[Resolved]  Airtel — rough behaviour by madam mob is[protected]

Our airtel 4g no. Is [protected] purchased from airtel office at sunder nagar branch, ldh from 2 weeks ago this modem is not work. I took it to my nearest where we purchased but madam who behave me in rough words mob no. Is [protected] and say to replace it from another office. But there airtel office not any work so i call no.[protected] for 2 hours but she didn't any reply. At last after 2 hours i back to sunder nagar and tell about. But she talk me roughly words. So i stopped my number

Requested for a change in services from post paid to prepaid.
request pending since 8July
have been running from pillar to post yet no avail
everyday i ring up the customer care only to be given false assurances
that my complaint would be resolved in 24hours
the airtel store here doesnt cooperate
3G & 4G Service is not available in this area for the last 10 days I have contacted costemer care executives but result is nothing. It is total violence of consumer care act when you are taking charges of 3G & 4G Service without providing concerned Service.
My wife using Airtel sim from last 5-6 year . Now she got msg to submit aadhar card which is already submitted . We have done recharge of 499 last month since till date net not working should we take another sim . Please help .

In my area dombivali east the mobile network is displayed always full either 4g or 3g but videos not played anymore. And in your ### of speed test says [censored], and their is no complaint option in your airtel open network site please solve the problem immediately or i will no ither option to port the network...
Network problem, no signals, no data, in my home
Please activate my new sim card it didn't show any network on top of the screenplay please activate my sim card instantly...
