I had this number [protected] since 2004 and recently on September 5th 2016 i went abroad for a short period (September 5th 2016 till November 5th 2016) and after returning i found that my sim showed as invalid and when approached local airtel office they said the number has been cancelled, i need the same number i was using it for past 10yrs, Before taking the step of cancellation Airtel should have informed the same on my alternate number

    I M using idea connection number [protected] and I had requested for protibilty frm idea to airtel but later I requested to your customer care staff to cancel protibility I wanna remain in idea only because due to financial reason I am not able to pay Rs 220/- approx.. But they not accept my request and deactivated my idea number.pls accept my request and port my idea number to idea.

      I paid cesc electricity bills on 30th dec 2016 via airtel money app using code "cash5"; however didn't yet receive the cashback - could you please check it:

      Hope you can find out rest of the details from the transaction ref; called customer care but of no help

      For the past few cycles, I have not been getting the cash back (Rs.50) on my three Airtel Postpaid numbers amounting to over Rs 400 each..
      Please resolve this. I should be ideally getting the cash back to my Airtel wallet.
      I didn't receive my cash back on Airtel bank.. I had paid for myntra
      I have recharged my Airtel Number using my Airtel app by ₹498, which is unlimited pack scheme. But I didn't get any cashback which you claim you will give. Why I didn't get?
      I paid my electricity bill using Airtel money on 18 August 2018, My transaction Id is [protected] of ruppee 390 after that I paid many times my electricity bill using Airtel money but until now didn't receive cashback, kindly solve my problem
      I have recharged my Airtel Number using my Airtel app by ₹499, which is unlimited pack scheme. But I didn't get any cashback which you claim you will give. Why I didn't get?
      I didn't receive my cash back of rs40 even after recharging and rs51 cash back on updating lucky.
      So, there is this policy that you receive money cashback on recharge from "my Airtel app" for airtel mobile recharge's of specified amount.
      With negative results, I find this dupious and frankly false advertisment. I normally get my recharges done on Google Pay as I find it more convenient. On two or three occassions, I had done my recharge through ' my Airtel app', such as today, I clicked on the option given, which clearly stated a cashback of about rs40. But alas, it turned out to be misleading. Didn't recieve a cashback but recieved the assurance that these cashback tactic is on the lines of false advertisment.
      Concluding, the amount may-be less or meagre to make it an issue however customer dissatisfaction is clearly evident in such false claims.
      Hence, such claims may be removed from the app.

          I Requested for data pack on MyAirtel App on 20th Dec. Charges were debited, but the service was not activated. After 10 days and speaking to 4 customer service rep, they still did not resolve the issue. I have been asking for a refund of the charged amount, but they are still asking for more information, even though all information was verified by the previous cust serv reps. I had informed them that I would be travelling out of the country, and my local number will not be active - but to avoid resolving the issue, they keep on asking - via Twitter - for the local number. Very frustrated with their customer service.

                  I took an Airtel Broadband Connection before two months in one area(previous address). After twenty days I shifted my house in some other area(present address). When I requested Airtel to shift my connection at the present address, they told me that they don't have the connection available in that particular area, In spite, of their claiming that they are the best network at their website. My subscribed Airtel connection was offering me a Free first three-month broadband and Free landline calls(till the connection exist) associated under the Broadband Scheme only. Now when they failed to deliver the broadband connection after twenty days in my present address, Airtel customer care 121 told me that my billing won't be generated and I will have a zero balance and I don't need to pay anything as they failed to serve me as a customer and I was in my free three month period so I don't need to pay anything at all and with that they disconnected my complete broadband connection. Today some Airtel representative is calling me after a month of disconnection and asking me to pay my landline charge which was associated under their broadband scheme and claims to be free. How many times should a common people like me tangle himsel[censored]nder this sorts of companies who claims something else before the connection is taken, commits something else after the connection is disconnected and then comes up with a nasty surprise of their fake commitments and finds the way to loot money. Sir/Maam, Please keep this old taboo of telephone companies of claiming unnecessary money from people away. They mislead with their ads and tries acquisition of customers by several wrong promises.

