Worst service provider should go to airtel. And why do this company give advertisement that it is the fastest 4 g service provider! Really? 4g network with 0 net stability. And i wont even blame my phone cause its i phone 7. I could nt even use my 1 gb per day properly. And sometimes the whole 1 gb remains unused. And once i called customer care for complaint. And trust me it was such a worst care. Rather than hearing the voice of the person with whom i wanted to share my complanit i could hear noises behnd more than that person voice. This company has ruined my whole gaming experience. Reliace 3g works better and has more stability than airtel. Anyways i dont need my problem solved cause complained and not a single effective response for solution. Its ok i wont even expect such good service from airtel anymore. Maybe i expected too much from it. Now i will never use this airtel and wont even let my dear ones and my friends use it. Casue i dont want them to suffer like i have suffered. I promise if airtel gives me 3 hours 4g net stablty i will cut my head off... Really the worst service provider. Thank you airtel. And u wont ever hear any complaints from me cause i am leaving this service. Better use jio or reliance.

    Sir i recharged rs 404 recharged for unlimited call and daily 1gb data. But airtel not providing network in my area pin 322234. Whether airtel offered me this plan. Pls provide 3g or 4g network. Because airtel offered me to do recharge on this number [protected] but they are not given proper benifit. Sir i want that airtel should we provide proper 3g or 4g network to avail these offer. Airtel showing 4g coverage in area but there is no network it is false informations.

    I have been charged 2 times for a recharge of 399 plz check and correct
    Worst network. It sucks. No use of complaining to Airtel customer care.

    No network at all in around kodapur and kothaguda area.
    I have lost my phone so would like to close my number.
    When play on indian criket that time stop dd national channel.

      I made a recharge of 345 rupees pack on 24th september from the airtel app. I'm supposed to get unlimited calling and 1gb/day internet as per the plan details. The internet worked fine for few days but then since last 4 days i can't access internet on my phone and it shows zero mb data remaining when i checked my account. I've been facing a lot of issues since i was travelling for the last 4 days so kindly resolve this issue for me. I lost 4 days worth of data due to this error.

        1. We made online recharge for the no:[protected] for rs. 50, but this recharge
        Not processed for above mention no. But in my account (Sbi) amount was
        Deducted.

        2. For the same number again we made recharge for rs. 200, but for this also have the same problem. It was taken by within the last 4 days. Please, rectify the problem as early as possible. Thank you

        My Complaint is that Airtel has a short range in my village. The tower is situated at least 10 km from my Home. kindly take the actions fro my request

        3G network can't be activated in my mobile
        eventhough it is compatible with 3G/4G networks and also a 3G tower exist in my area.
        I have already lost 1 GB without even using.
        Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
        I have inserted the Sim in first slot and set Airtel as default 3G/4G device and yet network is unavailable.
        I have sent several port out sms requests to 1909, but Airtel does not generate the UPC at all. Have talked to customer service too, but they only take the complaint without any resolution.

        Shouldn't airtel be penalised for this?

        Internet speed is very slow. The problem continues. Before one week the speed is normal but for past two days it is very slow. Net surfing and downloading is very poor.

          I had problem regarding payment bank and i talk with customer care agent. After communication my airtel balance was debited. So called to 121 care to solve the problem. But unfortunately customer service agent mr. Swetansh talk with me arrogantly and do not give proper information.
          I used airtel since last 8 years but within last 4 days i face lots of problem regarding payment bank and customer care agent. That's why i am going to quit airtel.

            I had left for germany on 10th september 2017 and while leaving i had 22gb of free data accumulated in my account as per airtel policy.
            I have been using the data services for the entire month of september with the hope that my free data will be utilized in the international roaming.
            After receiving the bill for the month i am in utter shock. The data balance got reduced to 21.6gb and the bill amount is 50483 inr which is absolutely crazy!!!
            I have no idea how it happened and i can't afford to pay this huge amount!
            Is there any possibility to reduce this amount? After all the free data balance i have is worthless for me as i have shifted abroad due to personal reason.

            I had recharged my airtel sim with the 399 pack on september 7th on september 25th the pack stop giving me 1 gb everyday i can make calls but i have no internet! i called all the customer services and it is the worst! what, must i do for it to work again?

              Why airtel is cheating the customers, when i call the customer care and nodal team, they are clearing telling that 399 plan for 84 days is applicable for only selected customers. Why airtel is doing such partiality to other customers.in that case airtel has stop advertising the ads about this offer.

              If nodal officer don't have access to check the offer, the why can't they check with marketing team.

                I converted my number from post paid to prepaid. I am not able to recharge my number using airtel app or any online mode of recharge. I have raised complain via call and sent email to 121.

                I havn’t received any updates till now. Its too bad that i am not able to do from airtel app as well.

                I am not sure what kind of service is this. If we change from prepaid to post paid airtel makes no mess and not when we do postpaid to prepaid all troubles are created.

                Please suggest

                    I have upgraded my sim to 4G on 27sep. but since then my SMS blocked and till now i don't get any response from Airtel. I called many times to 121 and sent email to [protected]@airtel.com but no resolution provided yet. I am seriously very frustrated with your service now.
                    I can't receive any OTP for my online transaction. Please look into it on priority.

