I lost my sim card few days back. So day before yesterday i went to airtel store and got the new sim card for the same no.. It got activated after 24 hrs and i m unable to receive messages from anyone. I tried to text on that no. But the sim didn't received any message. Not even bank otp's etc.
I tried to contact customer care also but there was not any response from their side

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    I have made an international call to australia and airtel has charged a whopping rs 180 per minute and the actual rate was rs13 per minute. My bill came to rs4220, i have repeatedly called them for 10days and they have promised many times that the bill be be corrected but they didn't do anything and finally charged my bank account with the ecs payment of rs 4220, i lost trust with this operator, every person i talk to tells a cooked up story and no clear action taken

      Dear sir/madam,

      My self mr. Ulhas vichare. I have taken new 4g sim card from your
      Andheri (E) airtel gallery, person over their gave me the card & told
      Me that my 3g sim will be deactivate & 4g sim will get active in next
      4 hours.

      Its been almost 24 hours & my 4g sim is not active yet. My sms,
      Internet service is not working due to the non supportable 3g sim.

      I have been calling airtel customer care since last 2 days (My earlier
      4g sim was not getting activated since tuesday). But, i failed to get
      Any proper assistance from your team.

      Just while ago i spoke with mr. Mohammad sharif pasha, who is
      Supposedly senior of your one of the team. He was rude & mannerless
      While conversation. Instead of giving me solution he irritated me with
      Stupid questions & his low voice.

      I sincerely need a quick solution to my problem. As my net is not
      Working, my sms service is blocked & there are so many synchronisation
      Issues i am facing.

      Please activate my 4g sim, asap.

        Hi,

        I am using airtel prepaid services, recently i have recharged the plan of 399rs which is gives me unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 70days.

        From the day one the data speed is worst than 2g speed, i did complain customer care, they have mentioned, network issue in your area, will be rectified shortly, and also recommend to change the sim as well, which i did,

        However, the network issue still presents, and when i complain again, they says it's network issue we can't do anything, when ask for refund of the amount, they denied to refund.

        Hence i wanted to bring to your attention, about the issue.

          cashback not received through airtel payment bank

          Hello,
          I have recharged my airtel mobile no. Using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

          I have done a recharge of rs.200 on 23 september 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

          So, i email airtel regarding this on 25 september 2017 but they have provided me with a cashback of rs.2 (I. E. 2%) and neither responded to...

          I got an offer by airtel to my number([protected]) with unlimited calls +70gb for 70 days for any handset. So i recharged it with 399 even though I don't have a 4g capable phone. But I m unable to use Internet even though im getting 1gb per day. My trans id is 53747875 and I did my recharged on[protected]. My region is Northeast circle airtel. Furthermore I have asked to signed in IND airtel network but I am unable to sign in. Everytime I filled up my number the page doesn't load onwards. I will be highly grateful if you look into this matter.

          I have called aircel several times and asked them to help me and stop any other number call divert to my number, but they did not help me, I m getting missile nous calls from unknown people on my mobile and all are saying that thy got missed calls from my side and on asking them that from which number did they get the missed call, than the reply is [protected], which is not my number. And this person had diverted his calls to me and giving missed calls from his phone to unknown users and when they call back the call comes to me . Please help me at the earliest.

            The number [protected] are not activate timely we register the mobile on 20/09/2017 but in verification problem on your dealer problem the activation not completed some technical issue occurred the sim the gave email to company so on 26/09/2017 the sim are automatically activate but unfortunately i register the another number of defiant company so i want deactivate the number

              Hi dignities,

              I were using a number with airtel [protected] before 6- 7 months.in the month of february or march i got a bill of around inr 5670 regarding which i had asked the company to forward an explanatory mail to me but all the time i got the update saying that i had used isd callings. But in actual i hadn't made any isd calls. Further i had forwarded many emails to airtel and dignities like bharat bhusan and many others interacted with me too. And lastly then they stopped calling me. Now by today i received a call saying that the total due on my name is inr 8000 approx which i will have to pay for the number which i am not using since last 7-8 months. What a #!!!. Need a serious look after the same as i am a junior level employee and i can't afford to pay such amount.

                I am using airtel postpaid mobile bill. Since last few months my bill always incorrect and is up by rs 200 everymonth. Then i need to call them and get it corrected.
                This months bill is again rs900+ ideally it should be around rs.460. When i spoke to customer care representative they said i have used some value added service was started on it and now i have to pay this value any how.

                I am really not sure how come some service got started on my mobile and now they are forcing me to pay for it which i was not even aware of. Need help with this.

                    I am an airtel user since two and a half years, i am currently on roaming and i have the 349 rs package, 1gb 4g/3g daily and unlimited calls.
                    I am not able to make any calls, i can receive calls and i'm browsing the internet easily. Please help me asap. I am facing difficulty and i need a quick fix. Otherwise i may be compelled to switch network.

                      I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I called customer care 6 times this morning and no satisfactory response was provided. Finally that was escalated to hema and she told that number is already active and asked me to contact the airtel store. I visited the store and the guy checked the status and told that the service is in pending status. The manager of customer care was just bluffing and make us fools.

                      And now i end up with no mobile which i was using for last 10 years. Is this the way to receive a customer? Could you please check and take action accordingly.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I had taken the aforesaid prepaid connection sometime in march/april, 2017. I had bought this connection through website advertisement and your representative came and delivered the modem at my house. I was always given to understand that it was a prepaid connection. Number of the representative who visited me is [protected].

                        He gave me 4 months advance plan and was told that thereafter i need to recharge again. Since, there was no connectivity and the speed of the internet was really poor, i took a decision not to recharge the connection and your modem is now lying in my basement as junk.

