I am using airtel postpaid broadband connection and we requested them to close connection. But instead of doing that they add monthly charge of some 700 rupees and barred incoming services. Bill amount for that month is just 650 rupees(Actual bill is 1200.They promised to provide cash back of 500.So it is around 600 or 700.They had not resolved this issue even). Hi, I made a wrong payment and recharged a prepaid Airtel number - [protected] - thru paytm, for Rs. 5000.

I called Airtel to revert this transaction but it looks like they were not aware of how this is done and told me that paytm can do that not Airtel.

I checked with vodafone and they told me if something like that happens on a vodafone number I just need to call vodafone to revert that transaction.

I have converted my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 3rd of December and paid my last bill 680 but he deducted 880 as 200 will carry forward to prepaid account. I called airtel customer care on 5th December she said amount will transfer with in 48 hrs. Now i called them again today on 12th December they are saying its not possible. Visit same store.
They troubled me while converting to airtel now postpaid to prepaid service...

I have take a new connection of airtel broadband in the name of Jhumur Ray, the airtel service man charged a sum of Rs 500/-, after few days the airtel service man told me sorry sir in your area is not possible to given the broadband service. Than i have applied for refund the money, he always refuse me. Still 2 month passed i can't get my money back. Its not a matter of sum of Rs 500/- its a matter of good service. I changed my sim from micro to nano. In service centre they told me it'll activate after 4 hours. After 4 hours it was activated and i'm able to call. But I'm not able to send or receive any messages after that....

When i am making call to any person sometimes my voice is not audible to them and sometimes their voice is not audible to me. Even i called customer care of airtel many time but their customer care executives are also not able to listen my voice. Then i lodged written complain on the airtel website but still not resolved. My balance has been deducted for no reason. I called up the customer care to enquire, some senior executive said I used 3G data, and that while I have 2G pack on with sufficient data balance.And also that it is my fault that I didn't turn off the dual network mode CDM/GSM that comes inbuilt in any mobile phone of this segment. I have been charged with Rs. 15 that is to 24 times against IMF charging.
Airtel is saying this is idle maintenance charge. When this is a prepaid service why a customer will pay IMF charge. I

Why IMF is not there in prepaid mobile?
Why other DTH service provider don't have IMF charge.

Airtel is a big cheater. I want my money to be waived. Rs. 360.
