Airtel — no outgoing calls on roaming

I am an airtel user since two and a half years, i am currently on roaming and i have the 349 rs package, 1gb 4g/3g daily and unlimited calls. I am not able to make any calls, i can receive calls and i'm browsing the internet easily. Please help me asap. I am facing difficulty and i need a quick fix.
