I had a excess 9k in my account during disconnect out of which airtel confirmed to refund 7.5k (Don't know why less).
Its been more then 1 month they keep on telling me its processed and will reflect in account in 3 days but nothing happens. I cannot even find a refund initiated record on online refund website and [protected]@airtel.in sends standard reply everytime when asked about status with future dates and promise.

    Hello All,
    Today I am feeling very bad that I made a wrong decision in porting out my number from Jio network to Airtel. I was facing network issues with Jio so I planned to port out my number to Airtel. My number was activated with Airtel on Dec 17th2019. I received my first bill on 18.01.2020 for Rs.1274. I opted for a Bill plan - infinity family plan 499_pkg_808 which was giving me unlimited calls and text messages with a monthly rental of Rs.499. I was surprised and shocked to see my first bill. There were charges of Rs. 655 for sending International text messages which I am not even aware of. As per Airtel these text messages were sent from my number on 1 number ([protected]) from 26/12/2019 - 16/1/2020. There were total of 111 messages sent and it charged me around Rs.655. I don’t know anything about this number and never send these text messages. Even I tried calling this number and it says Invalid. There are many sources & many applications to send messages locally and internationally, why will I be spending Rs.5 per text if there are many choices to send messages free text messages through internet. I called customer care and they registered my complaint and they gave me a Reference No.[protected] on 20/01/2020. Today on 29/12/2020, my outgoing calls got barred and this happened first time in my life and when I called customer care they asked to make the Full payment otherwise services can’t be unbarred. I had no other choice to do so because I wanted to use my phone. Airtel is simply cheating & imposing wrong charges specially with new customers and doing whatever they want to. I wanted to opt out from Airtel again, but I have to forcefully stick with them for 90 days. I don’t know how much more do I have to pay to them in coming 60 days. So people DON’T BUY AIRTEL CONNECTION. THEY ARE CHEATER AND DOING FRAUD WITH PEOPLE AND IMPOSING BILLS……..POOR PERTHATIC SERVICE

      Dear sir/madam

      I have been using airtel prepaid sim which has suddenly stopped working whilst on international roaming. I am currently residing in the uk and have no plans to visit india anytime soon.

      I spoke to airtel customer care executive who suggested me that while my number is active on our behalf, there could be an issue with the sim. Since i can't visit any of your stores physically within the 90 day period, i was suggested to give a letter of authorisation along with my id proof for collecting same.

      When my brother visited the store it was requested to send an email to [protected]@in. Airtel.com for processing of same. Since there is no email id linked to this num i am unable to process any further request through it.

      Now they are demanding my physical presence in an airtel store which is not available in uk. Its not possible to visit store physically in india.

      I have made multiple requests through calls and mails. They just keep giving me false reassurance. Its almost going be three months now.

      This number is linked with all my important accounts. If you could please issue it as soon as possible i would be really grateful.

          When we buy airtel digital tv airtel engineer said that it's 1 year warranty.
          But after 6 Months when i face problem they said we charge 150 INR
          for what
          50 rupee's for engineer
          and 100 INR for remote
          what nonsense
          we pay 150 rupee's and wait for 48 hour's.

            Event after complaining by email a number of time to airtel customer care and nodaloffice email id for close connection request because o[censored]nwanted tariff charges and bad & intermittent network band width.

            They are neither resolving nor taking action after a number of email requests for continuous 4-5 days.

              To day on[protected] about 11:45 A.M. I recharge my airtel prepaid mobile No.[protected] with a plan of Rs.219/- . but after recharge outgoing calls are not activated, only incoming calls are coming . my transaction ID with sbi is ref#IGAHZIEIL9. In this regard, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and activate my outgoing calls also....

              I had port my vodafone no. [protected] to airtel on 22 jan 2020 by airtel agent rajeev kumar (Mob. No. [protected]) 9 days ago. From rudrapur uttarakhand.. I had paid total rs 500 but he still not recharged the plan. He had excused few days but now he is not picking up my call. Its a case of fraud. Need immediate action against airtel agent rajeev kumar. Hope you will take action against these frauds.

                My Customer id [protected] . I have recharged for 390 Rupees on 30 December 2019 for 30 days of service as per the rates available. But got the alert messages saying 27-Jan 2020 will be the last service day. When called the customer care several times, got the message saying that Rs 15 has been deducted as late renewal fees on my previous recharge. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel and penalty on them and bring justice to customers.

                  From very long time I could not able to send messages to other person. My outgoing messages are failed during sending and I try to call customer care many time but nothing happened. Even checked many mobile setting to solve this problem.pelease solve this problem so that I can use my mobile message.

