I took an Airtel Broadband Connection before two months in one area(previous address). After twenty days I shifted my house in some other area(present address). When I requested Airtel to shift my connection at the present address, they told me that they don't have the connection available in that particular area, In spite, of their claiming that they are the best network at their website. My subscribed Airtel connection was offering me a Free first three-month broadband and Free landline calls(till the connection exist) associated under the Broadband Scheme only. Now when they failed to deliver the broadband connection after twenty days in my present address, Airtel customer care 121 told me that my billing won't be generated and I will have a zero balance and I don't need to pay anything as they failed to serve me as a customer and I was in my free three month period so I don't need to pay anything at all and with that they disconnected my complete broadband connection. Today some Airtel representative is calling me after a month of disconnection and asking me to pay my landline charge which was associated under their broadband scheme and claims to be free. How many times should a common people like me tangle himsel[censored]nder this sorts of companies who claims something else before the connection is taken, commits something else after the connection is disconnected and then comes up with a nasty surprise of their fake commitments and finds the way to loot money. Sir/Maam, Please keep this old taboo of telephone companies of claiming unnecessary money from people away. They mislead with their ads and tries acquisition of customers by several wrong promises.
