I been using airtel prepaid sim [protected] for past 3 yrs. The sim was lost by mistake and got back after 45 days approximately, when i inserted my sim it says the num is currently out of service. What do i do plz respond me immediately how to reactivate my sim. The num is been using for alll bank accounts and transactions, i kindly request you to take some initiative for solving my problem

    I will take your company no is [protected] on[protected]. This number services will start on[protected]. Your company person will visit on my address that I am giving you regarding verification.
    But no body come on regarding verification at my address. My number services will stop by your company then I am visit your office and told him after visiting your office they will be starting my services that person request again re- verification. But[protected] no body come for verification. You have stop again my number services.

    So plz tell me what is my fault I will provide my all documents that you have required if your verification person not visit that is not my fault so plz request to you plz start my number services. As soon as possible otherwise I will go to conjumer cort .

      Worst service im getting from airtel before that what im getting from the same service airtel, for browsing they are irritating with their portal(http://one.airtel.in/rcconf). they are charging for the internet fees still they are showcasing their company, i required internet without the stupid ads or irritating portals, im not a anti to airtel, im using airtel service from past 10 years, but when i get this type we all hate . if this consumer complaint will not work i will go for direct process. thanks consumer complaints

          Hi

          I have an Airtel Landline, Mobile and Dongle connection. Despite having all three and being a old customer, am the most disappointed one at this point in time. For want of options, I am continuing with you!

          Its been 2+ years since I moved to my current residence. From the time I moved, I have been facing frequent disconnection of Broadband and Landline. Every time, I am told to follow the route to raise a complaint, 24-48 hrs that mostly takes to 5-8 days to be attended, and then within a few more days am into this cycle as the connection is down again!

          You can look through my history of Complaints registered, which by the way will be lesser than the number of times connection was down, because I was tired of raising complaints!

          For now, am going to refer to my latest complaints and the SAD STATUS of your action taken... showing how you value your customer.

          Following the cyclone, my landline was down and so was the broadband. Initially, couldnt get through for complaints and then finally around 19th Dec I raised a complaint (Comp #:[protected]. Was told 48 hrs max but I didn't hear from anyone till 23rd December. I was leaving my premises for a holiday on that date and that's when your engineer chooses to drop by. I told him that can't be at home and therefore requested him to return first wk of Jan.

          Today is 19th Jan, and am yet to hear from anyone! And I so very well knew they have royally closed my complaint with no acceptance from my end / attending the issue. How could you treat a customer like that?

          Can I do so for my monthly payments? Will you not block my access? I just experienced this with my dongle -- I had consumed my 10 GB and promptly my speed reduced giving me a page to pay for more bandwidth. If you have the authority to control my usage, you BETTER have the Credibility and Responsibility to give me my regular connection and the full strength promised.

          Whoever declared you as an OPEN network? Seriously what do I do with such an openness which is only used for branding and capturing customers!

          I wonder if you really have any RESPECT or VALUE for your customers... end of the day what MATTERS to you guys is the BILL VALUE and MONEY that we bring in and NOTHING ELSE.

            Hi,

            I am using airtel connection from 7 to 8 years and things changed now. I have recharged my mobile for internet balance. Money is getting deducted from bank account but i am not getting my internet balance. I tried this 3 times and lost almost 800 rs. This is really frustrating and no proper customer care person number whom i can talk about it. I want my money back now and want to close connection. AIRTEL IS THE WORST CONNECTION I EVER HAVE.

              My name is bharadwaja reddy pittu my airtel number [protected]. I am facing sms problem from the past month..first they De-Activated my account without giving any intimation after one month i reactivated my mobile number and i can't able to receive or send any messages..every time i call they are saying two more days but not resolving my problem. it's been more than two weeks they still not solving my problem..they said they will call back but they didn't and i can't even port my number i need message service to receive port number.

                Initial Complaint Raised : 24th Dec 2016
                Issue : Extreme Low Speed 2.4 Mbps for 4G Hot Spot
                Escalation : Nodal officer, Mail Sent 5 times
                Current status : After 3 weeks, Yesterday 2.4 Mbps speed increased to 12 Mbps, but it should be more than 21 Mbps minimum. Airtel Advertises that they are Fastest 4G provider.
                Location : Chennai, Kodambakkam, 600024 (Main Area)
                Last Communication : Airtel asked 2 days to resolve and Fix issue. But almost now 3 weeks. No Hope. Need to Raise the Issue to Ensure I dont get repeat problem.

                  I am abin savad who had registered a broadband connection with the fixed line number [protected]. Last time i called in december 1 2016 after numerous arguments i told u guys to cut the connection after i paid ALL THE DUES. I have paid all kinds of dues and amounts. Yet...NOW WHY AM I STILL HAVING A BILL OF 1700 IN MY ACC. I dont understand why those people continue to scam ppl like me on the pretext of a terminated connection. I am very angry about all this and wont b paying anything more heceforth. I am willing to take this issue to court cuz i cant live being kept on scammed by the most irresponsible company called airtel.

