they are saying that they are escalating the issue, but no response till today.
                Each and everyone working in customer care are not well trained, giving false commitments not even a single well trained professional there including the floor managers. All are irresponsible, not professionals, airtel trained to them to say sorry for inconvenience caused. Except this those people wont do anything-either they will escalate the issues or they wont get update from the concerned depts-simply waste calling 12118, 121, 151

                  I have been using my no. Prepaid airtel no. [protected] for a long time. They stopped my outgoing facilities eventhough i have a balance of rs. 212 in my account. They stopped to accept port msg from my number and i had to re-charge with rs 119.00 again for 28 days validity. This is totally not acceptable for a prepaid customer.

                  Kindly resolve this issue urgently

                    My airtel prepaid sim has account balance of around rs.190 but still my outgoing calls validity expired and am not able to make any calls. Even incoming calls validity also about to expire by 24th nov 2018.

                    Tried to recharge for validity extension but still not found any relevant recharge pack. Resolve this issue asap as i am not able to make any calls.

                        I cannot get any incoming calls to my number. The outgoing calls are working. I have nano 4g sim. Nobody is able to call me. However, when i go to city, i get incoming calls there but not at my home, which is outskirts.
                        When i swap other airtel aim in my phone, it works for both, incoming and outgoing calls.
                        This incoming call issue has started around late october and is continuing.

                        I am writing this complaint to bring light on the LIT Club service that has been activated on my number without my permission.
                        Amount of Rs. 99 has been deducted.

                          I had a massive bill of 16000 rs last month as I had some roaming usage when I travelled to Maldives. I didn't pay this bill as I had activated international roaming pack. Unfortunately, Maldives is not covered under in this plan. Airtel customer care didn't inform me about this when I activated this plan. Hence the reason I did not pay the bill.

                          As I didn't pay the bill, Manoj from Airtel called me and told that he will waive of the excess bill if I can pay 2722 rs on the outstanding bill. I requested to make it 2500 rs but he refused that and told he has already checked with the management and finance team, and he has approval only for me paying minimum of 2722 (and not even 2700). I understood the situation and I paid 2722 right away. He told he will waive off the remaining amount and disconnected the call.

                          I didn't get the bill waived off, but he called me and he told that I have to pay more because he calculated it wrongly. Please note he is the same person who checked with management and finance for approval of 2722 RS.

                          I felt so bad and cheated and informed him I will not pay it as I felt like fooling me for some bucks. He told he will disconnect my connection asap. And now it has been disconnected, I am not able to make or receive calls.

                            When i'm in my home i'm not getting any network and my network connection is very poor and more over i'm not getting any what's app messages and even youtube also not opening. I took this sim card recently one month back and even i'm not receiving any calls also.. Im not happy with this network so im requesting you to clear my problem as much as possible

                            Airtel asked the OTP by calling customer care and cut my personal account from 8797 rupees to my personal account and said that my ATM card is blocked, then take the block and then return the money.

                              Airtel outgoing services has been blocked on dated 3rd nov. 2018 and receive message for incoming services also will be block on 18th nov. 2018. I have a balance of rs. 33 and intimate only for recharge for enjoy airtel services but not mentioned the minimum recharge value to start airtel services... Why...???

                              Airtel want recharge by force but signal is not coming in my area near bus stand ludhiana, punjab -141003 and also at many area's.

                              Would request, kindly resolve my problem asap and do the needful for start outgoing services.

                                I went to velachery airtel showroom for converting my postpaid to prepaid connection. The guy at the service center asked me to pay the pending amount along with extra amount which was rs.540/-. I paid upfront and he told the same sim will be changed to prepaid in 3 days. Nothing happened in 3 days, so i called the support and asked them the status, to which they said there is no such request placed!

                                Why are companies so unwilling to convert to prepaid.

                                  I am an airtel customer for past 10 years. Last year i updated my broadband connection as per the suggestion from the service provider. The offer was rs. 1800/ month charge - for 40 mbps speed with new modem set worth rs. 1500/-. Its been an year i am regularly paying the defined charges, and not even single day i have obtained the speed of 40 mbps. Every time i have raised this concern with the concerned department.

                                  After suffering for long, i decided the watch the pattern and hence collected the data for past 1 week and observed that the service provider is absolutely not working on my issue, and i am paying for nothing.

                                  Recent development is, i again faced the similar issue and reached out to the technical department of airtel. The technician visited my premises and declared that they do not support 40 mbps speed ever. From the time i have raised this concern i am getting very poor response from the network and it is not even crossing 1mbps speed. Repeated calls, and follow up messages are not helping, hence reaching out to you for help.

                                  Give me convincing answer why should i not demand refund of entire charges paid by me since i didn't get the promised service.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have 2 airtel set top box connection since last 6 years.
                                    1 have sd and other have hd settop box, hence sd settop box is not working properly since oct, i have complained 2 times in airtel still no solution received.

                                    Sd settop box is every 6 months is faulty and they are charging every time, also they are replacing reparaible set top box.

                                    Kindly help. Airtel not giving any permenent solution.

                                      It is really pathetic to observe such useless services from airtel. I have a postpaid connection of 499 family plan and i have subscribed to airtel secure which comes with my exisitng plan.

                                      On 12th of november my phone (Oneplus 6) accidentally slipped out of my hand and fell on the ground due to which the screen got cracked. Thus, i lodged a claim with airtel thinking it would be covered under the airtel secure plan.

                                      However, i was taken by surprise when i heard that my claim has been rejected since the event a phone slipping out of a hand does not cover under accidental damages. Moreover, the customer care executive told that accidental damage only applies when the device would be subjected to any external force. Such are the illogical statements coming out of airtel.

                                      I request you to look into the concern as after rigorous follow ups all i could elicit from airtel is that it would not be covered under damage protection despite the fact that the device got accidentally damaged. I would like to reiterate that i am going to proceed with legal option if this issue is not resolved and looked into at the earliest.

                                        Iam using airtel prepaid sim for the past more than 10 years. Earlier i got a message that my sim validity is upto 2030. But all of a sudden my out going calls disabled though i have rs.157 balance. A message received to recharge for enabling outgoing calls but didn't mentioned how much to recharge. This is not fair on part of the service provider inconveniencing the long lasting customer.
