This is my 4th complaint as my previous complaints were marked as resolved without providing solution.
Please provide me the same numner which was deactivated from your end without prior notice as all my govt proof and everything has that particular number.

I have been using airtel number (725xxxxxxx) for past few years. Till yesterday the card was working fine but today morning its showing as sim is not activated and card is not provisioned.
All my accounts are linked with this number and am not able to do anything. I got this number in bangalore and last week moved to pune.
I cant call customer care as the sim is deactivated. And when i call from other numbers i am being asked to call from karnataka number or [protected] but when i call the second number the representatives didnt provide any support and they said they deactivated as their database is not updated. Because their database is not updated how can they deactivated my simcard. Now am not able to access any of my bank account because of their negligance.
When they are not concerned about customers then why are they providing fake service.

I need some action to be taken asap.

I have been following up but there is no response..

I have submitted the required docs as mentioned in marathalli airtel showroom but i didnt get the simcard. I even dropped a mail to airrel presence [protected]@in. Airtel.com but i didnt get even a single response. I dont have any bangalore number here to call the customer care in bangalore now am in the middle of no where.. It seems just for a name sake i got a reply..

Later if i called airtel i will get a response that airtel database has not been updated that i have submitted the documents.. And thhe complaint has been marked as resolved without any solution

Its was not a resolution as when i sent my documents and tried to get the sim via my friends i was informed that i have to make my presence in bangalore to get the simcard which is not possible for me within next 1 or 2 months.. can you let me know whether i can get the same number in maharashtra ? If not please do let me know how it can be done. If possible please arrange a call back to my number.. [protected]

    My neighbor mohit has requested for new broad band connection in his house vasundhara ghaziabad airtel representative has visited his house and asked to pay rs. 1000 and he will get new airtel broadband connection as he does not have bank account and your representative is not ready to accept the cash so i have made payment online of rs. 1000 for him through my credit card and i asked your representative please ensure if connection is possible before payment he ensured that we will get connection by 2days after payment and we keep on chasing for connection and after 15days we were told that connection is not possible what kind of commitment airtel give we don't understand and when i asked for refund that person says call 198 from airtel no. Aur email complaint for refund now its more then 2month i have not received my refund we have exchanged approx 30 emails every time i was assured for payment and once they said they will sent the cheque of rs.1000 they sent the cheque on the name of mohit who does not have any bank account which is use less then they said to submit noc from mohit and neft details i have submitted following document:-
    1. Copy of cancelled cheque
    2. Copy of noc self attested and signed by mohit
    3. Copy of account details self attested by vineet
    4. Copy of account statement download from netbanking and self attested by vineet
    5. Copy of front page of passbook
    6. Copy of self attested address proof and id proof of mohit

    I have sent all the document 4 times and every time a new excuse was given by airtel but problem remains the same.
    I am already using 3 airtel no postpaid and one broadband connection but first time i am facing such trouble from airtel.

    I am requesting you if you have any doubt sent your representative again and verify every thing but please refund it at the earliest.

I visited your paradise circle, Secunderabad outlet, but I am completely dissatisfied with the service.         Airtel is worst, never use this. Slow data even on 4g, bad network, lots of hidden charges and after all of that, their customer care representatives starts misbehaving. Their all advertisements are truthless. False promises.
        Just port your number, they will never return your money. In future they will do it again. I was using postpaid airtel, even after discontinued with airtel they are still sending their bills.

          Hi everybody,

          I am dealing with a similar problem where in i had paid for a new connection and am waiting for a efund for last 3 months. Despite numerous attempts to reach airtel, they have not responded. After reading this forum, it seems like they have made a business out of it, misguiding consumers and not returning their money back.

          I am looking forward to file a case against them in consumer court. My brother is a lawyer himself practising in supreme court. If anyone else here is interested, please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com (+[protected]).

          Let's raise our voice against this money sucking company and bring it to the notice of judiciary. Will also start campaign over social media to boycott airtel services.

