I have been using airtel postpaid with corporate offer amounts to 499 and extra 18% tax being charged. For month of july 2017, i have received a bill of 1092/-. I called airtel customer care multiple times (1st, 5th, 11th, 22nd, 25th, 29th, 30th, 31st) in month of july. They say extra charged due to some unwanted services they activated+its tax+late payment fee.
1. I haven't activated those special services. Why were these added?
2. I have been calling airtel from 1st day of july, why was i charged late payment fee?
During all these calls, they say they will waive all extra charges and adjust bill to original plan with taxes. Till date (31st july 2017), no such adjustment happened. I am loosing my peace of mind over these irresponsible customer care operators. They don't correct their mistakes and shout at me when ever i call them. It is true that i lost control while talking to them during recent calls during last few calls but my problem is such that, i don't get this waiver, i don't pay bill. I actually want to pay the bill and walk of this hellish network (No signals, no respect, no peace of mind) to other provider but they are not letting me to.
If anybody who can listen to my call for help please help me.
