I have incorrectly recharged with 648/- i would like to cancel the recharge and i want a refund of the amount. Or atleast airtel could cancel the recharge the money and deposit my airtel bank.
Iam using a basic mobile and i don't use any of the services available on that recharge.
Details of recharge:
I have recharged through paytm.

Kindly help me to sort this by cancelling the recharge and transferring back the amount to my airtel bank or refund to my bank account.

        Dear service provider

        I wish to make you aware of the horific experience i have gone through for purchasing a new wifi hotspot under 6 month advance rental scheme recently

        I have learned today that the same has been suspended for 'address not verified'

        Call made to [protected] at 6.50 pm today was of no use since they refused to take any request on phone. As informed by them my address has not been verified and i need to visit the nearest airtel store

        My query is simple - shouldn't airtel staff visit my home to verify address? How will my visit to airtel store help in address verification?

        I had recieved a call for address verification wherein i responded to all queries except one when the lady asked me to give details of the landlady as i am on rent which i refused. She then threatened me saying do you want the connection activated or not. I said 'your choice' but as a tenant i will not share any personal information of the landlady. And, my gosh the powerful lady has actually put the connection under suspension??

        Isn't this amazing - the sheer power that now you go and visit the airtel store and beg them for reverification. This actually is audacious. Why cann't some one pay me a visit to verify that i am actually residing at the stated address

        I have other airtel connections with the same address and all of them are clubbed in my airtel account. It is good to be process oriented but you can not become a slave to a rigid process

        Now how do i take forward...

        I am not visiting the store and go abegging - keep my 6 months rental as a gift for airtel csr if you wish

        Would look forward to knowing airtel management view - the connection be damned

              Hi, i have ported in from vodafone on 18/09/2017 since the i am not able to make calls nor send sms. I have visited the airtel office many time but no proper response was given.               Every time I call em up. They say service will be back in 30 mins. After 3 days of such excuse, the senior executive Nagaraj from nagarkovil office extended the timeline untill 22/09/2017 7Pm. Now that’s expired when I call em back they said they cannot connect the call to the specific person & my previous complaint will be closed as they will log a new complaint. This is so annoying. Again they have extended the time for 3 more days.

                We stay at chikmaglur town (Pin:577101). Airtel claims that it is the best network provider and covers every town or almost all in india and karnataka. Chikmaglur is not a hidden district or town. Within this town there are sevral localities and one among them is pension mohalla and we recide there. This area is juist within 2 - 3 km radius of airtel towers and unfortunately there is no proper network as we have to come out of house to speak no matter what instrument we use. Pathetic network which is against the airtel.

                We purchased airtel 4g dongle from the airtel store at chikmaglur this month and it is a post paid connection. From the time we purchased we have never been able to use and also had got the dongle replaced after lot of complaints. Still the same with new dongle we could never use the service. We want airtel to refund the entire amount that we have paid for the dongle (100% refund) and take back the dongle. Since we have not used the connection due to issues we do not want to pay any money also.

                Also please note this point that the AIRTEL store representative by name GEETHA has been very rude and is not ready to acknowledge the issues we are facing.
                Dear Airtel,

                I have had a long discussion with AIRTEL Store representative GEETHA. She has agreed that Chikmaglur area is facing lot of network issues and they have had escalated lot of cases and she agreed airtel's issue especially with DATA. I have recorded the calls and have this as proof as well, Geetha also informed that they will have the issue fixed and provide me a firm resolution that this issue will be resolved by 27th of September 2017. Also informed that they will raise a concern that we as customer will not pay any bills as we have not used the service due to airtel's poor network.

                She also said she will escalate this to her manager Tej Raj by email and then I spoke to her Manager Tej Raj who requested for whatsapp location to be shared of the problematic area so that he can forward the same to Network Engineers who will work on fixing this with the help of latitude and longitudes.

                Suganya has also informed that they will have a resolution by 27th September 2017.

                Here is what I want:

                I want the network issue to be fixed at Chikmaglur area and Airtel to investigate the cases and problems raised by Airtel Store as per agent GEETHA.

                I want Airtel to make sure that all the charges are waived OFF on the post paid data number (4G dongle) as we have not used the service.

                I want Airtel to convert the data number (4G number) from POSTPAID to PREPAID

                If Airtel does not want to convert to PREPAID, then Airtel to make sure that they refund 100% amount of the dongle.

                I received a call from representative stating he is a nodal officer and seems to be unaware of the exact nature odf the issue. Airtel is taking very lightly on this. Suganya from airtel nodal team or higher department spoke to me over an hour on Saturday and she is fully aware of exact nature. Please get this fixed ASAP.

                As promised by Suganya from Nodal team Chennai as well as Geetha and Tej Raj from Chikmaglur AIRTEL store, I should have received a resolution by end of the day 27th Sep 2017 for the Data card issue that I had reported.

                I have been trying to call Tej Raj manager of AIRTEL store chikmaglure but he is not answering my phone calls.

                All of them Suganya, Geetha and Tej Raj promised that Data card will b3 taken back and hundred 100% refund will be given on spot.

                Geetha also promised that entire bill for data card will be waived off since we have not used the service.

                Now I want AIRTEL to either refund 100% amount and take the device.

                Or

                Convert the device from postpaid to prepaid immediately right in front o[censored]s when we visit AIRTEL store ​C​hikmaglur.

                  I am ujwal with mobile number [protected]. My complint regarding internet 3g/4g connection. I have called 4 times to 198 and registered my complaint but without discusdion they are clossing the complaint. Mainly i am phasing internet 4g connection and automatic disconnection of speech. I really fed up with airtel service. Mine is postpaid connection. I have ported from bsnl to airtel recently thinking i will get good service in airtel but now i rellised i made wrong decision. Several time with all different sources i have given compaint nobody solved it. Several times in my speach i will get disconnection. I am getting h+ in my mobile data symbol.

