Sir a sim card without details was handed over to me by the employee of the airtel company on[protected] after getting bio metric thumb impression with the promise that he will visit again & get it activated but has not visited and sim card is lying idle so through your courtesy it is requested to treat my deal as null & void for all practical purposes since i have lost faith in the dealing persons. Complaint to the company has also been made but useless

      Today I took RS.399 recharge for unlimited
      Calls and 1GB data per day for 84days.When I checked my balance (in my airtel app) it says data is valid till 30 the August.pl.let me know why you mislead the customer and reduce data validity after recharging . This is nothing but cheating the customer.

        The mail sent to the airtel complaint email id.

        Hi this is regarding recharge for the number [protected]. I am continuously facing this problem of the recharge of amount 399 which states 1 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days refer screenshot attached in the above mail. And when i recharge i do not get the benefit. Every single time i call the customer care i get the same response that this offer is not shown in the system. I am literally fed of this service which is being provided to me and the harassment which i am facing due to this.

        This is service you provide to the customer who is using airtel for past 8 years???

        I will be taking this matter to the consumer court if i am not getting a proper resolution within 2 days.

          I got my international roaming activated on 3rd may 2017. I also got my data stopped and switched to minimum billing plan of 149 rs per month just to keep my number active. Now after 3 months here in the uk, i still see a bill of 1600rs, 1400rs and 800+rs every month. This is not acceptable. Please get this sorted out asap. I do not want to get into a situation where i have to pay for a service that i have not used at all. I am corporate postpaid customer from tata consultancy services. If this is not sorted out, i might have to close down my 10+ years old number. Let me see today how important it is for airtel as an organization to retain their loyal customers. Thanks.

            My mobile number is [protected]. Pathetic problem of erratic network and instant call drop for the past over 4 months. Not able to attend even one call clearly. Network flickers and suddenly drops. Have been registering complaints for the past over 4 months. Umpteen number of calls from airtel call centre but to no avail at all. Changed sim card twice and phone once. Problem does not get resolved at all. Perhaps, airtel does not care about customers any more or lost the ability to redress the customer complaints. I am facing this problem for the first time in the past over 14 years. I feel, i might need to switch service provider

                Hi,
                I have recharged of rs 147 as mentioned in your site on aug 1, 2017, which states that 1 gb data will be credited for 4g handsets and 600 mb for other handsets for 28 days.
                But after my recharge i got a message stating that i have the data of 2525.54 mb validity till 18-aug-2017 and hh (3 am to 5 am) 4g hs :4089.7 mb
                Val :02-aug-2017.
                In your site it was no where mentioned that this pack have so many constraints.
                I would like to know the reason for the misleading info and my data to be credited as stated.

                  I have done the recharges of rs 399 in mumbai circle for unlimited calling and data. It was done from airtel app and the offer was showing as unlimited calling and data.

                  The data is not working, i visited to airtel customer care, they are saying your sim is 3g, i will have to but new 4g sim and do the recharge again for rs 399. The earlier recharge is gone and will not be refunded.

                  Its really ridiculous and airtel is bluffing with customer money, if recharge is not applicable for my sim then why they shown as offer to my account in airtel application. They have accepted money also and showing 1 gb data daily in my account but its not accessible

                    I have received sms from az-airfta informing my request for porting my idea number to airtel has been received.

                    Then i received sms from az-airclb informing my request for porting has been processed. A while later received sms informing the request has been rejected as details mismatch.

                    Please be informed that i am very happy with my idea mobile service and have not put any request for porting to airtel at all.
                    Please look into this urgently and take corrective action against these fraudulent operators.
                    Else i will have to lodge complaint against airtel with my local police station and department of telecommunication which may please be noted.
                    Your immediate action will be highly appreciated

                      My mobile signal indicated, "no service". Contacted raja park airtel office jaipur on 29th june. Got my sim changed. Assured that it would be activated with in 4 hours. Reported to same office on 31st for non-activation. Also reminded a day after.
                      Regret to inform that it has not been activated till today.

                        I am a resident of chandigarh sector 15-d, using airtel prepaid no. [protected] since many years but due to my phone set issues. I could not able to keep it working for few weeks, therefore it was blocked since two months. Regarding the same, i visited nearest exclusive airtel store to get reactive my prepaid number but they could not resolve my issue and made silly excuses on every visit. I am getting harassed since two months and there is no outcome by the end of airtel services.
                        Please take immediate action as soon as possible.

                        I recharged for 399/- 84GB for 84 days, but this offer worked for only 28 days. I have a 3G sim and 4G handset, I didn't upgrade yet since my location is not 4G supported.
                        Sim converted to postpaid and since last evening it is showing no service.
                        I am not able to call anyone
                        Airtel executives are not able to resolve this issue.
                        Please resolve this as soon as possible else i will have to change my network from airtel

                          from last month some airtel services is activate on my prepaid card without my permission. so, i lost the recharge Rs.215. so you are requested do not activate any services without my permission. also refund the amount as same.

                            I have tried recharging for rs.349 but transaction failed so i tried again for 2 times i have got a message saying transaction has been initiated and i am worried 2 times money has been deducted so please look into it and cancel either 1 transaction and make recharge for 1 transaction successful or cancel both the transactions.                               I am an airtel prepaid user, and has been using it for the past 7 years plus.

                              Recently, on may 1st 2017, i received a message stating that a recharge of 399 will give internet benefits of 1 gb per day, and free local calls for a period of 56 days.

                              As per the message, i opted to pay 399, other than the usual ₹345 which provided me the same benefits for 28 days.
                              The recharge was done on may 14th, but the benefits were not provided, and a call to the customer care reported that the recharge was invalid, thus wasting 399 of my money.
                              I require either a full refund or a usual benefit of 345 for 1 month, else i will have to opt out and port my number to other providers.
                              Hope the issue gets resolved quickly.

                                I'm sanjana subbaiah. I stay in bengaluru. I'm using airtel 3g pre-paid with mobile number [protected]. For the last 3 months, i'm receiving calls from unknown numbers requesting to speak to mr. Vishal with mobile number [protected]. They all are dialing [protected] number and it is getting redirected to my number [protected]. I get more than 6 calls per day due to this cross connection issue. I have raised a complaint with the airtel customer care but they were unable to help me out on this issue.

                                Please look into this complaint.

                                  I had taken a new dth connection online on 3th june this year
                                  I waited for so many days. No one called me for installation. Then again i called multiple times to their customer care. No on e helped. Finally i raised a request for cancellation. Then someone called and said they will install, i said them to proceed with cancellation as it was already 9 days after i bought it and no one came for installation.

                                  They accepted it and promised me that they will give a refund in 7 working days. It has been 23 days now, i have been calling them 3 to 4 times on a daily basis to get my money back. No luck.
                                  Such pathetic service they have.

                                      I airtel sell their broadband connection by providing wrong information that speed i got is minimum 8 mbps but after that i got 1 mbps speed. When i contact customer care they said we are working on that and soon you will get updated speed. They are upgradwe technology in my area last week they inform me that technology upgraded and when i ask for update my speed they said it is not possible because your maximum speed is 2mbps.

                                        A few time back i have done recharge of rs. 345 at sudden when m making an outgoing call. My call is not going through it is disconnecting and internet is working even if i will talk about the single it is also full so kindly forward this case to the concerne team [protected] now it ls getting me irated i will throgh this sim out no resolution from anywhere fed up with airtel
