I want to tell u that i have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with no reason. Please take some action and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. This thing was also happened with me in the past. This (Airtel) company is a minting machine which frauds customers.

    I got a message on[protected] evening that Rs. 20 deducted from your account for Airtel Prime Zone service, but I did not activated this type of service. Return my deducted balance immediately otherwise I will lodge a complaint against Airtel company.

      Dear sir,

      i am deepan chakravarthi M ... I had taken Airtell DTH connection past Four month South New Mega HD Rentel of 477.Rs. customer id is [protected]. i had call to local airtel services provider.she simple said this is not our problem... and very rood behavior through tele communication . later i had to call customer care and register complaint about this. customer complaint number is[protected].

      Services technician came and check and replied your cable was connection with more joist... so only this problem created... i replied initially this local services provider from air tell and installation done .

      service technician told change the total connection with out joints. its chargeable.
      this is not far... i am totally disappointment for this attitude... now i am willing to withdraw air tell DTH Connection... what is the producer ...

      few hours later local services provider asking pin number and close this complaint. i am asking my problem not solved ... then how to close my complaint. she replied today we closed the complaint and tomorrow we solve your complaint..

      Hear after i wont refer any other customer for air tell.

        I did a prepaid recharge of 448rs on number [protected] from myAirtel app on 19th September, 2018 10:05AM. My myAirtel app is linked with number [protected]. Recharge is unsuccessful. I got messages like:

        Airtel Payments Bank a/c update: transaction requested on 19-09-18 has failed. Temporary block of 448.00 has been released.

        Your Airtel Payments Bank Account balance is 449.69 as on 19-Sep.Get Rs25 CASHBACK on Jio/Vodafone/Airtel/Idea recharges of Rs50 & above @ bit.ly/2Hbm8Fi. T&C

        But myAirtel app shows airtel money balance of ₹2 only.

        Before doing that recharge I have ₹456.80 in my wallet.
        But myAirtel app shows airtel money balance of ₹57.80 only.

          1. I am having more than 150+ numbers under this account. I am having two types of plans. (3g @ rs. 99 and another 2g @rs. 35/20)
          2. I had requested 24 numbers @99 plan and the person from airtel sales team allocated those number to me with the understanding that plan should be 99/month.
          3. Once bill came in, i found that i have been charged @rs. 299 for 24 numbers
          4. I had following with airtel support team for more than 3 months but no one is taking responsibility to resolve the issue and ready to correct billing issues with 24 numbers
          5. I have already cancelled 24 but my bill still shows extra charges

            We are not receiving SMS on our Mobile phone. The SMS sent by banks, insurance companies and other companies like OTP etc are either not received or get very late say about an hour. Requested so many times on 121 of Airtel but problem is not resolved. Due to this we are not able to make transactions and other work because of Late SMS. Air tel had resolved the problem and SMS were started coming in time but again from today SMS are either missing or receiving very late. Kindly check up seriously.

              I have registered for do not disturb services. How is it that i am still getting unwanted marketing calls. Today i got a call from sobha developers at 3.13-3.14 pm. I also get a lot o[censored]nsolicited calls repeatedly, though i have registered under Do not disturb services for a long time. Where can i place a complaint against such calls, which disturb my work? Is it a problem of airtel or do i look at other operators who may give better services???

                My name is Anupam Karwa. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms in last 15 days that “XYZ has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- and many more rupees has been deducted on account of internet auto renewal and other foolish services which i never used. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please REFUND the deducted amount as soon as possible since it has been deducted quite regressively in last few months and last 15 days top of the head.

                    My bill plan changed from 149 to 399 without my permission, i have never asked to change the plan. I am expecting the old plan (149 plan).

                    First question who gave authority to change the plan?

                    I have discussed this with customer care and getting the response saying its not possible to change to the old plan.

                      I am an airtel customer and my mobile number is [protected], [protected], [protected].

                      I am using airtel services since many years in our plant, indian synthetic rubber, panipat refinery and i am staying in tdi city panipat.

                      I am facing very bad problem of network in my office (Indian synthetic rubber, panipat refinery) and at my home (Tdi city panipat)

                      The network is very very bad and most of the times it says no service / limited service. I have registered many complaints with airtel but there is no response from customer care. I have been with airtel since last many years. The 4g speed is nil. I have hardly used airtel internet as it is the worst internet ever. Please check my data usage as well.

