This is inform u that, i have port my number from tata docomo to airtel [protected] on the day itself i didn't get outgoing calls i have recharged also. I spoke with airtel customer care 121 they told me to buy another duplicate sim. I tried it also. So kindly take action to continue with your network. Asap (Immediately) i hope u will reply soon

    Issue: my airtel 4g dongle is automatically getting disconnected every 15-30mins since 30 days (A month).

    Registered couple of ticket, spent hours of time with airtel customer care, relationship team, network team, nothing is working. No proper response, they always says "will call you in 5mins", no call after that.

    Now if i ask for cancellation, they are okay to cancel the dongle. But they will not resolve network issues.

        Dear team,

        I vandana dhiman w/o ravjot singh using a broadband number[protected] of yours. I am confused from where to start because there is long list of complaints with you guys. I have requested you several times for the disconnection of this number, an executive of your calls me and insists me to migrate the plan instead of disconnection into new one that he offers me, & if i am not wrong mr. Gaurav has called me on 25 jun 2017 he introduced me a new plan of rs 499/- plus taxes and key features of the plan was free unlimited calling local + national, 60 gb free data (3o gb base plan + 30 gb additional offerred) with 4 mbps speed, but on this i told him that i am not using this number and i do not required it further. Then he said i will give u an additional favor is that will provide u a discount of rs 200/ for lifetime and also he tells ur next month of bill will not be generated. But because i was not using your number from past one or two months he has checked the same and waived 500 rs me from my last month and he promised me to activate the plan by tomorrow morning on these conditions, i agreed to use the services again and then i had made a payment of 1765/- from my sbi credit card may be on 26 or 27 june 2017. Now according to me the things are sorted and again i recieved the message on 15th of july of bill due rs 1021/-. Now i was in mindset that no bill for this month will be generated and plan was changed to 499/- plus taxes. But nothing was done at your end. Bill was generated as well as plan was not also changed.

        Now again your executive miss neha called me, i told her all the story for the same then she came to know the reality and gave me discount of rs 500/- on the bill of 1021/- (According to changed plan) and 300/- because your commitment was not fullfill as per discussion, now i have to pay rs 221- for that month, and also she said sir, you first check the bill of august month if it will generate with same plan, you dont make payment till the thing were not getting done.

        Again the bill was generated with the same plan and outstanding amount was 221/- + 1030/- total 1251/-. That was a totally unprofessional behavior i have ever seen. I was literally pissed off from airtel. Every day number of calls are coming regarding the same and i was repeating the story again and again to everyone. Now this the heights today mr. Parveen called me and he tells me another story that neither i spoke to mr. Gaurav and nor to miss neha as per your system status. Then i told him that i have recorded each and every calls of yours. So, today from my busy schedule i spared my much time for this email writting.

        May be i forget to wrote many more thing that happens to me from your side. I recorded each and every call that was coming from you guys and also sending you the same with attachment. Kindly listen it carefully then you will come to know the whole matter.

        According to me the total due outstanding from my side is 221/- + (August rectified bill from your side) + and this month bill, so kindly look forward the same and resolve it asap for further healthy relation.

            Hi

            My number [protected] has been disconnected by the airtel without any request or complaint from my side.

            I had been visiting the airtel stores to retrieve the number as i have no where mentioned or requested the airtel to disconnect my number. I request you please re-issue my number which is registered on my name.

            Also my complaint is how can they disconnect my number without my permission or knowledge.

              Hello sir,

              I have upgraded my airtel sim to 4g sim on 16th september 2017 at the airtel gallery. After upgradation my sms service are blocked.
              My most of the banking services are linked with sms.

              When i contacted airtel customer care on 19th september they told me to wait 48hrs your issue will be resolved then i call again on 23rd september same answer i received wait for 48 hours your issue will be resolved. So i call them again today 26 sept 2017 guess i got same answer wait for 48 hours
              Its almost 10days they cannot resolve the issue. They don't know the reason why it is not unblocked.

              I think airtel must understand what happned when sms are blocked. Instead of giving big advertisement on "airtel ka promise" they should first work on ground level which is completely empty no promise only 48 hours

              This is very serious issue mr gopal vittal. You must take it else people will start moving to other service provider

                I am holding 4g sim of airtel for last 4months and without using internet for last two months bill has been generated, i ask them multiple times to deactivate the sim card still they didn't do from last two months.
                Pls deactivate the card as soon as possible i dont any service from airtel.

                  I added 4100 inr in my airtel money wallet on account o[censored]sing it for various purposes online. However airtel money has frozen my account and not letting me carry out any transaction. On multiple emails they say that my dob doesnt match their records. To rectify and clarify, i have visited the airtel store, mailed my id proof thrice, raised cpmplaints, called call center multiple times, each time getting a standard reply that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
                  My aadhar card is linked to account and these fools tell me that my dob is incorrect in aadhar. Imagine telling the customer that his dob is incorrect. Whats more, they are not letting me withdraw my money back so that i can use it. I have been facing personal distress due to all this madness. Never ever add money in airtel money. They will not give it to you back, imagine the interest income they will make on all this locked up funds

                    Dear airtel,

                    I am trying to recharge my prepaid airtel number [protected] through myairtel app but it's not going through. Please call me and assist me. It's super urgent.

