Airtel L Broadband Service Billing Issues — charging and changing the plans without informing. no resolution and closing the complaints

Dear sir:
On 21st june 2017 we took an airtel broad band fixed line connection and paid ~ rs7000/ one time. The plan is to provide service for six month and one month free. The billing will start from 21st jan 2018 onwards. However, they have inititated the billing from dec 2107 itself. I realised it in the month of feb2018.in fact i paid another ~ rs 600 in the month of jan2018..
We lodged the complaint to airtel. No one attends the issue. As of today, five request number generated. Every time different individuals attend without solving the problem. The details are as follows:

As of today they are charging me. We need to only for the month of feb and march. They have colleccted money on 6th jan ~rs~611 and one week back i paid rs: 568. However still they are saying that i need to pay ~2000. They have disconnected the outgoing calls and broad band connection and keep following on withouth resolving the issues. Further, everytime a new person calls and we keep saying the same issue and explain them. Next time another new person calls without understanding the issue and keep asking us what happened. My self and my wife and fed up in explaining the issues to these people and every one agrees over the phone and they do not resolve the issue. A new person again crops up and start talking without understanding the history. Names of people with whom we interacted are lawanya, vidayshree andpraneet etc. I am a loyal customer of airtel since last 12 years for the mobile service. We have four connection at home. I really fed up with this issue and would like to lodge complaint. These customer care people wasted our time and energy since last 20 days and really troubling by calling us without solving the problem. Furthe, when i asked them to respond by mail all the disucssion which we had over the phone no one writes the mail and it is unfortunate to see how these people handle customer grievences. I really no option but to remove the connecction. As this service provider has taken away my peace of mind and distubed so much without solving the problem. Iwould to lodage this complaint.
