Updated by prabhu_r the customer care team is calling me daily and asking for chancelled cheque / account statement showing transaction made to airtel.
I have sent all details long back, moreover another customer care executive called me on 3rd jan 2017 as soon as I posted on consumercomplaints website, stating that I will get refund by 3rd jan 2017 after cheque verification. But still no refund has come
please transfer the amount to my account without further delay

Still no resolution to my issue, every day I am getting calls stating they will refund the money, but it's not happening
Where s Airtel broadband nodal office, I will go and visit the same to get refund as it has crossed 1 month

Its been 34 days since I paid the money
Please refund the money asap or else I will move to consumer court to resolve this issue

Its been 42 days since this refund is pending from airtel for non feasible connection
It was airtel's mistake, they did not check feasibility and made me to pay Rs 500/-
Please provide the refund of Rs 500/- to my account
I have mailed my cancelled cheque to airtel presence email id, appellate and 121
But when I call I get only response that backend team is working on the issue
please provide backend team email id, phone number
or else I am moving to consumer court to resolve this issue

Subject: Package benefit provided wrongly and additional package activated without info.
I have recharged for RS 1006 on 2nd Oct 2017 for South Max Kannada Package for the period of 6 month after proper enquire about the packages with customer care support but now on 20th December its showing recharge window. I have enquired about the issue but they were saying that additional HD 180 channel package was activated and this additional package has been activated without our knowledge. I have spoke with customer care and every time customer support team say we will connect the call with supervisor for the further discussion but the call not got connected not even single time. Airtel DTH Customer care is really worst, not responding properly. Here i am requesting for the recharge for remaining months and I spoke to customer care supportive, no one helped me and not showed interest to raise a complaint. I need help from forum.
please solve my issue.
