I am using airtel prepaid services, recently i have recharged the plan of 399rs which is gives me unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 70days.
From the day one the data speed is worst than 2g speed, i did complain customer care, they have mentioned, network issue in your area, will be rectified shortly, and also recommend to change the sim as well, which i did,
However, the network issue still presents, and when i complain again, they says it's network issue we can't do anything, when ask for refund of the amount, they denied to refund.
Hence i wanted to bring to your attention, about the issue.
