I Requested for data pack on MyAirtel App on 20th Dec. Charges were debited, but the service was not activated. After 10 days and speaking to 4 customer service rep, they still did not resolve the issue. I have been asking for a refund of the charged amount, but they are still asking for more information, even though all information was verified by the previous cust serv reps. I had informed them that I would be travelling out of the country, and my local number will not be active - but to avoid resolving the issue, they keep on asking - via Twitter - for the local number. Very frustrated with their customer service.