                    Hi I Am Vinay, I had an issue with airtel wallet cash back offer transaction I'd[protected] rs 457.52 I booked ticket in BMS through airtel wallet and their was an offer from airtel of 25 % cashbach on the amount booked on 1st Jan 2017 and airtel was supposed to pay it back with in 2 days of my booking date. But it almost 9 days still I have not received the cash back amount and also I raised the complaint on Jan 3 complaint no 193016
                    But still now I dint get any response from airtel .please resolve this issue asap

                    I was given request On 18 Oct 16. But customer care executive has activated 20GB data of R's.2000/. So my salary was detected the the same in R's 2848/- in Nov and R's.2988/inDec salary. Kindly check and refund the same.
                    None of the message is receiving to my airtel number [protected].I have checked my phone but there is no issue with phone. Due to the issue i lost my OTP for various purposes and affected my job also
                    Dear Sir,

                    I have an Airtel no. [protected] which i took a year before. I last used the no. in May as I'm abroad now. I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I'm sure there is more than 100 Rs in it and Validity was life time card. Pls check and activate my sim card.

                      Dear sir, i m using sirf postpaid no [protected](up west) they are unable to resolve my outgoing sms service in 20 days. On few of port /upc no they're refusing on mail now how a person can send Port sms once u don't have outgoing sms facility?
                      Even after reporting to everyone I m helpless, please help me in getting UPC number ASAP.

                      My airtel digital tv [protected] id no..i am last recharged (23.12.2016) 190 rupees..my plan 243 rs but channel deactivated 5 jan 2017..i dont activated extra channel or add on but c.care representative told asianet, manorama hd channel activated my account that way my account debited amount that channels..
                      What can i do?
                      Kindly disconnect my airtel no [protected] which is on my name "Avish Patil" and used by somebody else from last two months i had allready paid a bill of 1800rs which is not used by me. kindly disconnect this no immidiatly for any kind future outstanding or compaints of this no I will be not responsible.

                        Dear Team,

                        I have received the bill of Rs 1125 on the above no. The relationship number of is [protected].

                        After analysis i found that the bill is high due to the extra internet usage of 160 MB, charging approx Rs 500.

                        During the conversion of this number to this scheme, i have been told that no need to worry. Once you quota of internet got finished, it will automatically shifts to 2G which is free.

                        I need proper justification and reversal of the amount otherwise i have to no other option other than port all my numbers to other service provider.

                        Same issues i have faced on my other no. [protected] and multiple issue in getting internet facility on [protected] (Sister no). And facing multiple issue in last year. Regarding non recipt of SMSs, Internet connectivity, billings and I have been calling for the same. But no proper response from your side.

                        But now i felt airtel is continuously degrading its services and making customer unhappy.

                          I received a call from Airtel agent from number[protected] and was told about plan of 499. I opted for plan paid rs 100 for sim card on 1st of Jan 2017.

                          Now when today 09/01/2017 I visited Airtel store, they said even the order number is not generated so porting cannot happen.

                          I contacted the agent then and she then told me that was activation charge and cannot be reversed.
                          When I contacted Airtel store again they said, porting is approx free of cost and I have been charged wrongly.

                          This was not told me at the time of opting for port activation charge and all.
                          I know the amount is small but this fraud should be stopped and possibly if I can get my money.

                            Earlier today, i have tried recharge 269 INR from Airtel web portal.which was unsuccessful and amount was debited from my account and recharge was unsuccessful. Finally i got the message that the refund of amount will take 7 days which is bull [censored]. This is very very bad experience with Airtel system.

                              Hi, I am using [protected] as post paid number, but because of some issue I want to convert this number in prepaid and wanted to be a customer of Airtel.
                              For that I had visited Airtel store Patlipitra( Patna) and had cleared all dues amount and submitted all required documents for that.
                              Store manager have already issued prrpaid sim card to me, but till date my postpaid number has not closed.
                              Some times its a question of Company intention who does not want to convert post paid to prepaid.
                              Now if it will not redolve then I will lodge a legal complain in consumer forum against Airtel.

                                While laying the cable for broadbad, Airtel guys damaged the cabling at home.

                                There was existing cable which was taking internet from the main point to another room. This line has been permanently damaged and the technicians told me that this cannot be repaired by them unless the walls are broken.

                                Now no cable can reach my room and this cannot be repaired without breaking the walls.

                                Worst experience with Airtel. I am asking others in my building to not subscribe to airtel.

                                I have transferred 7, 150 Rs to Airtel money from my Bank Account but Valet is showing old balance, and amount has deducted from my bank account.

                                it's almost more than 15 days and they are not taking the complaint seriously.

                                customer care service is very bad,
                                Airtel Dth is not working, there is some video problem and I have raised a complaint in airtel customer care on 22nd Dec 2016, it is almost 12 days over, no technician has visited and resolved the issue. No one is giving proper response even if I approach customer care. Even there is no proper response from zonal office.Very worst service.
                                My app showed 261 rs recharge will get 4Gb. I recharged and i lost 261 and my existing balance 60rs. Nothing came no data balance. Fraud it is.
                                I filed case on airtel. Dont use this useless connection

But I didn't use it for past 3months.it has been deactivated ..in mean time another person got the number and using it.i asked him can you give this number to me.he said okay sir with big heart.But when I came to Airtel office in Salem they telling me "Sir you to his native place nd get the sim and give your proof nd his proof too". Distance my native to his place s 500km..is it possible ??I m ashame tat Airtel Dont hv any digital method or telephone acknowledge.Do you think, Airtel developed this much without customer..I asked what ll d same scenario in Vodafone office..They said "No problem, we ll just hv telephone acknowledge alone nd ll get your sim soon ".I never expected such poor customer satisfaction from Airtel side
