I recharged for 350/- on dec 1st 2016. But the amount was not added to my pnone balance. So i lodged a complaint after 4-5 days and airtel executive said the amt wil be credited backto my account in 10days from the date of rechage so i checked my account on dec 10 but the amt was not credited. So called airtel cc again and they said on dec 15 exactly at 11 my amt will be credited back to my account. And on dec 14 i got a cal from airtel saying...

Day before y'day i had visited to airtel office in faridabad near bk chowk, where document was submitted to change bill plan in corporate, even yesterday address verification was done @my home. Yesterday in the morning the undersigned has contacted airtel @198 to check the activation status, where it was informed @13:25 apx that this number will be activated within 4 hours.

Airtel customer care is a bunch of ********. I wanted to terminate my broadband connection and they have not been able to take my request despite calling them for more than 10 times and waiting for several hours.

Frustrating it is for the customer and airtel needs to be sued for harassing the customers like this and not respecting their time.

Is there any way i can terminate my connection?...

From last two months i am receiving premium number charges. Its charging me on a premium no. It says, i want details of this no. And if it is not me who is using this i want a compensation. I did a full talktime recharge of rs 226 and i got 0 talktime balance. Customer care executive told me the entire balance credited to some dedicated account about which i am completely unaware.
Nowhere it was mentioned that recharge will not give you talk time and give you balance which you cannot use.

I enrolled my corporate airtel no. To airtel money app on nov9. I did 3 transactions (Rs 500, 4600, 4500) to load money in my wallet. Out of which only 1 transaction of 500 got successful, while other 2 got struck in gateway. My account wasn't credited even after a month. Let me know the status of my remaining money (4500, 4600). I had conversation with airtel executives regarding this several times but no reply has been received from them....

I made a recharge before the expiry of the data pack of 150 rupees something which has validity of 28days. I was already having a balance of 2000mb.
So i thought to recharge with less amount.
I called customer care they told that u need to recharge with same amount (249 rupees - that i was doing on my number earlier) to carry forward. So, they are not ready to give back that balance nor ready to compensate the same with money...

I had recharged my no.[protected] through airtel app. On 05/12/16 for rs. 260/-. Because of network issue may be, i tried five times but was not getting the recharge successful option. After some time five times rs. 260/-deducted from my bank account making it a total of rs.1300.. After few minutes a got two refunds of 260/-each. One amount was recharged. I still have to get refund of 520/ — equivalent to two recharges. I am not getting...

This is ms debdyuti. My mobile no is [protected]. I recharged 7 day sms pack of rs 11 on december 10/2016. Validity ends on 16/12/2016. But today all sms s are charged @ rs 1 or 1.50. When we tried to contact 121 customer care staff mithun chakraborty was nasty and disgusting arrogant. He misdirected with me.
Do take corrective action urgently the voice call of arrogant conversation is recorded on my mobile data and i shall publish...

Recharge on airtel [protected] on airtel website but recharge not success txn no[protected] for recharge mrp: 300
Txn no[protected] for recharge mrp: 22
Please refund my balence in my airtel money account [protected].

When recharge not success i am recharge again on [protected] throw other website and he is success.

So please refund my airtel money amount 300+22=322...

My tv validity was finished on 05 dec, 2016. I did not recharge as i was going home for travel. On 06 dec, 2016 a message came to my mobile that 03 days credit balance is being added to my account which will be deducted on my next recharge. I called customer care and asked to cancel the credit immediately. He assured me that he will cancel the credited balance. Till yet no network cover the area and we face a lot of problems in contacting with the outside world.

I ran out of prepaid data balance of oround 240 mb and was charged around 100 rs for extra data usage of 10 mb. However i haven't used any applications that should consume such heavy data. Also, there is no way to get to know how and for what is the data used. Again, my data pack has 3 mb balance still money was deducted from my main balance. Plz credit the amount back and revert data...

Myself premalata behera, a native of odisha having prepaid air tel mobile number [protected] received a message on 14/12/2016 about renewal of hot chillies service in my number. Though i have not send any information about activation of that service rs. 49 has been deducted from my account. I am harshly shocked and wanted to know the reason. I have never been interested for that service. Is that a farce i am surprised? Please help me in returning...

Hi airtel,

I bought new 2 airtel sim cards by providing the aadhar card details.

But still those 2 sims are not yet activated and further when i approached airtel store they are asking me to get in touch with customer care for no reason.

I have taken 6 months of package and paid at starting only like pre-paid.

After 6 months, i have not renewed the package. But company has generated additional 2 months payment and creating panic situation to pay that 2 months amount forcefully.
