Airtel — new broadband connection running slow

We just had a new connection installed at our place of airtel vfiber. Internet speed is below the desired speed and connectivity is very poor. The connection cracks at times. It's a new vfiber connection and it doesn't provide the desired speed. The company claims to provide 20mbps speed but it hardly provides 300kbps speed. Experiencing the worst internet speed.

I was wondering how the GAMEPIND service got activated and I tried to contact customer care, but no use. Service has been activated twice today and I got deducted from my prepaid account of 30 rupees. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately.

Please remove star sports 1 Hindi and add Sony ten 3. I tried lot of times but not contacting to customer care.This is so bad experience, please do the soon as possible.

I have recharged today and I didn't get the data balance for which I have recharge. Since it is one day plan, it will get expired by mid night 12. But I haven't received the data balance yet. Also I am facing lots of network issue nowadays. I have tried contact the customer support. but I am not able to contact them.
Payment bank wallet debit not allowed error msg, Payment bank a/c no [protected], please activate debit function in my ac .
I have raised a request through airtel store to disconnect my airtel dongle service a week before .Till now there is no call ffom airtel regarding this.

But i have only received unlimited call and 100sms/ 1 gb 28 days

I continuously calling 121 to speak to customer care number 121&198 there is no option for to select number to speak to customer care number and some options it's not taking input ..I want speak to customer care executive regarding the recharge done successfully but data balance not credited to my account..
Airtel dth [protected] was recharged on[protected] for minimum RS.100/- as I will be out of home for a fortnight. It was successful recharge. But after a couple of minutes it is disconnected on the plea that balance is low. Should be recharged for 200/- more. I strongly feel this is unreasonable and unjustified. - C K Boro.
