We are M/s Star Plastics, 168/1- Kolathupalayam, Gangapuram PO, Erode- 638102.

We are using Airtel network 104 numbers for our company use.

For above said group numbers, ( 23- October to 22 November ) Bill payment Rs. 35, 999.00 is paid by cheque on 15.12.2016 through draw box in Soorya Communication ( Airtel Dealer ), Erode.

The Cheque is not posted to our account till date, and December month bill also received with late payment fees, additional charges.

By your very worst management, we suffer more in every month. We are a leading manufacturer in Tamilnadu. How to follow your work? Why want to pay your unwanted charges?

Firstly, Your bills not get on proper date. we get the bill after many requesting, we makes the payment immediately. payments also you not follows usually.

Our final information is, If you not give the exact bill and not clear the bill issue with in tomorrow, we should get PORT number for best service network to our all communication.

    I tried to book a movie ticket from bookmyshow using airtel money but although my bank account was debited I did not receive any ticket.     I have not received refund till date. Airtel has not responded to my queries.

      My prepaid mob. No. Is [protected]. I had done a recharge of rs.149 for 4g data services on 1 jan 2017 and it guaranteed 6 gb data. I also recharged talk time of rs. 20. But 2 days have passed. No signal of airtel is there in my phone. I talked to customer care 2 times. But i didn't receive any message.
      I want either the services should be given or refund initiated

        Hi,

        I have raised a new Fixed line broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on December 19 2016.

        But later Airtel team stated the broad band service was not feasible in my area hence i requested them to refund my amount.

        I am following this issue with customer care and then submitted complaint to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.

        So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet.

        It has been almost 3 weeks now and still i am not getting my refund amount.

        I have also submitted a cancelled cheque / CAF number - TBLR7288632 to airtel onlinerefund .com site

        Please process my refund as soon as possible

        the customer care team is calling me daily and asking for chancelled cheque / account statement showing transaction made to airtel.

        I have sent all details long back, moreover another customer care executive called me on 3rd jan 2017 as soon as I posted on consumercomplaints website, stating that I will get refund by 3rd jan 2017 after cheque verification. But still no refund has come

        please transfer the amount to my account without further delay

        Still no resolution to my issue, every day I am getting calls stating they will refund the money, but it's not happening

        Where s Airtel broadband nodal office, I will go and visit the same to get refund as it has crossed 1 month

        Hi,

        Its been 42 days since this refund is pending from airtel for non feasible connection

        It was airtel's mistake, they did not check feasibility and made me to pay Rs 500/-

        Please provide the refund of Rs 500/- to my account

        I have mailed my cancelled cheque to airtel presence email id, appellate and 121

        But when I call I get only response that backend team is working on the issue
        please provide backend team email id, phone number

        or else I am moving to consumer court to resolve this issue

          Had to recharge my Mobile Phone through online web portal provided by airtel.
          Had 2 unsuccessful transactions: Following are the Txn Id's
          Txn ID 1 :[protected]
          Txn ID 2 :[protected], in one of the txn, amount of Rs. 200 is been deducted from my bank account and recharge is not been carried out.

          Both The transaction is been unsuccessful, (after giving my Debit Card Details.) Why is it Airtel requesting the Customer's banking credentials in its web portal? Usually the web portal has to redirect request to Third party site which manages the banking request. Why airtel involved in such a practice? And also its not the first time I had to face this issue.

          I want to look into the legality of service providers requesting the bank credentials in their web portal.

          Dear Officer,

          Once I have given Txn Id means the contact information is inherited in it. I need not give again my contact information. May be there was a recharge done on that occasion but the problem still remains.

          Today again the same issue has occurred.
          Txn Id[protected] & Txn ID[protected] was unsuccessful. I totally regret the way website is designed and storing the Bank data in your space is questionable. Still I request for legality of the process its being designed.

                Commit wrong while providing plans than charge wrong while billing, dont hear customer complaint. in competetive world where other operator providing free calls & data the are chaeting by charging extra, and false advertising of cheaper plans, misguiding customers, actually they charge you as they used to, just showing wrong advertisement to compete with others.

                  I did online recharging for the mobile number [protected] on 03.01.2017 at 8.56 P.M., for recharging Rs.31., The said amount of Rs. 31 was deducted from my account but the transaction failed. It is requested to refund the amount of Rs. 31/- and the airtel112/ker/prepaid txn# is[protected].

                  Similar thing was happend in my husbands number but no amount is refunded kindly take corrective measures at the earliest.

                    We have raised a complaint regarding the overbilling for the number [protected]. We are very sure that we have not used the data as mentioned in the bill.

