My mobile no- [protected]
I’m an Airtel prepaid 3G mobile Internet user. I was recharged with Rs 655 Plan and was enjoying a proper 3G speed but after My 3G plan (3GB data ended) suddenly it slowed down to below 0- 2 kbps. I’m using Rs 655 data plan, got 3 GB 3G data and After I should get at the speed of 80kbps (unlimited). I used 3GB data at good speed. But as the 3G data ended the network is lost and speed slowed down 0-2 kbps. Please solve this problem, I’m not able to use Internet even Cant open Google and also Network is too slow sometimes all signal were lost.

I am facing this problem since last 06 days, I also have registered complaint regarding this on customer care 198 ( complain ref no. 88361 & 48121) and talk to Mr Gaurav (Senior Supervisor) but nothing has been sorted till date.

This type of problem I also faces 04-05 months before in this Rs 655 plan and that time also the complaint was not sorted and they send the msg of complaint has been resolved. I also communicate through mails but the whole process takes the 1month time and my plan got ended.

AIRTEL SERVICE IS KNOWN AS GOOD NETWORK ACROSS ALL OVER INDIA.
BUT THIS TYPES OF ISSUES MAKE THE POOR EFFECTS

    Another worst execution from Airtel. Surya([protected]) is the guy who called me several times from Airtel and explained about 'My Plan'. After several call, I've agreed to migrate my Prepaid SIM to Postpaid. Next day(6th March 2014) some sale's guy(Bhagyaraj - [protected]) came to my office to collect the ID proof and Security deposit money (Rs.300). He didn't give the SIM card but he promised to give the card on next day. Without getting any confirmation from me they've blocked my Prepaid number. Last one week my business and personal calls got blocked. Who is responsible for this? I need clear response on this. And I've lost my business because of this.     Still the problem is not fixed. For more than one week i'm suffering without my mobile number. Everyone started to question me what's hell happening to you number, why you're not picking the call???? All my business got stuck for last one week. Who is going to pay for this?

    I need your Manager and CEO Email Id or Contact Number. I really want to escalate this case.

    For last 10 years I'm using Airtel but today I'm thinking to change the network provider. All because of this WORST PROCESS followed by your team.

      My Airtel data card, despite the Connection Manager showing full signal strength, doesn't stay connected to the Internet for long. And this happens on a daily basis for a good part of the day, mostly during working hours when my Internet necessities are higher. I have contacted the Customer Support toll free number numerous times. They always provide the same solution: delete temporary files using the Run command and then clean files using Disk Cleanup. If that doesn't sort it out, they redirect the call to some kind of 'senior', who tells me to change the Network preference (WCDMA only) in Connection Manager settings and then do a manual search for networks, and select 'Airtel 3G' from the list. This has happened more than four times. Then the 'senior' would tell me he can't help any more, and that a complaint has been registered, and that I will be getting a text message and a call in the next 24 hours. Neither the text nor the call ever came. To start with, this is how the Connection Manager looks like. Notice the signal strength. Also notice the Error 500 on the left pane, which is the advertising pane.         Hi Team, I have converted from postpaid to prepaid on 18nov2013. I need to get refund of Rs.2550/- . They informed me that i will get a cheque in 45 working days. more than 3 months passed away...am unable to get back my money...if i pay my bill 1-2 days in delay you may charge fine of 100Rs extra.         Any update on this issue...55038711, 55023741, 5022400, 55022400 requests has been raised by your team and gave SLA's of 1 month since 3 1/2 months ...i didn't got any resolution...i haven't seen this type of worst customer service in my lifetime...can you please look into this and do the needful...if you can't serve the customers its better for you to close your AIRTEL services.

          My airtel number is [protected] & balance has been deducted by Rs.100 2-3 times even though I have not used for any outgoing/incoming calls or messages in the last 2 weeks. Today I got a airtel service message mentioning "Last call cost Rs.100". How the hell can you make such a deduction? Is Airtel run by a bunch of Burglar ???? Go sell your company to some good businessmen if you cant get profits from operations. On what basis have you deducted the amounts. I need an explanation and I need to receive my INR 200 credited back to my account? Just because I am on International roaming, does that mean you at airtel begin to loot customers like me who have balances in the prepaid accounts???? REFUND all the money you have deducted by way of such nasty looting immediately.

