Hi,

I had transferred my number from airtel postpaid to prepaid around 20 days back and i got the confirmation for the transfer within a week.

But i was unable to do the tele-verification for this number because of low recharge. I made small 10 rs talk-time recharge along with 6-month full talktime recharge of rs 995 to have this number active asap.

After having made the recharge again the same problem persist and i could not do the outgoing call from this number, although incoming services are all good.
I went to the airtel store, they told me that they cannot do anything in this regard and i have to call to customer care number.

Now when i called to the customer care they told that number is partially active and it will take around 48 hr to backend team to resolve the issue, i waited for 48 hr. The given number was still not fully active. I called them again, they again told me to wait for 48 hrs, although i have lost my patience but i had no other option to wait for another 48 hrs.

Look what happened next, yesterday, on 24-may, when i called them again they replied this time even worst., told me to wait for another 72 hours. This time i was sadly depressed by the services they are offering to me and compelled me to lodge this complaint over public portal.

Sir/madma, please help me to get this number activate as soon as possible. I am using this number since last 4-5 years and can not afford to loose it. And so the reason airtel is making use of my obligations.

Hope this will make some impact and they will be in action to start my number as soon as possible,

I have score 416 runs in the Airtel free hit game on Airtel tv app in the 56th match CHN vs PJB game on dt.20.01.2018. But cheat fully they show 366runs and full prize money not given. Screen shot is attached.

This is the most [censored]iest service I have ever seen in my life. Internet connection is bad and call drop as well as call connectivity is poor. Here I am paying RS 550 per month for nothing. Worse service indeed
The messages are not being sent from my sim

    I, shree indraneel boral, proprietor of maa lakshmi stores resides at 132a, raja rammohan sarani, kolkata - 700009, note before your goodself that as per advice of your distributor, m/s durga telecom, 5a, murlidhar lane, kolkata-700073 (Mobile no. [protected]),
    I activated 104 new airtel connection during the month of march 2018. They assured me if i cross the limit of 100, i will get rs.100/=per new conection i. E. Rs.100x104=rs.10400/=. But on 28th april
    2018, i received only rs.4625- rs.231 (G. S. T.)= rs. 4394/= instead of rs.10400/=.

    In this connection when i enquired it over telephone, they agreed that i have done 104
    New connection, but as the 12 new customers did not speak 15 minutes over telephone as soon as

    I regret to say that i have not been informed anything at the time of my new activations

      I made a purchase from airtel online store of i phone 8 on 7th may 2018 and i did a payment of 9500/ which was immediately credited to airtel and as per airtel in 5-6 days but till date on 25th may 18 no phone is delivered
      Since 15th may 2018 i have made complaint to appellate and nodal officer of airtel but no resolution has been done.
      They are neither refunding my money nor they are able to do the resolution
      They have torchered and harassed me mentally. I have to call daily to know the satus but no cal and no resolution from there end

        I have been requesting to deactivate my airtel no [protected] but airtel is not stopping.
        I gave forst request on 04.04.2018 so i received call back and they confirmed my number will be stopped in a week.

        I did payment for the month of feb 2018. After payment number again activated by airtel. I received bill for april and may.

        I asked airtel on 11.05.2018, the airtel executive told me to clear bill till april, we will waive off bill for may month and you number will be stopped.

        I paid bill upto april 2018. But still i am geeting messages to pay bill for may month. So i contacted airtel again, this time ms. Sonia, punjb helpline, told there is no complaint registered to stop services of this number.

        I request to stop this number, [protected], with immediate effect and waive off may month bill.

          I am shashi prakash vasishth from brigade gate apartments, malleswaram, bangalore & facing acute problem & not able to communicate anywhere due to signals problem in mobile phone. My contact no. Is :[protected]. Basically i am from from faridabad, ncr delhi. I have come to bangalore for a few days. I switched from vodafone to airtel only in the month of april. Had i known this problem in airtel signals, i would not have opted for airtel. An.
          Pl. Do something urgently if you can.

          Repeated Complaint made in pollachi regarding signal drop no see to take of AIRTEL Tower in pollachi Nallur area the complaint are pending from Aug 2017. ### hole people does not even bother to take complaint and resolve issue. As result I am switching to JIO Mobile connection which has tower near to my house.