                    I had registered to aritel's family plan (749)/month and bill used to come 1000+. I ([protected]) have added my wife's number [[protected]] also to this plan.
                    4days back i switched the plan to 699. And immediately after that my wife's sim stopped working. My wife visited airtel store 2 times with all the documents and they refused to replace the sim card.
                    Even after airtel relationship manager promised airtel store will replaces but was refused again. Airtel seems to be cheating cusomters!

                        I had created and recharged my airtel money account for rs 63p/- on 12 sept. Since then i'm unable to use my money as it says debit blocked. After raising the issue 5-6 times on mail and 2-3 times on your horrendous helpline my issue is not resolved.
                        My date of birth is 25/11/1988 and i have fowrarded my aadhar card with is both poa and dob. Also forwarded my bank statement showing the transaction.
                        This shows a complete lackadaisical attitude of the dealing exexutives. Please haul them up.

                        Request resolve issue on urgent basis

                          Hi,

                          I took the airtel secure for my mobile phone but when it comes for the claim initially they send me a link for the one-assist for uploading all the details even after uploading everything on mobile app also. They keep me in loop for documents for weeks then after pursuing them for weeks and sending every possible document they send a person to my home to collect the phone. I did the backup and handover the phone whereas after few days they sent a main with the below statement :-
                          "we regret to inform that your device claim of rs.7329.0 has been rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property"

                          After few days they returned the phone and it was more broken then before. I called them and sent the pics to them to that they said get it repaired from outside and we will give you the amount if it is more than 7329 i. E if i repaired the mobile in 10000/- they will give me[protected] rs only.

                          I dint understood their logical and after repeated complaints they said we can not do any thing and you can go to consumer court.

                          So before filing a case in cc, i would like to take the guidance here.
                          Below are the details of the incident

                          1. Incident date & time:- 6th august 2017
                          2. Incident place:- home, bangalore
                          3. Damage type:- right side screen damaged
                          4. Incident disposition:- my daughter was watching youtube on phone and the phone got slipped from her hand and screen was broken from the right side corner of the phone.

                          5. Airtel took my phone and after they returned it was more broken than before.

                            I recharged amount of 349 three times, two times from paytm and one time from official airtel app. Initailly as the paytm payment was unable to process, i recharged it twice from paytm again. But as the recharge was again unable to process, i went for the airtel app, where it was successful for the first time. But unfortunately, after 5 mins, both of my paytm recharges were also successful.
                            Also 349 was a offer recharge and not main balance recharge. I would like to ask for refund of 349 +349 = 698 /- due to 3 times of recharge.

                              My customer id is [protected]. I am fed up with contacting airtel dth customer care, its useless. I have put a complaint regarding my dth signal issue on 11-sept-2017 and till now there is no resolution and on top of that one of airtel technical support guy took my view card. Contacting him to get the view card i got yelled.

                              Sometime the service guy never visit or contact and issue status changed to resolved/closed. So i have to contact again open issue and cycle repeat. I tried to put complain to one of senior executive (If he was) and that was also false promise.
                              Now for last 10 days no tv and doesnt look like the issue going to resolve any soon the way airtel conducting business.

                              This is still not verified. Not even there customer care service executive care to listen. After posting complain they replace my setup box which giving error code : 14 and now i have been following for couple of days which going in vein.
                              Pathetic service provided by Airtel DTH.

                                Its been 3-4 months now i am suffering because of airtel, every month after the bill generation i have to call for rectification on the bill they sent, at times i also had to walk in to the airtel office for help, but end of the day the result is still zero.
                                Now from past 2 weeks internet is not working even after multiple complains to 198, 121, walk in to the stores, problem remains same. Y should i pay the bill wen my phone internet is not at all working for more then 15 days, y should only i suffer for no mistake of mine? I don't know how if this complain will help or not, its just i am trying one more option. As i am done complaining.
                                I got to know now its only consumers who needs to suffer end of the day. From both side.
                                Can i also understand without my number and email id how will you get to know if my complain is valid or not?

                                  My recharge my mobile no with 399 recharge. Under this recharge they were offering unlimited talktime bt when i call airtel executive. They were telling that it's not unlimited plan. As they were offering only 250 minutes per day... And they telling that there were some terms and conditions. No doubt under this plan there's written the terms and conditions apply... But airtel send me daily 20-30 texts repeating same message dat recharge with 399 get unlimited talktime and data for 70 days. So could not they send us single one message with clear plan. And if we search this plan on airtel website. No website is explaining this terms and conditions except there customer executive. So in future if we want to recharge we should have to call customer executive and tell them dat this plan am going to recharge, plz tell me the details.
                                  If they are not giving us unlimited things then why they were using this unlimited word in their plan just to confuse the customer. Please take into this issue it's not only my problem it's problem of thousands of customers who were daily get into the trap.

                                    If any issue in my sim card then why in other place this is working. They have not registered my complaint regarding net work issue.

                                      I requested for surrender of my digital tv connection in the month of may, 2017. Company said they do not take away dish, set top box and remote, and since i do not have very less money in subscription account, there is no refund, and there is no security deposit to be refunded. My connection was apparently closed.

                                      Despite repetitive emails, i still keep receiving phone calls for various promotional packages. I've the trail of all the communications and its annoying.

                                        I have paid 1000rs for installation but Airtel denied connection and then in return they only paid back 500. I have dropped so many emails to them but either they dont reply or if reply they say that there is no record of transaction with me. I have shared with the picture of receipt the guy who came to collect money had given me.
