This is a complaint against my mobile no. [protected] i have asked many times from airtel for the portability or a prepaid sim card by they are not taking my request and demanding for bill payment all the time.in the month of may airtel disconnect my connection dt 23.05.2018 and still demand for full and final bill payment, i got frustrated with their service but still i paid rs 1415 as the full and final payment via transaction no. N[protected] dt 08.06.2018. My connection was already disconnected, and all the services was disabled in the m/o may only and the customer care told me that u can collect prepaid sim card by vising any airtel outlet with security money. Once i visited there they told me to pay the outstanding amount again which i already paid in 08.06.2018. Sir this is a request please help me to sort out the matter as i need my mobile no. [protected]