          Customer service 121 useless by the time we get complaint registered . They good in advertising product in
          121 better make the CUSTOMER CARE no to do avdvertising

          They just bunch of joker ... Don't buy Airtel ... I am going change both number of the Airtel to Jio

            Dear sir i have a airtel dth tv connection with account no [protected]. I was doing a recharge on my connection by airtel website i was given a special offer by company to recharge with 4261 along with details "pay for 10 months and get 60 days free". After i done the recharge i got message that your account is valid only for 8 months with expiry date 21st jan 2019. The company has offered the scheme for 12 months and instead giving it for 8 months which is a loot for me as i would have never done such big recharge. I called the customer care where the staff had no idea about the recharge plans and had just one answer we cant help you nor can we take complaint of the issue and asked me to pay more amount to get the benefits. I even asked them to refund the entire amount so even they denied for the same. Pls help me in this issue and punish these fraudulent activities where they loot customers money and then deny all the schemes and plans

              Yesterday i bought a new airtel sim. They said it would be activated in 10 minutes, but until now i didn't activated yet. I checked all the possible ways like changing the sim slots, checking the sim settings and even i changed mobile, but it didn't activated and my mobile number is [protected] can you please suggest a solution to this situation so i have to activate my sim

                Last two days i cannot make a call and message. But i receive my incoming calls. I already complain about it. Customer care give some instruction and i followed it but there is no improvement. They said visit near airtel store and i visited, they provide duplicate sim but same problem arise. Again i contact customer care but there is no response from customer care. Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

                  My airtel mobile number [protected] while recharging for rs. 50/- i found after a second the entire recharge amount has been deducted without any reason. I request you to please delete any additional i. E. Truecaller or any sight, i just want only mobile talk. I request you to please delete if any additional facility given by you with immediate effect.

                    Hi team,

                    It's been more than 12 times and 6 days, i have been through lots of trouble only doing follow up for 4g network access for my number:[protected].

                    Moreover i have visited airtel office several times and raised 3 complaints for this.

                    The airtel customer care executive and floor mangers are extremely uneducated and not up to the mark.
                    So many false promises and assurances made me very unhappy.

                    I feel the brand name and customer support are inversely proposal.

                    Everytime i call, they provide me assurance of resolving the issues in 24/48 hrs its been 6 days am fed off.

                    Moreover i got calls from 4 people yesterday for the same but no one got back after that.

                      In my current month bill i see that ive been charged for 78 international sms which ive absolutely no clue of sending. These messages appear to be to the same international number:[protected] which in unknown to me. The messages have been sent multiple times on days.
                      I'd raised a complaint via the local airtel store in pondicherry (Mg road) on 14th may 2018. Till date this hasnt been resolved.

                        I got a sms in the morning from at-airinf telling 70 rs deducted from my balance:

                        [ thanks for choosing mobistore on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs 70.0 for 7 days. A/c balance rs... At 00:35. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223]

                        I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. Please overlook the issue and refund my money rs 70.0 back to my account and refrain from doing such illegal activity in future.

                          I recently ported my number from vodafone to airtel. I was told that it would take 7-8 days buy in 3 days, my vodafone sim started showing zero network signal and so i put my new airtel sim in. I recieved a message saying that my services were being updated and that i should restart my phone. I did so and then i saw that my network signal was gone. Now i am stuck with no signal. I need help. Asap.

                            at&t toll free not connecting

                            Hi,
                            I need to attend meetings regularly and I am not able make calls to AT &T toll free. It is saying you are not authorized to make this call. I have attended meeting from my number earlier. It is very annoying. Please resolve this soon. I have noticed tgat this happens while I am on 4G network. Whenever I downgraded to 3G or 2G, I am abke to make the call. Please fix this glitch....

                              I'm a postpaid customer of airtel my number is [protected] and my monthly bill is approx 1000+ and which i pay every month regularly. It is to bring to the kind notice that if the network and data issues are not fixed i shall discontinue to pay the bill and immediately port out. Airtel will held responsible for my pending or due bills and i shall not pay at any circumstance. If this issue continue, i shall file a case in consumer court for the losses which incurred to me due to network and data issues in-spite of paying hefty bills.

                                I went to airtel store located in vaishali nagar (Amrapali circle) to convert the postpaid number to prepaid for my father. I took all the documents required along with the photocopy of id proof duly signed by my father. While entering the store i asked the person at token desk whether my request can be processed here. I told him it is my father's sim card and he said it can be done and gave me the token.
                                After waiting in the queue, when i finally went to the service desk, the staff there told me that it's not possible and i need to bring my father along. Firstly, this was in itself a mistake. I should have been denied at the token counter so that my time would not have been wasted.
                                These people took it to next level when the head (Lady) of the store mocked at me. This head-lady was not even wearing her name-tag and refused to tell me her name. This incidence took place on 24th may 2018 at around 7:30 pm. The lady was wearing a white shirt and had specs. I felt really insulted. I request the company to take appropriate action so that she does not treat other customers like this. I never expected this from airtel!

                                      I made a payment for new connection from sunil in thane west, i was promised a connection the next day. I had to make my workers wait two days as sunil told me the connection will be done from the back of the shop. The next day sunil came with another member of staff and said the connection can not be made from the back it has to be made from the front. My workers already sealed the back because sunil said could not be done from back. Then another engineer came today and said he has to take it from the back and i have to open my whole back ceiling pop and plaster.
