I have reported network issue through 121, 198, 12118 and the airtel office twice
I was given 2 sr numbers:
87317723 aug 28, 2018 (Unresolved but closed)
87051668 aug 12, 2018 (Still open)
I contacted the nodal office ([protected], kerala circle) when i input my sr number it says incorrect.
Neither is the sr reflecting on myairtel app. This has also been informed to the airtel office, aluva branch, ernakulam.
I have been told that my issue can not be resolved at the moment since the nearest network tower is getting updated. I would like to know, how long will the service provider give the same reason.
It's been over 7 months now, since the complain being raised.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 15 march, my account got suspended And viewing Low balance
Can airtel explain me How this Happen?
It's been only 13 days and my plan expired?