                    Trying to call in 121 and 198 since last 2 hours but not being able to talk to any human being.

                    Also, i have emailed you regarding the issue and have made several posts on social media but no response at all from your side.

                    Horrible, disgusting service!

                      I recharged my airtel number [protected] on 22nd september with rs 399. The offer on my airtel app clearly stated that i would get free calling and 1 gb/day for 84 days. Fortunately, i have screen shots to prove the same to you. However, i have received the offer for only 28 days though i got a text saying it's done for 84 days! I have a screen shot of that as well.

                      So i'd appreciate it if you would kindly look into the matter and sort it out for me and extend the validity of the offer to 84 days against 28 days as promised by you. Please do not mislead your loyal customers who have been with you since more than a decade.

                            I have applied for change of my airtel connection on 20th of september, 2017. When i have called the customer care for update, they informed me that the verification process is completed and it will be done by tuesday (26th of september, 2017). On calling them on 26th of september, 2017 they are saying it will be done in 4 days.

                            I need immediate response regarding this issue.

                              We applied for fibernet connection from airtel we also paid 3536 to airtel but the person who is resposible to give connection gave the same caf number to 2 customers so we didn't get either the connection or our money. We raised this complaint even in airtel customer care but no response they closed the complaint without resolving it. Kindly consider this at priority and help to get our money back.

                                Hi sir,

                                Airtel payments bank account opened with dongle number and added some amount to it. When me amking payments it is asking for mpin which i don't have at the moment. Since it is a dingle number i am not able reset as i will not receive any calls or messages to this number. I have request through plenty of mails to refund or arrange the amount, not even a single person is responding to the mails. Please help me sir. Dongle number is [protected]. Will be thankful for this

                                  My name is praveen. And i'm facing some issues with my airtel 4g postpaid number. I'm able to make calls and receive calls. I'm also able to use my data and receive sms. But, i am unable to send sms. I'm able to send it through my docomo number. I have oneplus 5 handset (I don't think it is a handset issue as i can send sms from my docomo number). I was able to send messages a few days ago, but not since 2 days. The sim is in tray 1 and has reception. My phone bill is due in 12 days, so even that's not a problem. I have attached the screenshot of my device details as well. Kindly look into this issue asap.

                                    On 21st night airtel my network was disconnected i have called up customer care executive told to restartremove sim etc etcwait for 1hr may network issue in that area such response i got. 22nd whole day same story repeats evening i called up toll free number they told to replace sim i was in office i went to a store to replace sim card and it was told in 4hr sim will be active i waited but i did not started. I wasted my sat off sitting afternoon in airtel gallry but no proper response as per them some technical error and your sim is still not active you have wait for 8hr. Sunday i called up customer care again same story some guy spoke he told to wait for 4hr & gave this cr num 79769286 but after waiting not started. Today was working day whole day i wasted my time calling customer care till 4.00pm systems where not working than from 6 i am trying explained at least 4exective they disconnected my calls after keeping me on long hold at last i spoke with one executive he was telling me to wait for 8hr we will activate your service.
                                    I am wasting my time from 21st sep onwards till my issue is not resolved. I am borrowing phones from others just to call airtel customer care people started fun of mine only because of your service. I wasted my sat and sunday i was traveling to your airtel gallry from one place to other. Some say systems are not working you may check other store after reaching they will talk to some people and say it will be active in 4hr of time.
                                    Is this kind of service you guys give to a customer. My mom stays alone at home she was struggling to reach me because of your service.

                                    I want to know why my service was disconnected and who is going to compansate

                                      I want to close my aritel payment bank account. I will done many process like sending close msg to 51619 but no response from them.
                                      It is very important to closed this account. Because of this i faced many problem about my educational scholarship.. So plz closed my account as soon as possible...

                                      I recharged an internet package of 1gb/day with unlimited calls and STD fot 70 days from an Airtel retail store but the message came with the package validity of 28 days.

                                      My name is Rajesh Kumar Airtel No. [protected]. I would like to bring in your kind notice that you opened an Airtel Payment Bank Account without prior intimation to me and my gas subsidy amount transferred in my airtel bank account opened by you.

                                      Its my humble request to please close my account with immediate effect so that my next month gas subsidy goes in my personal bank account seeded with LPG and bank.

                                        I opened airtel payments bank account. But my account was blocked. No debit transactions are allowed since many days. I visited near airtel store but they are useless. I mailed but no reply. Worst customer care service. It is the most worst wallet or bank. Toll free no given but no customer care support only the computer voice. Negligence customer care service. I doesn't recommended airtel in my life time.in my wallet 710/- is there but no transactions are allowing error msg displaying while doing payment. Plz provide solution to this.