            Never use Airtel in your life. They promise so many things but fail in each of them. Very poor services and networks. I had ported my number in Airtel after watching their advertisements in search of better network and services.
            But from day one, I was not able to receive calls from anyone nor able to make.
            And their 4g data is even slower than 2g. I complained about this to their customer care center and they said it is temporary, once the towers would setup in your are situation will get better. But I waited 3 months but nothing happend but situation got worse. I made such complaints 4 or 5 times but they never tried to solve my issue.
            This is not the only problem with them. They have also cheated me many times. They always put extra charges in their bills. Without my permission they used to subscribe my number under VAS services. I had never asked for any dialer tone, bollywood news and so on but they charged me many time for this. Even after porting from airtel they are keeping on sending fake bills.

            Guys never use airtel. Instead of this IDEA, VODAFONE, JIO are much better option. I am going to complaint about them several places, even i am going to TRI. They have irritated me a lot. This company will shut down soon.

                I tried to reach airtel for reorienting dth antenna after Vardah cyclone. No one responded. On 21st December 2016 I sent an email and got a response and a complaint number was registered.

                This was the response I got from Airtel.

                This is with reference to your concern regarding dish concern for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected].

                As per our records on 21-Dec-16, please note that your complaint for dish concern has been registered with Service Request number 57403357. Our team is working on your concern and will update you with the resolution status within 24 to 48 hours.

                I find that my account with airtel dth is getting depleted day by day without getting any service.

                Till this moment (27th Dec 19.30 Hrs) they have not bothered to close this complaint.

                    My DTH account number: [protected]. My setup box is not working for last 15 days and i have raised multiple requests(7 requests) but no response. Everytime i call someone say they will send an engineer same day but no-one had come in last 15 days. All my requests are closed without resolution. I'm very frustrated with this kind of customer service.Planning to disconnect all my airtel connections & move to tata sky. Airtel Service is WORST!!!

                    Airtel is taking my frustration to the next level. They have send a useless engineer today who came to my home to say he didn't have time today to fix this issue. He didn't even hear the problem, he said there is an Auto rickshaw waiting for him and he had to leave. He didn't even tell where the problem was and what was the next step.

                    If you cannot service your customers properly there is no point in calling yourself "India's leading provider of DTH services".

                    engineer will come same day. So far no one had come and all my requests are
                    closed as "Resolved" when it is NOT. i have raised *10 requests so far and
                    all of them are closed without resolution* or contacting. WHY DO YOU CHEAT
                    YOUR CUSTOMERS?????

                    I"M REALLY FRUSTRATED & EXHAUSTED. If you commit something to your
                    customers please stick to it. Airtel is falling down, ACCEPT IT. *If there
                    is someone capable of fixing things in Airtel call me tomorrow. *

                      First of all ur Web page is not active.
                      Ur 12150 number is not responding.
                      We have a DTH with consumer number [protected] and we presently on leave and do not want to recharge till we come back. However, we are receiving message that u are automatically recharging the account every three days and expect us to pay when we come back. This is not understood and unwanted. Kindly stop this and revert if possible.

                        I have visited Airtel store velachery, chennai tamilnadu on 11th Dec 2016 for porting of my number [protected] from Reliance post paid to Airtel prepaid, provided all the documents on 11th Dec 2016, and due date for my porting code is 22nd Dec 2016, airtel store people provided new sim card number with :[protected], and the Token number for my visit to airtel store is T022, porting number is [protected], the number is not ported till i visit on 21st Dec 2016, on that day executive simply said please generate fresh UPC code, and now my number is already diconnected even from Reliance not able to make any calls, how can i request for new UPC code. there is no process in last 12days from 11th Dec to 22nd Dec 2016 from airtel store end.

                          I have activated an data pack of 249, in may. From july to till date I am requesting them to deactivate it. But they were not deactivating it and every month they are adding that amount to my bill. From september I declined to pay my outstanding. They are sending their representatives for bill collection. They were much bothered about their bill amount rather than customer request and customer issues... I would like to go legally against this issue

                              I have opted for a new v-fiber connection on 11th november 2016 (Reference number - ontmchenn 63676687c) online, for which one of your sales agent named saraswati (Contact number - [protected]) tried to contact me and asked me to pay rs.200/- along with the photo and address proof to the field engineer (Contact number - [protected]) on 17th of november.

