I lost my mobile with airtel no [protected] on 26 sept at around 5.30 pm and immediately blocked the sim by calling the customer care no.
I went to the airtel store in janakpuri and got a duplicate sim which executive parameters informed would be activated after 24 hrs.
Next day when the same didn't happen i called 121 to be informed that due to technical problem i have to get a new sim. On 29th i got the new aim at around 11.30 am from dwarka sec 11 airtel store and was informed that the same would be activated in 4 hrs when i called 121 at around 8.30pm they told that it would another 24 hrs to get the same activated.
Such pathetic and unprofessional customer service from airtel.
4 days and no relief in sight.

    I have airtel broadband connection started on july last nd from d starting of the connection i am facing the issues of frequent net disconnection and landline disconnection too.. I have paid 3mnths advance payment and they are nor providing facility and neither refund me.. They pocket my money.. They promised for 16mbps speed and giving 4mbps speed.. Plz take action.

        We are residing in raghavendra panchajanya, prashant nagar, near alwyn signal, miyapur, 500049, we have been experiencing very very poor signal
        In our apartment premises, and many of our apartment neighbours around 200+ connection users also facing this issue. Our request simply put on hold claiming some approvals required to fix this issue for almost a year.
        Even after raising multiple complaints they are simply closing the call by saying we need approvals. I don't understand airtel such a brand with high reputation couldn't able to fix this signal issue in the heart of the expanding city of hyderabad. Many of our apartment people also facing this issue.
        I request airtel to take this with highest possible priority and fix the issue.

          My customer id is [protected].
          I had recharge my dth account on 27th september 2017 with 180 rs, for 99 my plan+36 regional marathi+30nick+15 maintainance charge (?).
          Again on 29th september i got msg ur plan gas been changed and you need to pay more 66 rd+30rs maintaining cost.
          This is very bad this is happening twice with me.
          On phone no one replies.
          They just keep on saying i can't hear you or disconnect or falsely charges new amount.
          Kindly give valid explanation.
          This is disgusting and left us feeling airtel bharti is not worth this money and must go for some other provider.

            My mobile [protected] is charged with rd 399 for 70 days for 5hrs talk time plus 1gb data. But this phone not functioning in roaming. Why it is not functioning. I paid money what for. I airtel is not able to stand in market. Close your shop and go for nice sleep. I tried 10 times to speak with a man who can reply something. But all sleeping. Thanks. Airtel. Bhakti jio.

              I am a postpaid customer of airtel since last 03 years and i am already registered with your airtel secure plan for mobile damage protection.

              Airtel details: mob: gionee a1, imei - [protected], date of purchase - 11.04.2017, mobile no - [protected]

              On 06 sep 2017, 7:45 pm, my mobile was accidentally damaged. At my home (A-19, jain park uttam nagar new delhi) when i was working on my cell phone on bed, i was standing up from my bed and suddenly i slipped and due to jerk my mobile was slipped away from my hand and fell down at floor. Due to impact my screen was broken out. My mobile was in fully working condition and on before damage.

              I was already processed my claim from airtel site through online and also uploaded my all concerned documents at the airtel site and also oneassist.in portal on 09 sep 2017. And also i follow up my case continuously from 15 days and also i called airtel and oneassist company more than 10 times. But always they told me to wait for next 48 hours and always saying that "sir your case is in processing please give us some times".

              And after 16 days on 24 sep 2017 at 12:32 pm, mr. Mukesh gediya (Claim relationship officer) calling from airtel secure and told me that my claim was declined from airtel because of term & conditions. I have never seen such type of bad attitude and non-sense reply from a reputed company like airtel. Both the companies are making fools of the customers.

              So kindly resolve my issue and take necessary action as soon as possible, otherwise i will be gone to the consumer forum/court and filed complained & also lodge fir against both the companies airtel & oneassist.

                Lodged a complaint regarding set top box not working. (Customer id: [protected]) on 28th sept. Some one called up around 3. Pm to say he will come to attend within an hour. But no one turned up. Next day another guy called up and when asked the reason for not attending the complaint yesterday said they are not liable to attend. I have sent a mail to customer care around 11.58 a. M highlighting the pathetic conditions of your service team. I received a call from customer care that engineer will attend to my problem on[protected]. I told the lady to close this call since i am not happy with the level of services and intend to change connection since in this competitive market how can ur rep arrange to depute engineer after 4 days.
                Really such a horrible situation unexpected from a reputed company like airtel.

