Hi, i have ported in from vodafone on 18/09/2017 since the i am not able to make calls nor send sms. I have visited the airtel office many time but no proper response was given. I have made a complaint many time over phone, mail, social networks & they simply make fake promises. Its been 5 days in a row now. Below are the ref no’s: cogcl[protected],

Updated by arvind2488 Every time I call em up. They say service will be back in 30 mins. After 3 days of such excuse, the senior executive Nagaraj from nagarkovil office extended the timeline untill 22/09/2017 7Pm. Now that’s expired when I call em back they said they cannot connect the call to the specific person & my previous complaint will be closed as they will log a new complaint. This is so annoying. Again they have extended the time for 3 more days.
I have had a long discussion with AIRTEL Store representative GEETHA. She has agreed that Chikmaglur area is facing lot of network issues and they have had escalated lot of cases and she agreed airtel's issue especially with DATA. I have recorded the calls and have this as proof as well, Geetha also informed that they will have the issue fixed and provide me a firm resolution that this issue will be resolved by 27th of September 2017. Also informed that they will raise a concern that we as customer will not pay any bills as we have not used the service due to airtel's poor network.
She also said she will escalate this to her manager Tej Raj by email and then I spoke to her Manager Tej Raj who requested for whatsapp location to be shared of the problematic area so that he can forward the same to Network Engineers who will work on fixing this with the help of latitude and longitudes.
Suganya has also informed that they will have a resolution by 27th September 2017.
Here is what I want:
I want the network issue to be fixed at Chikmaglur area and Airtel to investigate the cases and problems raised by Airtel Store as per agent GEETHA.
I want Airtel to make sure that all the charges are waived OFF on the post paid data number (4G dongle) as we have not used the service.
I want Airtel to convert the data number (4G number) from POSTPAID to PREPAID
If Airtel does not want to convert to PREPAID, then Airtel to make sure that they refund 100% amount of the dongle.