                              I received a confirmation message from airtel consisting of the landline number[protected] only on 25th november. Since then there is no update either from the installation team or from the sales team.

                              At the time of collecting the money and the necessary documents, i was informed that the connection will be provided within 3 days as it is an internal sla i. E. Before 20th of november. Upon hearing this and believing the reputation of airtel, i surrendered my existing broadband connection from bsnl

                              I have continuously tried to reach both the customer care[protected] and saraswati on daily basis for enquiring about the delay for getting the installation, only to get an irresponsible response that there is some technical issue and they will provide connection in two days every time.

                              Upon multiple escalations, a complaint has been registered in the customer care (Reference number[protected] for which the sr is closed even
                              Without any intimation to me.

                              And now your sales person saraswati is not returning any of my calls from my number, i tried reaching her from a different number for which she picked the call and upon enquiring about the installation status and refund of the money which i paid. She refused to process any refund.

                              I feel cheated by the way the she responded and it was indeed surprising that a market leader like airtel which is known for its best in class services offered to its customers is having a such poor process/no process in place for providing a new connection to a prospect customer and keeping up to the promises/slas.

                              I have also applied for online refund with ticket id: aor5d29d1 for which there is no response

                              Hoping for a better response here and to informs others about the cheating works carried out by airtel officials to meet their target.

                                  I bought the airtel sim-card# [protected] on dec 23, 2016 and its still not activated for 4 days. The shop keeper said documents have been submitted fine and has no idea whom to contact further. I got it for a relative who has come from abroad and till now has no means of communication with him. We have paid our telephone bill before bill due date but our landline has been disconnected by airtel in mid of month without any intimation. Also note that their rm mr. Sanjoy dutta ([protected]) & 2nd level head mr. Suvankar mukherjee ([protected]) has not support to us and give false information about disconnection and no support to active our telephone line. Thus, we have suffered huge monitory loss and business hamper due to telephone line dead, because we are share broking firm and our dealing is based on telephone line.

                                      I have made biggest mistake to choose airtel services, i am using this number from last 10 year as airtel customer ant i just want to just state change in porting. Now what happen to me. I had visited 3 times their office for this issue. And last saturday office is closed. When i call to 59059 they told me that we are not able to verify details because service provider has not updated it.
                                      I think i had make big crime like mnp state porting. When ever i ask on 59059 records not found. I am customer of airtel from more than 10 years and they treat me i am some kind of stupid and how can i ask any question? I don't have any write to ask question because of they are lazy and not do their work on time. I had requested only if possible only start incoming call or sms.
                                      Now in this days every transaction need otp. And its come on that number only. On every question from last 7 days they only answer please call after 24 hours. But my question is only that they are able to do their work in next 24 hours? Please tell me how much time 24 hours in days?

                                        I spoke to shivani, ur customer care representative few minutes ago. I called in to deactivate 1 gb offer that was activated on my number. She deactivated it without checking that it was associated with 9gb handset offer with the phone. When i prompted, that will it effect my 9gb handset offer, she rudely said, "mam ye pack shayad usi se associated tha, and hamare paas nai hote hain iske details".
                                        You guys deactivated my booster pack, with 8 gbs that i had. Now i have no internet, give me those 8 gbs that i had.
                                        Heights o[censored]nprofessionalism, you guys with all your databases, cannot even check before deactivating or activating any service.

                                        2 months back, i also applied for porting of the same number. I had to wait for 2 months for getting it ported as some agents said the documents are not received. When i submitted them again i got 4-5 calls per days. All different agents. Callinmg for the same thing. They do not even check the database before speaking to the customer. Some deactivate and some activate your services as if they are getting some bonuses for doing that.
                                        I mean, how irritating is that. And this is not my first complaint, it is better to switch to some other network i guess. Letting know, others so that they wont make such mistakes.