            Arround 1 month ago i have dropped many times a request for restallation and after restallation i am facing no signal problems. i called your customer care a lot of times but they are telling different 2 types solution like just on- off the set top box, and so on.in starting the problem was not more but recently its become very big. i again called to customer care but they told your address is not update so it will take time. i am very much dissappointed from the service.               No refund of Security deposit for postpaid connection

              I changed from Airtel prepaid to postpaid in November 2012 by paying a security deposit of 500 Rupees. When I asked for a bill, the representative in the airtel relationship center(Pedda Waltair, Visakhapatnam) said that they will refund it back either as 100 each for three consecutive months or when I exit. Ok, Fine looks good I proceed to take a connection. So far so good, I got the first bill with no refund in it. I called the customer...

              Hi, While doing multiple online transaction i was trying to recharge Rs200 for my airtel prepaid number.
              By mistake i changed the number and transaction also was scussfull, after realizeing it, i called customer care from my postpaid number([protected]).
              Post paid customer service representative explained the procedure that he will transfer the call to prepaid customer service where i can able to cancel the transaction.

              But once i get transfered, customer service lady simply shouting that sorry we can not do and i have to contact to the number which i recharged and simply cut the phone. What a business ethics she is having, unfit for the job.


              Here is my two transaction i did simultaneously
              There i did STD pack recharge to right number where as that Rs200 was wrong.
              I supposed to recharge to [protected], but i recharged to[protected] wrongly.

              As it is a online transaction, they should give option to revert back or cancel it as long as we have proper transactions.

                I would like a file a complaint against Destiny Infotech a branch of airtel situated at bhishmapitamah marg, kotla mubarakpur, delhi-110003. They have not delivered the sim card order placed to them on 03/02/2014 . Receipt number:001156. The employee with mobile number [protected] has been rude and has been avoiding my calls for the past two days. The branch has also taken a security of Rs:250 and have done nothing to resolve the matter. All they keep saying is that it will take time. I hope this matter gets addressed as soon as possible.

                  I have been using airtel mobile service since 2008 where inthe bill plan was airtel advantage 99 with GPRS 199(Unlimited plan).
                  But the bill plans were changed without any kind ofinformation to me which has resulted in heavy bill.
                  1:- The bill plan was AIRTEL ADVANTAGE 99 when i opted forthe connection till the september (2011) billing cycle of 17th aug 2011 to 18thseptember. But suddenly airtel has changed the bill plan to Bajaj Allianz CUGplan without any intimation from 16th oct 2011 onwards.

                  2:- I had been using the 199/- GPRS unlimited plan since Iopted for airtel mobile service in 2008. But on 8th Jan 2014 airtel changed theGPRS plan to 98/- (2gb)plan without any information. I came to know about thechange in plan when I called up the call center around 10th feb to enquire whymy GPRS connection was not working. There also they informed that the internetusage has gone up to around Rs 8000/- so the net connection has been blocked.

                  I have raised my query with callcenter person how the billplan has been changed without any information and if my credit limit per billis 5000/- howcome the precent bill has gone upto 8864/-.

                  I have been writing mails to airtel since 24th Feb 2014 butthey always revert as "we are looking into the matter and the same wouldtake time.

                    I have airtel postpaid connection with me and already i have been informed abour MNP but all time Airtel is denying MNP request by saying wrong MNP cod and or Contractual Obligation. Now today 11th March 2014, i ring up to customer care [protected] but executive said that we have not any data of your connection and you need to call 59059 but thats wrong number by him. Without using sim card i am getting heavy bill. all time denying MNP request. Idont want Airtel services and want to stop the same immediate to avoid loss in future.

                      I raised a request for 2g pack deactivation for mobile no. [protected] on 4th march 2014 in the evening around 7 PM. CCR confirmed me that your pack will be deactivated within 1 hour and no other information provided. Now Airtel people generate bill of Rs.4733.73 and barred my outgoing services due to excess usage. When I spoke to appellate authorities I was SHOCKED TO LISTEN that in 1DAY on date 4th March, my bill got generated to approx Rs. 4733.73(Rs. Four thousand seven hundred thirty three rupees seventy three paisa) against my credit limit of Rs. 1000.00 (Rs. One thousand only) and they (Airtel India) themselves took decision to disconnect my services of their own even without any intimation or prior warnings. Reason given by Airtel Indian Customer care was my GPRS plan benefits are till 3rd March which is IMPOSSIBLE because I raised a request on 4th March in the evening around 6-7PM because I don’t want to charged for next billing cycle. Charge Rs. 4733.73 (Rs. Four thousand seven hundred thirty three rupees seventy three paisa) in unbilled amount in one day is baseless as It is not possible that someone will use 2G internet for Rs. 4733.73 when there are 3g services available in 10 time lesser amount. And secondly, If my credit limit is of Rs 1000 then how come my bill generate for 4733.73 If you people don't gave full Information to me then why should I suffer or afford excess billing as a customer. Why Airtel decided to freeze my account at Rs.4733.73 against my limit of Rs. 1000.00, why not at Rs.600, 800, 1, 000 or any other figure. My credit limit is Rs. 1000, I have not received any information that I have exceeded my credit limit and suddenly next day my unbilled amount become Rs.4733.30. I have used my internet before deactivating my services; there is no sense of charging for the whole day usage and also Customer care representative doesn’t inform me anything like this. I have also attached the screenshot of message I have received at 7:45 PM that my internet pack has been deactivated. If they have deactivated my services at 7:45 PM than how come they stopped giving me the benefits of 2g Pack from 3rd March. I have used total 778 MB in a month, although I was offered 2GB internet with 80kbps after that unlimited free data with 40kbps speed. Airtel is mentally harassing by generating fraud bills and Stopping my outgoing services.

