I have converted my airtel numer ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid 1 weeks before, but after that i am not able to recharge. I visited airtel store many times may be more than 10 times. Everytime airtel person s are saying they are sending email to their respective team but why they are not resolving he is also not aware.
I am totally helpless. Since i am using this number since years so i can't change this number also. I cannot believe that airtel is providing so cheap service.
Please look into this in priority.

    Hi

    I am unable to make out going calls from my airtel postpaid number [protected], not even customer care number 121.

    I am roaming from last two days, the issue is started from today morning. I am couple of airtel post paid and have the issue on both the numbers. I have sufficient credit limit as well.

    My number is [protected].

    Kindly address the issue asap and provide an update if this issue is going to take time to make alternate arrangements.

      Hello airtel,
      I did mnp from mumbai circle to bangalore circle from post paid to pre paid. My mumbai sim now doesn’t receive any signal and bangalore sim card no one can call me. I want do some urgent banking transaction because of this i am not able to perform. I am expecting otp and now with such kind of service i am stuck with airtel with no customer care and no support from airtel service center.

        Dear airtel,
        After suffering the honor (Read humilation) of speaking to your helpful customer care, i have finally given up. Please check this request id number for further research (Just in case you decide to improve) [protected]. Feel free also to check/research all the correspondence one had to endure just to get our connection relocated, amount credited to new account, ask for change of package and then finally getting the point... One can live without airtel dth. Seriously why does airtel even pay the kids who manage 12150 when the bottomline is that all issues can be resolved only through email. None of my issues could be addressed by you voice call customer care. Anyway just to purge myself of all the negativity in dealing with airtel, i have decided to surrender my account balance to the company (A communication which i sent by email... For your convinience) for betterment of your customer care. Wishing you all the very best.

          I am another customer who got cheated by airtel and not able to divert the calls on my numbers as well.

          Airtel advertise them-self as india's #1 network but they don't have call divert/forward option which is very very basic option since all other network providers are having this option without any restriction.

          Except airtel, if you use any other network just you have to provide a valid indian cell phone number (10 digit some time with +91 and sometime with 0) is enough to set the call divert but airtel never support any of the way.

          I called 121 regarding the same, 121 executive said that airtel not have call divert option.

          Then i called 198 and executive told its not network based its completely phone based like that.

          Then i explained the executive its both phone and network based and when i place the check call divert status why its checking from your network like that? Then the call diverted to the senior executive then again senior executive also seems very poor in knowledge about the call divert simply told me "airtel not have call divert" option and also he too told me this is completely based on the mobile phone that we are using.

          Then again i explained about call divert how it will work in detailed manner to the senior executive as well, call divert is completely depends on both the mobile phone and network provider and also i told him that i am able to do with the same mobile phone with the other networks but only with airtel, i am not able to setup the call divert option.

          Then asked him to register a complaint but no proper response from him.

          Then i write a mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com and no response then i emailed to nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com and no proper response and then emailed to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com and i got the response as follows (If you read you can understand how worst they handled me because i sent a complaint regarding the call divert but they sent a response for the bill plan change for a prepaid number),

          As per the feedback received from our concerned team that your concern regarding the delay in bill plan change for your airtel mobile number has been addressed as call divert service is not allowed on given number from your airtel prepaid mobile number as per process.[refernce: rovad[protected] and qrc106091320095020059475].

          So, i lost my all hopes and then i sent a mail to airtel presence [[protected]@in. Airtel.com] about all my problems how worst i have handled by their executives and details about my problem of call divert option.

          So far no proper solution from airtel presence.

          I guess these day's airtel is the worst network provider in india since i have experienced this personally. I am using airtel from past more than 10 years as a service provider but from past around a year very very worst at airtel for sure.

          No care for customer at all. Most of the executives at airtel customer care is very worst in knowledge about the telecom field and about the functionality of the telecom process. Even they never pay attention on which complaint they are working and what type of complaint they are working on if you read the above sample response from appellate team you can understand that much better.

          If airtel keep doing like this then for sure one day they will close their business and all the peoples are are just come to the office and not working will loose their job and airtel will loose their business and customers soon.

          I kindly request all of you before get into the airtel please talk to your friends who are using airtel and then decide to purchase to avoid these kind of issues in future.

          Airtel executives (Worst customer care) and airtel (Very basic option call divert is not available at airtel even newly stated networks are having it but india's #1 network not having) forced me to move out from airtel. So, i have decided to move to the other network who care about their customer well and who provide all very basic options (I already investigated and it seems that all other networks are giving the call divert option without any restrictions for sure.

            Dear consumer compliants,

            It is very sad on the part that i being a prestigious postpaid customer jammu kashmir ([protected]) for last 10+ years, i am being deceived by airtel.

            For last few months i am being given free data of around 30 gb monthly and then forward the balance to the next month​ and i was very much satisfied with airtel and i discontinued my jio number and i decided to use airtel for data as well as calling use.

            The this month due to your technical errors i was not able to receive the bill on time, i being honest with airtel, i called them i inquired about the bill and airtel suggested me to wait for few days.

            Today i checked my bill and i was surprised to see that i being being charged with rs 500/= for the data use... Which was given free to me.

            How would i pay this amount and why would i pay for free data??
            I am not going to pay this data use charges. I requested them please reverse these charges.
            ​ in today world rs 150/= are enough to make unlimited calls and use 1gb 4g internet per day for one month. And inspite of this i usually pay you rs 350/= for just local calling​

            I also wrote to them that if this behavior continues, i will close down all my postpaids as well as prepaids of airtel and will switch to jio.