                        I tried doing recharge for my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] online from airtel online recharge site with txn id K1UB4XEXQE19P3D3GU8F16122IGAAMZROE1 of rs 100. The money was debited from my account but i did not receive the recharge. Kindly refund my money or get the recharge done. Resolve this as soon as possible or i will be forced to take strict actions against this. Also note that this is not the first time it has happened.

                          I had done some transaction using airtel money wallet. After which my wallet balance was rs 39.75
                          After couple of days when i checked my wallet balance it was nill. Apart from this my whole transaction history was also not visible on the airtel money mobile app.

                          I tweeted and wrote emails to airtel custmer care but all the y say is the case is being investigated and will update me soon.

                          Unfortunately i am still getting calls saying the same even after 2 weeks.

                          I want to lodge complain against them for this wallet balance forgery.

                            I've recharged an Airtel offer 299 rs which was o[censored]nlimited local and std calls plus 6gb 3G data..but I got only 2 gb data and now it's showing 42000 locals seconds only which is completely misleading.

                            And I'm trying to call Airtel customer care, I've tried all options and the best ways to reach them there is no option to talk to a customer care executive which is totally shame to such a reputed tele service provider like Airtel.

                              This complaint is regarding the Airtel network problem.

                              I want to bring your kind notice that my village (Parli) is located near by Anupshahr Tehsil district Bulandshahr, Uttar Paradesh. we face alot issues in network connectivity in all network. Village people (approximate - 1000 people) are using mobile in my village but all facing network problem and call drop problem since last 5 years also want to inform that near by villagers are also facing same problem from long time.

                                I'm A. Chithambara prabu and im using airtel dish tv for the past 6 years and my customer id is [protected].
                                Yesterday[protected] i have given complaint in customer care (12150) that my remote control is not working, he has taken the complaint (Complaint no[protected] and assured me that it will be replaced free of cost (Coz it is under warranty) by next day. Two months back only i have opted for the warranty as per the advise by the executive and Rs.99 has been deducted from my TV acct. At that time i was told that this warranty includes HD setup box as well as Remote control . I double confirmed with him that whether remote control will be replaced in case of malfunction of the remote control unit. Only after his confirmation i have given my consent for the warranty.
                                But today[protected] after remote replacement they have deducted Rs.170/- from my account and saying that it will not cover under warranty.

                                First thing is that they have given me a false promise by saying that remote control will be replaced free of cost.
                                Second thing is that they are not supplying quality remote control to me. For the past 4 months 5 times my remote has been replaced. (5*170) Rs.850 collected from me with out my mistake.

                                calling to the customer care is in vain

                                I request the refund of the amount (Rs.170) to my account and also request to give quality products to the customers

                                  My Prepaid sim([protected]) got disconnected 3 days(27/12/2016) back and i'm yet to receive the postpaid sim.

                                  Worst way of handling the customers and i have also faced a huge loss for these 3 days without my number. I Have called like some 100 times, but still ignoring my calls. Really Frustrating

                                      Dear Telecom Regulatory Authority,

                                      I wish to bring to your notice the callous attitude and irresponsible behaviour of India's most popular telecom service provider - Airtel.

                                      For the past two days, whenever I try to make a call from my Airtel prepaid number, I am forced to hear a long advertisement audio regarding Airtel's plans before the call is connected.
                                      Even if I disconnect the call and dial again, the entire audio is repeated for every single call.

                                      I deeply condemn the fact that customers like me who are trying to call someone (maybe in cases of emergency) are being subjected to the harassment of being put on hold till the entire advertisement is heard.

                                      This could put the life of somebody at risk due to not being able to connect to their dear ones immediately in cases of emergency.

                                      I request your speedy and stringent action in this regard to ensure that Airtel refines its customer service and avoids such harassment to its customers.
