Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 21st dec 2016 got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.
I have paid once again, but no refund of my money.

    Mr.Sunil Mittal - I am writing to you as a last resort, I have lost hope and I am soon to be an ex-airtel customer. Here is my story. My airtel account number is [protected]
    1. I bought an Airtel Broadband connection to which I paid Rs.1000 as activation fees - this was cleared from my bank account on 22.09.2016
    2. The agent who came to collect the documents and cheque also collected Rs.100 in cash for which there is no receipt and no details in the bill.
    3. This same agent committed to me that on the first month I will get a cash back of Rs.1000
    4. I got the first bill which had a due of Rs.1104, due on 01st Dec 2016 which I paid in full.
    5. Immediately after that I started getting messages saying I have a due amount of Rs.1000. I wrote to airtel customer care, to the appellate, numerous calls to the customer care number 121 to no avail.
    6. Now the situation is that the customer care guys hang up on me without resolving my problem.
    7. I am not able to use my voices services even after repeated calls and commitment that the situation would be rectified.
    8. I understand that there is an accounting goo[censored]p at your end which made this amount of Rs.1000 became payable by me suddenly on 03rd Dec 2016. The previous bills issued to me doesn't include this amount. for this goo[censored]p airtel is harassing me to hide your own mistakes.
    9. I have spent hours out of my busy schedule to patiently speak to everybody but to no avail.

    10. I have a written email from the appellate saying the amount is now Due on 31 Dec 2016 with no late payment fees etc. which means I have time till 31 Dec 2016 to pay the due and inspite of this the services are disrupted.
    11. Its not a question of paying Rs.1000, but I want set somethings right and hence escalating this here.

    I have no hope of any resolution and you can be sure that I will discontinue my airtel connection soon and also ensure none of my friends, relatives, colleagues and organizations I have control on ever take to airtel.

    This really looks like there is no ethics in Airtel and I made a wrong choice. There are many more issues which I have written to the appellate of which (obviously) I have not received any resolutions - so much for the word appellate.

    My mobile which I have been using since 2003 - an airtel customer for more than 13 years - will now be ported to either Vodafone or Idea.

      I am Vinay and i had a issue with porting airtel postpaid [protected] . I sent SMS to 1900 to get my unique Id but the aitel has been blocking the message in backend and I am unable to receive the unique I'd and i contacted airtel CC their are telling they have not blocked any messages and telling me that try after 4 hours . This is nonsense reply from their end why I want to wait for 4hours if I send any airtel service subscription they will reply back with in a seconds then why they want 4 hours to fix this issue that to for basic SMS service. I know they are doing this intentionally and blocking port SMS . So I am pissed off and lodging Complaint against them in this forum. And I want solution from airtel for this issue ASAP.

      Hello sir this is pramod kumar from Bangalore I made transaction on 17/12/2017 of 8700 in swiping for purchase of cloth but error came as Aproval denied so again i made transaction with different swiping machine that trnsaction successful but amount has debited twice regards that i complaint to ICICI But their customer care representative they told after 1 week your amount will be refund but after one week again i complaint to ICICI now they are saying it will take 50 days we will update your status .Please find the Below Attachment

              I have sent a mail to deactivate my mobile WiFi [protected] on 21/09/2016 as the signal in not proper, after that they requested to continued with gprs 3g 100 datacard plan stating that the bill will be Rs. 100/- with additional discount. But they sent a bill for Rs. 989.33 after two months. Then I have sent another mail to deactivate the WiFi, they had sent another bill for Rs. 276.42 with the due amount which is not correct and acceptable.
              However I can pay Rs. 100/- per month to close the issue.

                Airtel contacted me to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel and lure me for some irresistible offer. They offered me 399 monthly plan which will include 800 local calls, 300 msg and 10 gb 4g data per month, in written as well as verbally.
                Soon after i port my number from vodafone to airtel, my cell stopped internet network or data connection.
                On contacting Airtel, there officials are now saying that your plan do not have any data plan.
                I was shocked and felt cheated on the stop.as to why i left vodafone.
                Airtel is a thief. I have there written msg with me with the phone number of their dealer.

                    I am writing from Bangalore Rajarajeshwari nagar BEML(on 3rd Dec) I approached the Airtel sales team at BEML layout for the land line + Broad band connection. One of the sales representative Mr. Santhosh ([protected]) came to my residence. He took the ID proof, Photo and 3 Months Advance Check for Rs 3961 /- rupees.

                    He promised to install the phone and landline in next 24 hours.

                    AFter 5 days of continuous follow-up, I was told by Santhosh that the Landline cannot be provided as house is greater than 200 feet from the nearest switch and they cannot provide connection.

                    I asked him to return my Check and documents along with Photo as no connection can be provided... BUT AIRTEL CHEATED ME THERE.