                      This is too much time to resolve a stupid problem and you guys are not resolving this problem. This is not done . This is not a consumer support function. I will legally initiate a complaint for mentally harassing by closing my outgoing calls without prior information and for over charging than my credit limit.As a responsible consumer I am fighting for the wrong charges so that I can pay only the legitimate charges. But it seems that You guys don't want me to pay legitimate charges. This is last warning to Airtel. Resolve this complaint on high priory.

                        Dear Sir, On 9/03/2014 I called AIRTEL customer care executive to enquire about Dynamic IP Internet Broad band connection as I am an existing customer. As I cannot jump directly to DYnamic IP broad band so thought to enquire few things. The PLAN and TARRIF.The Customer care by name Mumtaz spoke and made me to wait by saying the system is slow. And later asked for my account no. as i did not kept i told to give me 2 minutes time and gave. Initially she told me that 16mbs speed is there then i asked for 4 mbs and its rate and later asked for 2 mbs and its rate. As a customer i would like to go for lowest rates as my income depends on internet. Although she gave me full reqired information, as I was about to dsiconnect she was commenting to her collegues saying "ABBA KYA DIMAK KHAYA RE..." If the customer care does not have patients to answer then what is use. It is absolute hurting the customers mind next time we have to think 100 times to call a customer care service for any querry .Balaji[protected]

                          I applied for Airtel Broadband in Mettuguda, Hyderabad on 6th March. The Airtel Representative (Raj Kumar - [protected]) came, filled the form, took the money (Rs 1000) promising me to install the connection by next day. Since then I have been following up with him, trying to calling him. Everytime he promises to install within " 1 hour" or "Next day" but never comes back to me. I have not even received registration message from Airtel. I called Airtel Customer Care on 9th, to know my status. The person says my broadband connection will be activated and installed within 24 hours. Next day, I called customer care again. This time they say that it will take another 4 days. And the original guy Raj Kumar and his team manager Venkat ([protected]) doesn't bother at all. This company and its representatives is full of fraud and false promises. I don't need this connection anymore and need my money back. Kindly advice the suitable action. Regards Anup

                          I have not received any confirmation of my registration with Airtel Broadband, even after a week. However, the mobile number in the registration form is +91-[protected]. Kindly note the alternate contact number too +91-[protected].

                          Also, I received a call yesterday too from Raj Kumar - [protected], that he will come and install but he still has not come. Kindly initiate the process of returning my money. I am also forwarding this complaint to Consumer Court.

                                  I have Airtel numbers [protected] and [protected]. I opted for activating a service pack of rs75 to make incoming call free in dec 2013. Then on 10th feb 2014 I requested to stop it. I got confirmation on same day that service has been stopped. But airtel is still charging Rs 75 in both my bills fraudulently. I tried to put complaints on their site bit it is not accepting any complaints. Please help me. Should I go to consumer court for this fraud?

                                    Today (On 8th March 2014), I recharged my Airtel Prepaid Mobile number [protected], for an amount of Rs. 1000 /- . According to their website (https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do), this topup should have recharged my mobile with a Full Talktime of Rs. 1000 /-. However, only an amount of Rs. 887 /- was credited to the above-mentioned number. This clearly violates the Talktime Topup information that is being displayed on the website.


                                    Request the Airtel Prepaid Customer Care team to get back to me on this and help me get back Rs. 113 /- credited to my mobile balance ASAP, without further delay, so as to not constrain me to escalate the matter to higher authorities.

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'am I am Airtel Postpaid customer since last 1 & half year As per my tariff plan rental 249 per month i have free local 1000 min, 200 local & national sms & 200 MB Internet but since last 2 month ago company reduce my benefits without any intimation after i call to customer service executive said company send you confirmation sms but i had not received yet any sms from Airtel .