                        Suddenly, on 24.09.2017, i was shocked to a receive from the airtel alleging that i need to pay the bill of about rs.[protected].

                        I am shocked at the conduct of airtel. How can the prepaid connection be convert to post paid connection on its own without my consent?

                        How can airtel on its own an without my consent choose a plan for me.

                        I escalated all these issues vide telephonic complaint. I had at the same time, under protest, raised cancellation request. On sunday, i was assured by your representative that the will shoot me a mail admitting the mistake of airtel and that i ll get a waiver of rs. 1000 odd rupees if i continue to use the connection. I protested and made myself clear that i dont want to continue with the connection as there is no connectivity. He suggested me that i should continue with the connection with following conditions:

                        A) accept waiver of rs. 1000 odd

                        B) i need not pay the balance amount till your representative visits me and check and resolve the connectivity issue and in case it is not resolved, i need not pay.

                        The way this issue has been mishandled is writ large. Till date, i have not received a sms or email from airtel acknowledging my complaint. It was only today that i insisted that complaint no. Be given to me.

                        Every day, i am getting calls from your representative, where they admit their mistake, however, i am being harassed as everytime i have to explain what the problem is. Today, i. E. 28.09.2017 also i got a call from one mr. Gautam asking me as to why i want to disconnect my connection. I was shocked as to how could he plead ignorance. It was only when i insisted that he should check the records 1st and then call me again, that he admitted that he knows what the issue is. He also admitted airtel's mistake and tenedered apology. He also offered waiver of rs. 1700 and insisted that i should continue with the connection. I protested and made myself clear that i dont want to continue with the connection as there is no connectivity. Since, i was being harrased continously and my precious time was being wasted, under protest, i chose to accept waiver of rs. 1700 and pay the balance amount to lay the matter to rest.

                        However, mr. Gautam insisted that i should contiue with the connection to which i refused. He gave me a shock, when he told me that in that case, he will not give me a waiver of rs. 1700. He also told me that i need to raise a billing dispute as complaint lodged by me only pertains to disconenction request. I believe airtel is most dishonest to its customers. On sunday, i had raised a complaint for bill as well as requested for disconnection (Please hear the conversation between me and your representative).

                        I believe that airtel is trying to extort money from me. Firstly, wrong bill was raised, thereafter, airtel offered waiver of rs. 1000/1700 ass airtel isdoing any favour to me.

                        Please note that i dont want to be associated with your company anymore. My connection be disconnected immediately. You are grossly deficient in rendering services besides adopting unethical and malpractices to unjustly and unlawfully enrich yourself.

                          This is regarding mobile number [protected] being used in an iphone 5. I have never been able to send messages from the 1st day i got the sim. The 'my number' in setting shows unknown; the *#5005*7672# call shows 'setting interrogation failed'; i cannot set a new sms message center #. By the way, i can receive messages

                          Called the 121 at least 4 times - they either are clueless ("executives" are a useless bunch) or promise to fix withing 2 days (Someone was going to get back to me 15 days back - they never did). All that happens is a charge for the 121 call (I pay for airtel's poor service and their 'executives').

                          Should be an easy fix for a technical person with knowledge at airtel.

                            I was postpaid customer for many years, and since i had to come to mexico for 6 months, i changed it to pre paid so that i can at least start getting otp messages for bank transactions.

                            There was no need for me to do any international call or messages. As this airtel number is important to me as its registered in all important places, i decided to retain this number.

                            But now i see its disconnected without any notification. Not sure why such careless service from airtel?
                            When my friend visited store they are asking all my documents and not only that, they want me to come in person to resume services, how this possible?

                            Please suggest way out here. I need my services back and activate my number asap.

                            Airtel adds SMS services I never asked for and inflates the bill unnecessarily. This has been going on for the past two months. Last month I complained about this to Airtel and they adjusted the bill, but this time they have done it again.

                                Am very much upset with the service and response from the airtel team.
                                My no activated on 21st sep'17 for airtel postpaid plan 399.00
                                It which i have been informed for the benefit of around 31gb internet, but since the sim activated it is showing 1gb data for my plan.
                                I have also escalated the same with airtel team, and toll free no, but till date i didnt get any supportive actions and resolutions.

                                Even there is huge problem of network in my residence area (Pin - 411017) am just not able to connect the call also.. Even the is no any internet connectivity.. I have to use reliance jio for making calls and for internet use.

                                Now my request is to close my no in airtel.. I would request to my earlier operator for start and continuing the mobile service.
                                I just dont want to be continued with such poor service operator.

                                  I have done recharge of data plan of rs.399 having unlimited talk time 1gb/day for 70 days from airtel franchisee shop on my mob no. [protected] on 26/09/2017 but given only per day with one month validity upto 23/09/2017. Whereas i should get validity of 70 days upto 06/12/2017. I contacted shop but he could not sorted out this. Hence, airtel may be directed to increase data validity i. E. Upto 06/12/2017.

                                      Dear airtel,

                                      I would like to say that you quality of service is completely gone down. You are harassing mentally daily from last 25 days.

                                      Details: i had recharged for airtel infinity pack on jan 2017 and it was for a year i. E till jan 2018.in september it is been disconnected and my account is in suspended mode from last 25 days. I call daily to your costumer care to tell and resolve the same. Daily they agree that it is a mistake from airtel side and will be resolved in 24 hrs. Its been 25 days no one is bothered to resolve it.

                                      How should we watch tv now? My account is in suspended mode. And airtel is not able to do anything.. I have tried all possible ways to make you ppl understand this but you ppl just wanna make money and you dont give a damn about what issues customers face.
                                      Tired of talking to you guys daily, such a shameless network it has been.

                                      Regretting taking your connection and that too infinity pack.
