Airtel — regarding incoming & outgoing calls | |
Respected sir/ madam I am a govt. Officer in haryana education deptt. I have port my docomo mob. No. [protected] in airtel about 10 days ago but from the same day i am facing a problem that when i use 4g data in my phone, my incoming & outgoing calls are not activate at that time (Instead of 2g or 3g) my last recharge is rs. 446. Customer care are not responding properly i have complained 2 times at customer care. Please sort out my problem immediately.
