Airtel — new broadband connection running slow

We just had a new connection installed at our place of airtel vfiber. Internet speed is below the desired speed and connectivity is very poor. The connection cracks at times. It's a new vfiber connection and it doesn't provide the desired speed. The company claims to provide 20mbps speed but it hardly provides 300kbps speed. Experiencing the worst internet speed.