            I request you indian consumer complaints forum to make them remind of this data charging and reverse the amount and send me the final bill for the month. I will never ever use this postpaid net for anything. If they give me free... This is totak fake free

You people are stealing my recharge balance in this month you charged total 110 rs from my main balance. And i was trying to contact customer care but after holding for 4minitues my call is disconnecting poor customer service. So re credit to my balance as soon as possible.                 Today i recharged for 1 year subscription of rs.5801 (Infinity hd pack) with airtel digital tv. But the validity was showing until nov 19, 2018 instead of nov24, 2018.
                When i contacted customerservice i was transferred to 2 different people and landed with the floor supervisor, i was told that validity will be only for 360 days and not 365 days. When i asked him to take up a complaint on my name for this issue, he refused saying its not a complaint and he wont take it.

                1. Why does airtel cheat the customers by saying 1 year subscription and reducing 5 days in it? Where in the world do we have 360 days for 1 year?
                2. How can the customer service agent refuse to take up a customer's complaint?

                I would like my 1 year subscription to be given for 365 days.

                  I called the customer care to stop one of my packages and the guy did so. Then, i wanted to ask him about some other information but incessantly said that 'thank you for calling airtel, have a nice day!'. I told him repeatedly that i wanted further information but he was rude and acted like he was doing a favor to me by talking to me. This was the last nail in the coffin for your customer care behaviour. I'll disconnect my connection as soon as my current validity expires. Your customer care sucks! Absolutely pathetic services!                     I have switched my network to airtel. Since from yesterday night i can airtel bars in mobile but no services are activated. I dont have any other number. My ported airtel number is [protected]. I tried to call 59059 for tele verification too but it is connecting to some hello tunes. Airtel is really irritating customers in the intial stage only. Please help me to resolve as soon as possible consider urgency and if any inputs you can contact my friend contact number [protected].

                      I am fool for using airtel services

                      Since last 9 years complete my postpaid number [protected] i was strictly warn about network services. Will quite for the same issue.

                      I was there before 3 days and pay the full bill by card. And also given the document and got a h2 prepaid sim card. They given surety for automatic close postpaid then use this prepaid and activate calling on 59090 and some recharge 6 rupees

                      But from morning my number close and when do the procedure it not register on network... I am far away from your store...

                      Very bad services i feel again...

                        Activation delay of new postpaid connection, due to poor service. Irrespective of positive verification and submission of all relevant documents, airtel fails to activate new connection within time. Several follow up with airtel customer care representative in vain. Airtel failed to provide connection even after a week. Highly disappointed with service. Complaint ref no provided by airtel customer care representative doesn't show any records in airtel website.

                          I have linked my aadhar number to my airtel mobile number, but later on found that they have open my airtel bank payment account without my consent and permission. Further they have activated my direct benefit scheme also. When they have not been given the permission. I have called and written to customer care, but poor response. They are asking me to submit the details of my aadhar card, to de-activate the account. My question is while opening the account you have not asked any question, paper or sought any permission, wheras to deactivate the account, now you are asking all such documents. Is it fair. Secondly the customer care don't call to us also to rectify their mistakes.

                              I recharged with rs. 899 on 26 oct 2017 and the recharge benefits were unlimited local & std calls with 2.5 gb data per day for 84 days. From today morning my calls and internet usage are getting charged. I approached to the airtel store at sector 5, salt lake. The representative was unable to tell me the exact reason, she was telling some terms and conditions which i challenged and she called a person over phone for details. Finally she told me that she will call me after getting the details within 7 pm today. As expected, i did not receive the call today. Attached is the ticket i had today in the airtel store. I would like to know what went wrong, what are the exact terms and conditions for my recharge of rs. 899 on 26 oct 2017.
                              I was in roaming for 1 week and often i used to get a message that outgoing was stopped that time, not always though.

                              Please let me also know the next level of escalation if i don't get a satisfactory response.

                                I have raised a request to disconnect the broadband internet connection ([protected]) on last week of september 2017. The call center person has confirmed the disconnection request and asked to pay the final outstanding of the usage till date. Which i have paid within the said period.
                                My expectation was the connection is disconnected and the same confirmation i have received from airtel executive.
                                Now, they have generated the bill for the month of october 2017 and everyday calling to pay the outstanding bill of november, which is really baseless.
                                Please look into this asap and try to maintain better name in market...

                                  home wifi false bill after suspended account

                                  [protected] was my number which was long back suspended by airtel and even after that, airtel raised false invoices. But that's what airtel does with customers. I got a call from a lady yesterday from airtel who said she was calling from bandra court and asked for settlement. Then your lawyer helped me for online payment. Anyway i am not interested to discuss about your unethical tactics for payment recovery. I just want to know when will...

                                  late payment fee charged for payment already made

                                  I have made payment for my 2 airtel phone numbers on 14th november 2017 for which the due date was 22nd november 2017. Payment was made from my cc to airtel money and from airtel money to pay my bills from airtel app.

                                  Amount got deducted from my cc and was reflecting in airtel money on 14th november. Same day amount got credited from my airtel money for 1104 rs for bills payment.

                                  I narayan mondal, an costumer of airtel mobile service having a complain regarding illegally deduction of an amount of rs. 35 on 24/11/2017 at 2:52pm on account of activation of tiny tv service an rs. 75 towards activation of 'what's mobile service ' on 24/11/17 at 3:04 am.
                                  In this reguard it is mention that i am the only user of this no. [protected] and i have not activated except hellotune. This amount which you have charged is totally illegal. You are requested to refund the amount.

                                    My airtel 4g network automatically changing to 3g network and 3g to 2g and sometimes no network at all. From last 10 day iam facing this problem at home... What is the solution of this problem plz reply fast.... Previously also i faced this issue but after sometimes it's resolved, now again i m facing network issue.. Plz solve this problem or else i have to change the network...
