However, it was nowhere mentioned that this pack will not work on roaming and because of this balance from my account is keep on going deducted, when I asked customer care representative they said this will not work on roaming.

Hello,

My mobile number is [protected]. I got 10655 rupees of mobile bill for the period of 2 oct to 1 nov 2016.

I am totally shocked after seeing the bill where you guys have mentioned that i have used approx 2 gb of data on international roaming. I am 100% sure that i could not use this huge amount of data on international roaming.

The call changers are ok but i will never accept the data charges...

Not getting refund money

Unfair & repeated balance deduction

On 30/09/2016 I got an SMS from Airtel (AG-NTAROT) saying that Rs. 95 internet pack, 380 MB 3G valid for 14 days has been renewed. Post free usage, charges @ 40p/10 KB. I called up Airtel customer care (198) and informed its executive about this plan I did not opt for. I also asked him for deactivating the plan and to refund me my money (the amount of Rs. 95).

Change of name and address on prepaid sim

There was a problem with my sim because of which I had to get a new sim card, The Airtel customer service guys told me that the sim is not in my name and thus I need to file a police complaint to continue using the same number. I have done that and received a new sim. Even after going through all this hassle there is no way to change the name and address on the sim....