                      This is to bring to your notice that Airtel Network has very poor coverage and very poor customer service in our area, Vellalore, Coimbatore with pin code 641111. Two months back, I went to an Airtel store in Chintamani near Bata Showroom, Coimbatore, and enquired about Airtel Dongle. The sales executive named Saira Banu from that office attended us and promised us that there is very good network coverage in our area Vellalore and sold us a dongle with plan for 15 MBPS. When we logged in, the speed was hardly 0.1kbps, which is very very poor. Again we went and registered a complaint and the complaint number is 79672749 on September 21, 2017. Until today, there was no response from the customer service end and not even a single call came to us regarding it. Today, I went and asked about it and the manager in that store responded in a very irresponsible way and a very vague manner, which was irritating. So, I canceled my connection and have raised a cancel request, for which we did not get a message. He was telling us that the network is very slow and we will get in 2 to 3 days and then can cancel. At this point, I am not ready to spend even a single paise for such a worst network, which only has users for its name and not for its service. I have not seen such a very poor network until these days. Airtel network is mainly focusing only on selling and profit of their business and not bothered about customer satisfaction. I am very dissatisfied to use this network and I have switched to Jio which is a very fantastic network with very good customer servicing. I hereby cancel my network connection with sim number [protected] and I am not ready to pay any money after October 2, 2017, which is not my fault and it is customer end fault. At least, in the future, try to make your network somewhat better at least for the customers who still believe in your network and respect for their hardly earned money, do not look only profit. Take this as a serious mail. I need refund for my dongle, which is of no use for me.

                        21-09-17 ko [protected] ko maine portin ke liye mukherjee nagar retail store pr diya. Jiske liye hmse ₹110 ka charge kiya gya, mnp request reject ho gya by existing operator. Resubmit mnp request but finaly rejected due to mismatch o[censored]pc code.
                        . Aj ke day maine retail store jake mnp le liye liye gye charge ko return karne ko bola to sim replacement charge ke liye mere se ₹25 charge kiya gya, jabki mera number mnp hua nhi. Complaint ke liye bolne pr bola gya ki jaiye jo karna h kar lena.
                        . Meri request ye h ki jb mnp free hota h to fir charge kis bat ki, aur jb mnp hua nhi to paisa kis liye.
                        . Ho sakta ho meri complaint chhoti ho aur sayd ispr action bhi na ho but agr really aisa hota h to ye negative approach hogi.

                          On the 27th of july i had raised a complaint with airtel customer care that the network in my area was very bad and we could not recieve any calls or use the internet. A ticket with number sr78130210 was raised for this and i have since followed up with the customer care atleast 2 times in a week for a response.

                          On the 5th of august that request was put on hold saying that they will need to have an upgrade done on the tower location nearest to me and this can take upto 90 days for the issue to be sorted.

                          I have patiently for this long and now they are saying that it can take up to 150 day for this to work.

                          This morning when i spoke to them they mentioned that it is not feasiable to put in a booster in the area as i dont not provide them enough revenue for them to have this done.

                          There are a lot o[censored]sers in the area who are having this trouble and in my own house there are 4 connections that are airtel.

                          Seeking your help to have this request expedited so that this issue can be taken care off.

                            My phone was lying on the table and misfortunately spiled my tea on my mobile phone and after that day my phone is not working properly buttons like power button, home button volume button are not working properly even the battery is not working properly when i recharge my phone hardly life time of battery working three to four hours when i plug in for recharge it takes too much time to recharging or even the charging and speaker and microphone are damage and some time they stop working mobile itself dails contacts from contract list automatically

                                I lost my mobile on friday, 29th sep. I use airtel sim [protected]. The airtel is closed for 4 days holidays and i have to wait till today, 3rd october to get duplicate sim. I went to airtel office, 1st block rajajinagar in the morning and told that they don't have sim and asked me come in the evening. When i went at 5pm they are telling server is down. That means airtel customers have to wait for 5 days for any of their service. This is the worst for any essential service organization. Nobody knows when the server will be up. Worst service

                                  I am a resident of motihari and airtel user for past 5 yrs.
                                  Presently there is single airtel office in motihari and they are enjoying monopoly in this region.
                                  The ugradation of sim cards from 3g to 4g according to details i got from customer care are free for 4g enabled locations and rs. 25 for non-airtel 4g locations.
                                  But here airtel store (Nirmal prem communications) in saran complex motihari are openly cheating the public and charging rs. 50 per upgradation.
                                  I have also been charged and on asking for reciept they provide none. Nor do they provide their complaint book or any written means. You can cross-check my complaints by contacting people who have upgraded from here in recent past

                                  It is a serious offence and i kindly request you to take action against the offenders.
                                  I am ready to be witness or whatever are required for taking action against them.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with airtel 4g services which dont work at my home. Everyone use fb, whatsapp, online games at his home. But i cant use all these things. I am facing lot of anger and mental pressure.

                                    There is also a big problem that i have to face all these things until my no. Completes 3 months in airtel. I can not port my no. At all.

                                    The "my airtel app" is worst app. We cannot check our current balance at a time. It shows 0 balance every time. We can not check when our data will be renewed. I have tried many times to talk to customer care executive but airtel's customer care is worst in this matter. It is impossible to reach any customer care executive. If i talk to airtel service center they ask me to dial *numeric# codes to check which dont work at all.

                                    My 448 rupees were waste because i have used only 25% services from airtel.

                                    Kindly help me to port out from airtel as soon as possible.

                                      My office is located near velachery guru nanak college.
                                      I am following with airtel for past 6 months. Got migrated from aircel for 4g connection. Neither i get data / voice, activate mca to get missed call alert.
                                      Standard reply from airtel customer care that networking is working on it..
                                      I don't think they have the capability of solving customer complaints.

                                        I was travelling to dubai in the app i recharged for 2999 a[pparently that is for USA, I did not realise until I returned back contacted customer care as I have to pay for my services during my stay. I asked for a refund but they wanted me to use it USA . how can I get my money credited.
