Fraud call possibly forging Airtel and Airtel is not bothered

I had enquired for the conversion of an Airtel prepaid number to postpaid over email, to which I had got a reply. Sometime later I received a call from a person (a mobile number) claiming to be an Airtel executive and telling me about a plan especially for me (which was not mentioned in the mail I received in reply to my query). It was a 399 plan which included 600 local+std minutes, 200 local+national SMS and 1 GB 3g/4g data after consumption...

Airtel 4g free sim with 1gb free data

I use an airtel prepaid sim for last few years. I am getting smses from airtel regularly (In last few months) which state that as i have a 4g handset, i can upgrade my sim to 4g & use 1gb free 4g data for 28 days. Few months back i got a call from airtel & the executive offered the same (I. E. Free 4g sim) but i refused as i thought the service in my area was not up to the mark.

On 28-nov-2016, i got a call from airtel again...
