Dear Team,

I have recharge of Rs.180/- for Full talk time, as per your scheme, from paytm but i received only Rs.156/- as talk time for my airtel no.[protected] . from long time i am trying to talk to customer care executive of airtel i.e.198 and 121 but i couldn't reach to airtel customer executive by their help line everytime i am facing the problem with Airtel. never reach to solve the complaint by phone.

    I do not have internet connection for the above mobile No.[protected]

    But in the Bill (date 05/11/2016 to 04/12/2016) internet charge Rs. 1691/- was charged.

    Kindly clarify without internet, how internet charge made against Mobile no.[protected]

    I request you to revise the billing and send to me for making payment.

      Airtel broadband was launched new in our locality in November 2016 with free installation and wifi modem. I submitted forms and ID/Address proofs for the same, but did not receive any response. In December I called Airtel for an update; I was told that they could not trace my application and asked me to submit fresh application and proofs and was told that the free installation offer was closed and that I have to pay Rs. 1000 for installation. I still agreed and gave a cheque, application form and proofs. But even after almost a month, I'm yet to get a response from them with reference to my new connection request.
      My applicaition no. is TNPC910778.

        I am V K Grover and my mobile phone no. is [protected]. As I had not been satisfied with the services of the company(very weak network and inflated bills;), I had requested for porting of my mobile number. My porting request was rejected due to a pending bill which was not generated at the time of applying for porting. Anyhow I have paid the bill amount with an extra amount which is equivalent to 32% of the bill amount. My billing cycle was upto 22nd December, 2016.

        I have tried to communicate with the company representative over telephone but they are intentionally killing my time by disconnecting calls after few seconds of hearing.

        Company is hereby requested to clear porting request immediately.

          Sim card related problem

          My card stop working suddenly.I regularly use airtel sim card but sometimes it show no signal but today it cant be detect by any mobile .any mobile show no sim card.now what show I do to resolve that problem bcz it is my official number for all accounts.now I'm not to my bank transection . Even I recharge it before some day then why this happened.plz suggest me what should I do now....

          they did not even ask whether they can dump it or no. this has been done in my abscence when we were not there.

            There was a technical issue, it was not re solved, but SR was closed, and we have not used the service months together, but they are asking us to pay the bill, very bad experience with Airtel, if this is the situation am sure people will switch from Airtel to other service provider, and i received few calls and they are threatening.

            Please arrange a call with senior person who can take a decision.

            Sorry to say this, ..the response and analytical skills of your team is ZERO, i received call from 2 persons from your side one executive name is Supriya @ [protected] she does not know what is the issue, she asking to tell entire story, i said you please go and check all my emails and conversation with airtel, she said will call in 1 day, now its more than 5 days, no response from her...

            going forward i would request all my friends/known circle..PLEASE DONT GO WITH AIRTEL...

            I hope for raising complaint in www.consumercomplaints.in, i have received a Threatening call from [protected] and saying that we are filing case in court...my humble request to airtel team, if possible please understand and help the customer other wise leave it but dont do Threatening customers, just refer what gandi said about customer, i can also approach consumer court for all these issues. please resolve it on priority basis..

            My request to all airtel customers, please be very careful with airtel...

                Recently, migrated my airtel postpaid sim to prepaid. SIM is activated but Online recharge is not happening. Hence, I gave complaint after calling airtel customer care on dec 13th 2016. Initially they told it will be rectified within 72hrs. I waited for three weeks. But still online recharge is getting failed for my mobile number#[protected] - AP. Later I called to customer care on dec third week. They told no issue from their side . waited for few days. and again on dec28th called to customer care and they told they will raise complaint again and technical team will look into it. But don't know how many times they will keep on raising complaints without resolving the same issue. Facing difficulty as online recharge failure.