                    We have not so far received any explanation by email or letter. We only received a call from a lady in the local office or collection center who only screamed on top of her voice and we were unable to have a discussion.

                    We would like to bring to your attention that the credit limit for the number [protected] is Rs. 14, 000 /- as clearly stated in the the same bill. How can you bill us over the credit limit? The calls from the mobile number [protected] should have been barred on crossing the limit. Now not only this number is barred also the alternate mobile number.

                      I applied for portability of my MTNL Dolphin mobile to Airtel and I paid Rs. 250 as A/C Payee Cheque in favour of Bharti Airtel with a promise that it will be adjusted in first bill. The fist bill has come but the amount has not been adjusted. As per GOI orders this service did not require payment of Rs. 250. Thus the demand to pay was unjust and against the orders. The cheque was debited from my account on 15.12.2016. I produced adequate evidence of this payment to the local office of the Airtel at sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi. No action taken till date.

                          U don't have give the proper solution I m go the govt. Support and the legal action against Airtel services.

                            I have stationery shop in yelahanka newtown bangalore. Your recharge agent in this area is not supporting for getting easy recharge. Since from 2 days am following it up for recharge to my demo sim he didn't coming. They never speak properly, they feel like owners of airtel. They never want busy. Am not able find authority to complaint against them please help.

                              I am using airtel dth since past 8-9 months, 23 days my airtel dth is not working, i have called several times to airtel people, every time they are saying working on same and sending engineer, but not yet sent, i dropped a mail too to them regarding same, and asked them to refund money which i had spent in installation so that i can go for other service provider, but these people neither responding nor refunding money back intentionally, to keep money with them called to service enggineer no, which they had shared but he is not picking call, pls help on same

                                There is no mobile network coverage in our area for airtel. Address is, manimangalam road, varadharajapuram, west tambaram, chennai - 600048. There is no proper response from customer care people also. No one is taking actions. Mobile network is working only if we go to the terrace of the apartment. It is not working inside the home. There are around 78 houses in our apartment and almost all are facing the same issue.

                                1. They have sub-standard ports in and around Ernakulam, Kerala.

                                2. Internet does not work half the time.

                                3. We pay for 8mbps speed and get 1mbps speed.

                                4. Technical team comes back to you after two days, and says its a port issue cannot be rectified.

                                Airtel broadband should be the last option on your mind.

                                My airtel money is blocked due for your faulty business process.It is blocked from last 4 days.I keep calling customer care and they unable to resolve till now. I requested to transfer balance after discussion with customer care. They suggest to provide id proof (as in attachment).

                                  Sir my airtel plan which was told to me by it airtel store in ankleshwar was 550 1. Ulimited calls 2.100 sms per day3.4gb 4g data. But the planned which i got is totally different it's like i received only 3gb 4g data. So u people are fooling the customers. So please let me know how can u help me. And if the plan remains the same the plz immediately stop your stupid plan and no more i want to continue with airtel and will not suggest anyone for airtel from now onwards

                                      On 23rd december, i purchased a new sim with same old number ([protected]) as i had some issue with older sim card. However, i am unable to access 4g services since then. Although 3g and 2.5g services are working fine. I have complained the same with the customer care three times since then, but nothing has improved. Every time i contact them, they say that issue will be resolved in 3 days but nothin happens and i have to call again to them and again same thing happens. This is very irritating and frustrating that airtel technical team is completely incapable to solve this ludicrous issue in past 10 days. If any responsible person from airtel group is reading this, please take appropriate action on this. I am highly dissatisfied with the airtel services. I am using it since last 4 years but now it seems time has come to switch to some other network operators.

                                      Today I got a call from airtel executive and he said that issue is resolved and I need to reinsert the sim card and restart phone. I did the same but I got nothing but a huge disappointment. I could not see any 4G or LTE symbol there. The issue still remains open and it's not resolved. I am deeply frustrated now with the service provided by airtel. Please consider this response as higher level escalation of this issue. I really can't understand why it is taking so much time to resolve this very minor issue. Please take some serious action on this and don't try to fool or misguide the end users.

                                      I am also attaching the screen shot of my phone screen where you can see at the top as 'H' symbol which is for 3G and not for 4G.

                                      The resolution provided by you is not working at all. So, I am still at level 0. Nothing have improved. This issue was never resolved at all. I could not see or use 4G as usual, despite reinserting the sim and restarting the mobile.

                                      So please work on this and reslove it asap. Why are you people stretching it so long.

                                      If this issue can't be resolved by airtel technical team do mention it clearly. Then I will see next course of action. But don't give these kind of answers that we have resolved the issue and so and so. It doesn't make any sense. The issue might have been resolved for you but at my side it's still the same old issue.