                      I am in purchasing profile which have too much public dealing. My senior management, colleagues, suppliers, clients and even my family complaining me that i am never available on my phone as it is always not reachable. Incase, somehow, any call connects, it gets dropped immediately leaving shouting me in frustration.

                      It is not only me who is complaining, everyone around me have the same feedback. Many of colleagues and neighbours already switched to other networks. It is only me who is getting penalised day by day due to my loyalty towards airtel.

                      Every month i am paying my bills honestly without getting any service attended from airtel.

                      Is it the justified way to treat your customers who are paying bills without getting any service in return for so many months?

                      I am highly disappointed with the service, is an understatement.

                      Please resolve the issue on urgent basis and if airtel is not competent enough to resolve the issue than it is my humble request to please convey me so that i can switch the network and make my life happier.

                        One of the worst service airtel.. Complain registered on 5sep 2018.. But problem is same..
                        No response from network team or customer care.
                        4g signals is almost 6% to 12%.
                        Vodafone 2g is better then airtel 4g
                        Its not airtel 4g its 0.2g..
                        Inside and outside both have connectivity issue..

I was call airtel dth customer care for discontinues my secondary setup he is asking me please return setup box after that we are discontinues you services why we are returning back setup box???                             Sir my father is using airtel [protected]. And some offers like kidz zone and some other offers are automatically activated in that mobile number and money is debited. Around 1 week ago nearly 45 rs are deducted and after deactivation again it is subscribed automatically and nearly 15 rs are deducted. He has deactivated the services but unable to talk to customer service. He is a customer of airtel from a long time but this time he is not satisfied with airtel so i request to you please refund full money after checking the detail or you contact him.

                              I am a consumer ([protected]) of airtel dth services. There is a connection problem in my dth services. I am not able to use my dish tv from 18.09.2018 and i made a complaint on same day vide complaint no. 80482271. I make lots of call to customer care but my dish services not started. After that i talked authorised center of airtel and area manager but they were also not interested in resolve the problem. There is a agreement between society (Where i am living) and airtel (Service provider). He says that i have to go with society people and talked about the problem. But i am customer of airtel dth service not society, my problem should be solved by airtel only. Airtel not care about customer after sale of their products or services.

                                मैंने आपकी company में जॉब के लिए apply किया था तो उसके बाद मेरे mobile पर एक call aaya उसने मुझसे 1500 rupay account में जमा करवाने को बोला । फिर बाद में एक or call आया और बोला की मेरे a/c में 5550 rupay जमा करवाओ बाद में फिर से call आया और बोला की मेरे a/c में 8600 rupay जमा करवाओ मेने जमा करवा दिया।
                                फिर मैंने call किया तो मुझे बोला की मैंने आपका product भेज दिया है ।
                                दूसरे दिन जब मैंने call किया तो वो बोला की मैंने जिसके हाथो आपका product भेजा था उसका acsident हो गया है बाद में call करना ।
                                मैंने बाद में फिर call किया तो वो मुझे बोला 10:00am को call करना ।

                                  Unnecessary service started without my consent saying service will be renewed after validity expiry. On 1st sept, in my cell phone received the following message:-

                                  "adofgames service has been activated @ rs80.0 for 20day (S). Txn id s[protected], 01sep18 01:33. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://vas.adofgames.com/airtel/message/activation (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789"

                                  Sms for stopping the service was also send by me & but the service was neither yet stopped nor it refunded... But it again charged me forr rs 120 today itself... With message -

                                  "adofgames service has been renewed @ rs 120.0 for 30day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in"

                                  So, i want the service provider to credit the full amount of rs200

                                    I complained to airtel company that my sim no. [protected] had not range in my resident area 10 months ago. When i am using internet it takes very much extra time that means very slow internet speed. And company charges me full payment that i used internet extra, even i complained about that. After that i refused to pay the bill then my sim is blocked by company and added extra charges of rs. 308 even my sim is blocked. Now my complain is that company should have to refund my payment of extra uses of internet because it is very slowly due to low range and i already complained about that 10 months ago but the my complain is not resolved yet by airtel company.

                                        There is a tricky recharge pack in the Airtel prepaid recharge section. There is a big possibility that you guys can get fooled by Airtel and feel helpless in the hands of rude customer care executives. One cannot justify the purpose of the pack itself why it's even there.. I had to sadly recharge again and lost my 995 rupees