                  My name is vignesh and i am from chennai. I have applied for a new broadband connection from airtel via official airtel website on june 13th 2017. I received a call from a airtel representative named gokul (Ph: on the next day. On showing my willingness for a new connection, he came to my home late night at around 9pm and collected all my proofs and documents. He said that since its late, he will fill up the application himself and would provide me with a registration number the next day morning and collected rs.1000/- before leaving my home.

                  Since, i applied from airtel's official website, i considered him to be genuine and believed his words. The was in contact with me for about 4 weeks during which he would say that there is a problem with the feasibility and would give me the connection as soon as it is resolved. On requesting for the registration number of my application, he would say that he will send and wont send. This was happening for about 4-6weeks.

                  On the end of july, i lost my patience and asked for a refund. He said he would give me and asked me to visit location and his phone would be switched off. This happened for a week. Once he said he works in ekkatuthangal branch in chennai and so i dont have to worry about my payment. One day i visited the branch and enquired and found out that no one as such works there.

                  An employee of the branch even spoke to gokul on call and enquired his reporting agency, got all his details and verified. The employee asked me to come a week later and collect the payment. On visiting after a week, the employees said that they are not responsible and asked me to visit chennai head office. I even went and complained there and its been 3 weeks and there is no response.

                  I have been complaining to airtel customer care, complaint helpline and nodal office for the past two months. They just reply me the same message "sorry for the inconvenience sir, i am handling this issue personally and i promise to resolve this issue... Please give me 72hrs time". And its been 2 months and about 5 people have said me the same dialogue.

                  I request airtel to please solve this issue immediately and give me a refund or atleast a broadband connection immediately without any further delay.

                          Airtel is now ready to cheating customers, already airtel is shivering from jio and idea. Airtel is mutual understanding with her distributors and cheating.
                          So airtel is using its brand value and attracting with non-proper plans.
                          I used mobile number portability from idea to airtel prepaid. I successfully ported on 26th september 2017.. The distributor did frc of 295.
                          The plan is daily 1gb data and a to an unlimited calls.
                          But unfortunately, i got only 2 gb data and no daily data, so i contacted customer care then they replied that there is no plan of 295 it's 294. Ok, i inquired about this distributor he replied that 294 is for a new sim and for mnp numbers is 295. I conveyed this info to nodal officer of hyderabad they are also saying other things.
                          By this cleverly airtel is cheating their many customers like this. If mnp up to 3 months should use this, this is the airtel plan,,,,
                          Finally, bharathi airtel doing cheap tricks with many types of plans.

                          I hope that beware of these free plans.

                                This is highly irresponsible and unprofessional of airtel to keep customers waiting for more than 2 months to port a number; and when porting is done there is no sim card provided.

                                My fiance has requested to port her number from idea to airtel on july 24th 2017 (See attachment porting_request_msg. Jpg) and the process is still not complete till date. After the porting request was made, some representatives called from airtel claiming that they would come and collect the documents at her residence; after which one guy came and collected the documents and provided a sim card the same week. Months passed and we lost hope of getting any response from airtel regarding the porting; and so we threw away the sim which was provided thinking that the porting request is long gone.

                                On 18th september 2017, another representative called my fiance telling that the porting is still incomplete and that she required the documents for verification a 2nd time (See attachment cc_documents_provided_1st_time. Jpg); which then was provided. When asked why the delay of 2 months, the answer was server issue. I am a server software engineer and i do not understand how a corporate company like airtel can have server issue for two months. Is there no business for the company or what!! Such a lame excuse!

                                Moving on; two days later a 3rd representative called up and says that she requires the documents again (See attachment cc_documents_provided_2nd_time. Jpg); when asked about the previous submissions she replies that they lost it!!!... I mean seriously; lost two time submission of documents!!

                                Now that the documents are verified (See attachment documents_verified_msg. Jpg), the idea connection is lost and airtel has not provided a sim card for the new connection. I have been calling airtel to provide a sim card for the past 3 days and all i hear from the customer care is 24 hours or 72 hours each time i call. My fiance requires a sim card asap. She is not able to make or receive any important calls because of this unprofessional-ism.

                                  Today i went to link my airtel number to adhar card in airtel office in atharbanki paradip. But this office in atharbanki was forcing me to pay rs 100 for linking adhar card with airtel mobile number otherwise they will not link. They were telling it is compulsory to deposit money in airtel bank. I told i don't want to open airtel bank. Then they told we will not link. So, kindly take strict action against them and punish them for doing such fraud.

                                      Network often goes off.

                                        Airtel has been the most digraceful company i have seen ...for last 2 months have been trying to get connection disconnected...but there is no customer care number working...i bet if anyone can get a customer care number of airtel working...and they just have charged 2 months amount free...this will surely be a big negative marketing for u all - i will surely see negative word of mouth marketing of airtel...
