Airtel — prepaid disconnection

Hi - i was using the number [protected] for the past 7 years and i had to be out of the country recently and i had international roaming enabled on it so that i can receive messages while being abroad at least. On 25-sep-2018 the sim was deactivated without any notification neither through sms nor email. Now they are asking that i should personally visit the airtel center to reactivate the sim that they had illegally deactivated.

didn't get any proper response their customer care too.

I don't want this because dish TV, Videocon and other s dishes had more regional channels but airtel only 22 channel s rs 170 I need more channels but no response from customer care services don't buy airtel dish

I had stopped value added service on my sim, But deduction of amount form my balance is still continue. Airtel Charged 60 Rs from my Balance . I want explanation and refund of my Balance .
