Airtel — new broadband connection running slow | |||
We just had a new connection installed at our place of airtel vfiber. Internet speed is below the desired speed and connectivity is very poor. The connection cracks at times. It's a new vfiber connection and it doesn't provide the desired speed. The company claims to provide 20mbps speed but it hardly provides 300kbps speed. Experiencing the worst internet speed. I was wondering how the GAMEPIND service got activated and I tried to contact customer care, but no use. Service has been activated twice today and I got deducted from my prepaid account of 30 rupees. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately.

I recharged for 399 on Jan 24th for 84 days but now no data and voice call facilities kindly activate the facility as soon as possible

I have recharged today and I didn't get the data balance for which I have recharge. Since it is one day plan, it will get expired by mid night 12. But I haven't received the data balance yet. Also I am facing lots of network issue nowadays. I have tried contact the customer support. but I am not able to contact them.

I continuously calling 121 to speak to customer care number 121&198 there is no option for to select number to speak to customer care number and some options it's not taking input ..I want speak to customer care executive regarding the recharge done successfully but data balance not credited to my account..
Airtel dth [protected] was recharged on[protected] for minimum RS.100/- as I will be out of home for a fortnight. It was successful recharge. But after a couple of minutes it is disconnected on the plea that balance is low. Should be recharged for 200/- more. I strongly feel this is unreasonable and unjustified. - C K Boro. M - [protected]
