Just one month before i. E.in august 2018, i port my important moblile no. For the office as well as home since many years, to airtel network, we the assurance of best network & data speed with 4g, 128k sim. But i having problem of network & data speed since the day sim is activated.
I have communicated over phone & mails, many times but still no improvements, day before yesterday they blocked my outgoing calls, due to no payment issue.
How airtel force customer for payment without giving any services.
In the very first communication i have informed that, no payment will be made, if network issue is not resolved & also i have given option to clear my no., so that i can port for other network.in every call they said, we understand my issues & they are working on it but nothing happened since one month, except their new demand of bill payment.
According to them as per the govt. Rule port out is possible only after three months. I asked, ok! Then i should have right not to pay without getting the service as committed. But they don’t respond on that.
I am getting the regular calls & massages for payment asa i reached to the network zone.
I working as a design head in one of the renounced german mnc, now facing the complaints of management & customers about my non availability over mobile & this becomes major issue for me & at the same time even after lots of communication, airtel is not responding in order to resolve the issue.
I am totally hopeless, feeling cheated & harassed, as they misusing the media (Investing lots of money) for cheating the people with the advertisements saying best network & service, in the realty they don’t have.

I have received another bill for this Month, but I have not received any call to resolve the issue.
I request to intervene & resolve the issue. I m not able to use this no. Since porting.
