I've switched to airtel postpaid recently (Just 10-15 days ago). From the day of postpaid connection activation, i'd never had 4g signal and also i wasn't able to use 3g connection either most of the day. I've raised this complaint on the first day of my postpaid connection activation, but they keep saying this will be resolved in 48hrs, but never resolved till date from the activation of the connection. I regret switching to airtel and aircel...

I had received an offer message from airtel.

I have done the international roaming recharge for saudi arabia of my airtel no.: [protected] via my airtel app of rs. 3999/- plan. But plan not activated as customer care shared it was not for saudi arabia, it was rs. 3998/- plan. It was no where shared in the details of my airtel app.
Required refund for my online transaction for no clarity given...

I would like to complian about the network coverage of airtel in my village, as we are not getting even proper 2g network, forget about 3g and 4g.

I hv lodge the complianref no.63535953 but service center is not ready to replce with new one and every time they demand engineer charge without solving the matter. As my initial balance was well enough to make calls throughout the month. Then also they asked me to take up the talktime loan. Which i hurriedly took up but later realised i was not needing loan. Now that they had deducted their charges and taxes etc. And now not refunding the money. And also refusing their mistake to ask for loan when not in need. So kindly take action and seek through the matter for their immature behaviour....

I reside in gurgaon.
Airtel broad band service providers have cheated me twice.
Both times xheque and documents were collected, but no connection was provided, this happened in june and july.

The second time the agent was asking for debit/credit card details on phone, it is very suspicious.