                  I am vinit tyagi and i lodge a complain against bharti airtel limited sir the matter is before 2 month[20th oct 2016] airtel is not refunding my money that i paid for a new connection amount rs 2000. i have requsted mony time from airtel but aitel is commiting me false. they are saying your request is in process i am listning this since last 2 month i have given all the details and docs that is under below

                  1.( cheque no-031728 icici bank) the cheque has been cleared on 28/10/2016 OF AMOUNT RS-1000 CEF NO- N4840923 A/C NO-[protected] and landline no[protected]
                  I GAVE BOTH CHEQUE IN FAVOUR OF BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED

                  2. ( cheque no-716486 indusind bank) the other cheque has been cleared on 5/11/2016 the CAF NO- N4528048 A/C NO-[protected]
                  so, please look on this case it has too much time and please refund my 2000 rs as soon as possible.

This has happened 7-8 hours after bill has already been paid. I contacted AirTel customer support, but in spite of escalating my query, they have miserably failed to offer me an immediate solution.                         Sir, I had been using the mob no [protected] for the last 6-7 years. Its a pre paid no. In May 2016 I had changed my sim to micro sim in Coimbatore. As I am residing in Dubai contacting your CS has become impossible. During my visit to Chennai from 11th to 16th Dec I had personally visited ur office ...but due to poor connectivity the first few days they could'nt help me. But during my visit to ur office on 16th I was informed that my No was blocked and that they have sent a request to activate it again and it will take 3 days...
                        Its been 2 weeks and still no sign of my No working. I have written to u on this already...but no proper response.

                        Can you please activate my number as I am travelling to India in Jan 2017...

                          Deducted money without Recharge

                          Many times when I do recharge the amount is deducting from my bank account but recharge will not be done. And the amount will not be credited to my account also. This is happening many times to me. On Nov 13th when I do easy recharge of Rs. 199 for [protected] (karnataka circle), the amount was deducted but no recharge and no credit back.                           I have been using my prepaid number for around 3 years and recently I have to travel to Germany on a 6 months on-site project. After 4 months they just deactivated my Airtel number without any email notice or information regarding the termination. I have all my important bank transactions tied to that number.
                          This is absolutely shameful from the Network side and their policies. I really hate being an Airtel customer so far.
                          I will complain in more places that I could do.

                            I applied for a new connection. After the application I got nearly 3 to 4 calls asking for Proofs, stating, the faster I give the proofs, earlier i would get the connection. But so far no calls after I had submitted my proofs.

                            The referenceID of the ticket raised is: ONTMCHENN29099308C

                            One called and asked for a soft Copy to be mailed.
                            One called for confirmation once again.
                            One called for confirming the concerned will arrive at the door to get the proofs.
                            One called for taking this as a complaint.
                            No action taken so far. Not even for the complaint taken.

                              I am extremely upset with the horrible services provided by Airtel I thought that if I change my portability from Vodafone to Airtel I'll be happier but I was sadly mistaken but I regret the decision of changing portability to Airtel as if I am in the lift it No service in basement no service 4G net speed shows as E on my device also tried to change my sim as well but still the service is hopeless I think I should change to Vodafone back request you to get this sorted else very soon you'll loose a customer & ill make sure that atleast 20 people known to me also leave Airtel look into this at the earliest else, please relase my number i want go vodafone network. i want case airtel. i loos my time with airtel very pathetic service, i am very iritate and felling bed, maan hani ka kes or thokunga 20 laks ka

                                I paid the mobile bill of rupees 500 through paytm dated on 10_12_2016 by my debit card. This payment deducted rs 500 from my account. The statement has attached and transaction message is below. But the airtel company yet not received the payment
                                You have initiated a txn of inr 500.00 at paytm on icici bank card no.9870. Otp is 356165. Dont share with anyone. Bank never calls to verify otp. Dear customer, you have made a debit card purchase of inr500.00 on 12 dec. Info. Vin*paytm. Your net available balance is inr 31, 321.03.
                                Kindly arrange to deposit my bill or redeposit this amount in my bank account as soon as possible.
