I have issue regarding network. I am very much irritated for your very poor network. So please do something. And also problem to file complaint on your your airtel complaint box, seems that u do not want to make complaint on your portal. Tried to contact your gurgoan office but nobody picking up phone. We are using the postpaid plan of Airtel... We deposited a cheque for the payment of our bill in Nov 2016 but was misplaced by your company. So the payment was done in cash too... We were assured that we'll get the cheque back. But the amount wasn't refunded. We request a reply as soon as possible.

I am trying to call 59059 for verification purpose but it is saying to call me on 121 Nd my sim is not activating.. please help into this..