                    MY CHECK is credited to AIRTEL ACCOUNT and My DOCUMENTS aare also not returned.

                    Its been 3 weeks since then, there is no connection nor any response from them. My money is deducted by Airtel and Airtel is not even answering on why the connection is not made.

                    I reached to another per ANAND ([protected]) he told that he was manager of Santhosh. He also just heard my complaint and not taken any action on returning my money / documents till date.

                    I feel my documents and check is used by Airtel for some illegal activity.

                    AIRTEL SALES PEOPLE ARE CHEATING IN THE DAY LIGHT AND AIRTEL PROBABLY IS ACTING AS THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THE ISSUE.

                    I called 121 to raise complaint and every time the support representative mentioned that their system is down... I requested them to transfer to the next authority they put me on long hold and never return the call back.. This is a very pathetic state of support.

                      Hi, i am living in b-822, new ashok nagar delhi. I am using airtel prepaid and network signals are significantly weak near this building. I am not able to make incoming or outgoing calls near my area and if i move more inside the house, signal gets worse. All o[censored]s who are using airtel are facing the same problem. Other network operators are showing good signal in this area. I am using airtel sim from last five years but now i am suffering from airtel.

                      I am sorry to say that if such problem will stay then all o[censored]s nearby this area will have to discontinue all the services of airtel and will port to some other operator.

                        I have been using airtel number (725xxxxxxx) for past few years. Till yesterday the card was working fine but today morning its showing as sim is not activated and card is not provisioned.
                        All my accounts are linked with this number and am not able to do anything. I got this number in bangalore and last week moved to pune.
                        I cant call customer care as the sim is deactivated. And when i call from other numbers i am being asked to call from karnataka number or [protected] but when i call the second number the representatives didnt provide any support and they said they deactivated as their database is not updated. Because their database is not updated how can they deactivated my simcard. Now am not able to access any of my bank account because of their negligance.
                        When they are not concerned about customers then why are they providing fake service.

                        I need some action to be taken asap.

                        I submitted this complaint but its been marked as resolved without any solution.
                        I have been following up but there is no response..

                        I have submitted the required docs as mentioned in marathalli airtel showroom but i didnt get the simcard. I even dropped a mail to airrel presence [protected]@in. Airtel.com but i didnt get even a single response. I dont have any bangalore number here to call the customer care in bangalore now am in the middle of no where.. It seems just for a name sake i got a reply..

                        Later if i called airtel i will get a response that airtel database has not been updated that i have submitted the documents.. And thhe complaint has been marked as resolved without any solution.

                          I called Airtel the best open network in India as they proclaim. I called them and after all the IVR hurdles and as they prompt to press 9 to speak to an executive I did and I get a message"the number yo have dialled is not valid, please check the number you have dialled". Their systems are down but I have a complaint 2 weeks back for which they said you will get a call on Sunday(last Sunday).this is ridiculous. When I said I am a customer with you for the last 9 years, the representative says we have customers more than your tenure with us. All this for being there. Also they have no respect.

                            Airtel service is becoming pathetic day by day network coverage & 4g services are hopeless as always i regret changing from vodafone to airtel if i use 4g after every 2 minutes it says no service i have to everytime remove & re enter my sim is this what airtel the so called best service provider is hmm it's just hopeless that's all i can say hmm this issue i have been facing since last 10 odd days and i think it will be better if i change my service provider to vodafone i would never recommend airtel as a service provider to anyone not even to my enemy as the services that airtel provides are just pathetic that's all i can say

                                  My Airtel Digital TV has not been working for the past couple of weeks and I had raised a complaint on December 17th with SR#57284689.

                                  They assured that it would be resolved in 24 hours. Since it was not done, I called them back again (their 1800 number was not working in CHN) and was told that it would be resolved on 12/21 (Wednesday)

                                  When it was not resolved, called them back again on Thursday. They confirmed that it would be resolved by EOD on Thursday or max by 24 hours ie., Friday afternoon.

                                  Since it was not resolved, I reached out again and sought help to terminate the service. They assured for a call back however since I did not receive a call back. Called them back again on Friday afternoon. This time, they told that I would receive a call back at 3 pm. Since I did not get a call back at 3, called them again. Now, I was told that it would be resolved in 2 hours. Since I did not get a call back in 2 hours also, (now it is anybody's guess that a call back is a distant dream), I tried reaching however could not. Not sure if they are deliberately not allowing me to talk with the supervisors.

                                  since this will not be resolved, I just need the process of terminating my subscription with Airtel DTH so that I can move on.

                                  I am constantly told that this is because of Cyclone Varadah however I want to insist that my dish is intact and i had problems twice and the engineers fixed it before however not this time. Perhaps, is it because I told that I wont pay for the same complaint???????
