I recharged my mobile with Rs265 for 3G/4G thorugh My airtel app on the 28th Nov. There was an exclusive offer of 1.5GB for recharges done through my airtel app for that price . However I got only 1GB credited to my account. I complained twice with customer care, but they mention the benefit has been credited to the account, but still i don't see anything.

I have ordered a broadband connection on 04.12.2016. The referrence number is TBLR7276342. Its the 4th day and still there is no call or confirmation sms regarding when i will get the broadband connection. Now it was not in use for more than three month. When I tried to use it seems it is deactivated. I tried to call customer care but they also were not able to guide correctly.
