Airtel — refund of deducted money charged | |
Sir my father is using airtel [protected]. And some offers like kidz zone and some other offers are automatically activated in that mobile number and money is debited. Around 1 week ago nearly 45 rs are deducted and after deactivation again it is subscribed automatically and nearly 15 rs are deducted. He has deactivated the services but unable to talk to customer service. He is a customer of airtel from a long time but this time he is not satisfied with airtel so i request to you please refund full money after checking the detail or you contact him. Complaint was registered from my side having refeence no. - CHTNP[protected]. Till date the issue has not resolved.
The hello tune which i have selected from your website was long but when i subscribed it seems to be vry short and after saying few words the song is getting repeated.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Sir, my village name is Gaddopur(pin code-843101), land mark-Gaddopur nagwa primary school, There you have a network installed but those people sell oil and closed the network Tower, If this is the case then we will reject your service with our villager's, so take any action on this network issue, thank you