                    Sir i found their number in newspaper i am searching for job i call them they told me to send documents and photo on whatsapp i will send it to him and then they call me and told me to deposit 1850ragistration fee i will paid it and then call me and told me to deposit 7650for security after half an hour it will refund to you i will paid that amount and they told me to again pay money 18650rupees i told them noto pay money first you refund my first money and then i will pay why you ask me again and again to pay money

                      My wifi broadband was disconnected 6 months ago in the month of jul, first of all the company took nearly two months to disconnect the same and was continuously billing me. After long chain of mails, they finally agreed to their mistake. Now again i am getting messages from them to handover the router when i don't even stay at the same place and everything had been settled before. This is nothing but ultimate consumer harassment repeatedly which takes a lot of my time and effort everytime.

                        Recently i did a payment for airtel. Its done through my amazon pay account.
                        The money is debited from my amazon pay account but airtel is not verifying it. Such a worst telecom service.
                        Also airtel is torturing customers in all the ways just like ; the account get deactivated within 2 days once the unlimited pack is over
                        For activation we need to recharge for minimum 149 rs. Such a drastic experiences.

                          I have subscribed for Netflix through Airtel Mobile app (Mobile -[protected]) at the rate of Rs 499 per month.

                          I have unsubscribed the above subscription through sending message to '56111' from registered mobile number as well as from Airtel app on 24th Jan'20.

                          I have called the airtel helpline number '198' on 24th Jan'20 to confirm that the subscription is successfully deactivated. The airtel representative assured me that the subscription is unsubscribed and I will not be billed for Netflix in future.

                          Today I got the bill generated where again I got charged Rs 499 for Netflix for the period of next one month.

                          Am extremely disappointed with this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from Airtel where the taking the subscription it took few minutes and during unsubscribing it takes this much time and effort from customer side.

                          I would request you to look into this urgently as am not going to make the payment of the Netflix subscription for the next billing cycle since I have deactivated it and it should not come in my billing statement again.

                            I did an online recharge of rs 98 6gb data pack. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not done yet i only got a text message with the txn id. And i haven't received any conformation message of the recharge done successfully. So can you please look through the matter and do my recharge as soon as possible or refund the money.

                              I've ordered for a fastag on December 15th, but it is still showing shipped. It's been more than 40 days.So I would like for a refund or would like it to be delivered, as it is causing a huge problem. And there is no way of tracking where exactly the fastag is. There is no way to even Lodge a complaint regarding the fastag in Airtel app. Toll free number doesn't provide a place for this section

                                I bought airtel sim card on june, 2011 and continuously using from past 8 years.
                                Yesterday 26/01/2020 around 07:00 pm, my sim card stopped working.
                                I went to airtel office for duplicate sim card but they refused to change as it's registered under my friend's name.

                                I have spoken to my friend and he can provide necessary documents for duplicate sim. Also we are ready to change ownership so that in future we will not have such issues.

                                Airtel is not willing to provide duplicate sim despite i am having the sim card and all necessary documents with me. Please help.

                                I paid my airtel postpaid bill on 30th December 2019 through Inditab. The bill amount was Rs.470. Although the amount has been deducted from my deducted from my debit card, Airtel company has not recieved that payment. I hope the payment is made at the earliest.

                                    Tried to surf a website, it shows Airtel redirect/error not resolved...i am unable to access the site . This is really annoying why did i waste money for data services when can't even access it. :(. For some sites it works fine but for the importance sites which i really have to access it's unable to go through.
                                    My wifi service broke down that's why i recharged with mobile data services but hell it's of no use . It's really urgent please resolve this issue

                                      Hi airtel,

                                      Am using my airtel number for the past 9 years, by yesterday my number service went down. Now i have full tower but i can't able to make calls, messages, and data. I got "not registered on the network error" message when i try to make calls.

                                      There is no issue with mobile, am using another jio sim it is working well and am tried to put the sim another mobile facing the same problem "not registered on the network error".

                                      Today am went to airtel store, they checked and said problem is in the sim card. They told me that need to change the sim. Am accepted that.

                                      After that, they ask me for the proof i gave my driving license, they checked and tell that your name only matching with the database. Even my date of birth is not available in your system, your database only has my name and address, even my name is mentioned like xxxxx 18/09/2009 like that. Anywhere you see the name has any date with that. After that airtel try to solve that my name is not matching because the date is included in my name in your database.
                                      This is all your faults @airtel not maintaining the customer's database correctly. After i got my number in 2009 two times submitted my proof in your airtel store one for aadhar another one for 4g sim.

                                      Now airtel store guys told me we can't do anything, they openly told that postpaid customers more important for them, not the prepaid customers.

                                      We're also paying money @airtel. I want my number what i need to do

                                      I am been troubled by airtel bill follow up agency, they are really dump doesn't able to understand what we are conveying. Attached image shows the disconnection confirmation and i cleared the final bill also but now after months they are saying you need to pay 200.

                                      yesterday I done a recharge of 49 rs with a Txn ID :[protected] to topup smart pack, I also received a message from 121 about this transaction, however the amount/service is not showing in my balance.
