I am using network since january 2017. There is lots of problem in your network in my location nashik, satpur. I have complaint of this problem many time but there is no resolution of my problem. And your team is also not allow me to change my network in other network.

Your advertisement is so good but somehow its false. Please solve this issue.

There is lots of problem with airtel network internet is slow as well as call is also not connected.

    Dear sir / madam

    As per my below trail mails and the complaint vide reference number sr 77626016. I have paid the amount of rs. 434 on 19th of june 17. I had attached the bank statement and the ref nos. Nearly 6 time i spoke to 198 and explained. They called me and informed that the problem with airtel bank and its been cleared. I got a sms from airtel that your amount has be credited into your account.

    But still am getting bills with the old pending amount with late fees of rs. 100. And the paid bill amount is reflecting.

    Kindly look into this above mentioned details and remove my paid pending bill.

    Very very poor customer service. Reaching customer care is very difficult.
    After raising complaint another person his asking for the same details by sending mail.

    Not handling cunstmers request. Its pain.

      I have done bill payment for mobile no [protected] on 05.05.2017 ref no ib37716864 for rs.1142.39. Airtel company denies of received the payment as the number is ported to jio just few days back. I have made correspondence to both companies and denying of received the payment. It is sure that either of companies received the money and without giving proper resolution the my complaint, both companies avoiding payment. I request you to intervene for redressal of my complaint.

      Till date the complaint is not resolved the company. They called me twice asked the particulars and silent in resolving the complaint. If this is happen to most of the customers, please advise the aplletate authority for addressing the issue.

              Hi airtel,
              I have seen your advertisement on how good is the 4g speed airtel is providing but as a user i would say it is the worst, it feels like i have paid for 4g data pack and i am using on 2g data connection.
              You talk about the transparency in the network but i am not able to see the transparency with my experience. I have a post aid connection and 20 gb of data availaible but i am not able to browse even what is the use of having decimal figures that i cannot use.
              I have checked all the connection and the network setting it shows 4g network and datapack shows data upload and download symnbols in my mobile but none of the page is opening.
              I have raised a complaint in 121 but i guess my issue still persist.
              I am using my mobile in whitefield (Bangalore) but in silicon velly your connection is like this how you will show in other states.
              Airtel if my issue is not resolved within 2-3 working day i am going to switch to other service provider how atleast keep their end of promise.

              Note!!! And i am not going to pay the bills for the crap that i haven't even used and i am going to put this post on customer forum also.

                There are plenty of mails which have been provided to different authorities but nothing have been done details are been provided once again please help me to get my number back
                1 froadness with my number on 22nd december 2016 evening and sim was swap
                2 number was converted from pre paid to postpaid on my name on 23 rd december 2016
                3 porting was allowed by airtel on 31st december 2016 without my noc and overloop to trie guideline (90 days after conversion from pre to postpaid)
                4 number was returned from idea east as non usage to airtel bihar jharkhand circle in april 2017
                5 number was sold to some other customer as premium number on 8th april 2017
                6 complain regarding was provided to nodal officer but reply was to forget the number as activated to other customer

                As the number is importent and i am having lots of losses in last 7 month please help to get the number back

                  My postpaid no is [protected]. There is very poor Network at my billing address. I have complain at call center with ref no 78097344. 8 days have passed but till date no one have called me up. In fact I have followed up at call center but there was only assurance.

                  Please do resolve urgently as my work is getting hampered.

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      1. This is with ref to an international roaming package which was activated on my mobile phone friday, 21 july 2017 & on saturday 22 july2017 worth rs 149/month and rs 3999 unlimited incoming for 30 days pack-zone b respectively on mobile number [protected]. After this i moved for canada.
                      2. Once i reached canada and switched on my phone the roaming didn't get activated of it's own. I tried it manually but it didn't work. It became very strenous for me as i was visiting canada for the first time and was unable to contact my local fecilitator at all for my official work. Even your internet services were not responding. I was on a fix and this situation became worse with passage of time as i waited for two long hour in the airport before getting a help from a local who lended her phone to me and then i could contact my people as they were also trying hard to reach me. This created quite a rucus and a matter of great tension for me and my folks. After about few hours roaming started working of sorts but internet was not working at all.
                      3. When finally i met my folks i made a complain call on 24th july 2017 evening itself from mobile number [protected] which was of my uncles as per canadian date and time 2030h & obtained a reference number 78063585. Which was registered with you in india at 0628h on 25th july 2017. I was promised by the person at the other end that my problem will be resolved. My local address was also noted down by your department and when i enquired about it i was told that a local help will be provided to me from the carrier agency 'rogers' but nothing happened till date. My internet is still not functioning till date. It's been 11 days. This is quite annoying as most of my official/ personal work is through internet.

                      4. Since i am from allahabad i've send a junior commission officer to your local branch in allahabad. There throgh his phone i contacted mr shubham of airtel francise who asked me to remove the sim from the slot and re-insert it. I did that & manually registered myself as directed. This i did it earlier also when i've spoken to the another gentleman from your delhi office on 24th evening local time 2030. But nevertheless performed the task again but of no use. Mr shubham has given two of his mobile number but later in day when i tried to contact him again with my persisting problem, his mobile was switched off. His mobile number which was given to me was [protected] and [protected].
                      5. My internet is still not working whose complain i've lodged in lucknow also today by one of my family members.
                      6. You must've noticed that instead o[censored]sing small letters which is the norm while sending an e-mail i've used bold letters so as to emphasise my annoyance with airtel and also a red herring. I hope you people are wise enough to look into the matter at the earliest as half of my stay is already over here in canada and i'm preparing a long legal battle with you once i'm back to india. It is not a threat but will be a lesson for good samaritan like me who shall not suffer in future of such misdemeanor from such a brand name like yours. I will make sure whatever i can from my end to ensure no one carries international roaming from airtel if you don't perform now, starting with switching to other carrier all the army cug connections at least of central command circle. Please act soon or be ready for the music.

                        I have an airtel sim and the company keeps deducting money for random services i haven't even registered for. Today the company deducted ₹ 35 from my account for some random service called bollywood alerts that i didn't even register for. This has happened many times in the past as well and i insist that the company returns the cost and immediately ceases this thievery of their customers' money.

                            I am using a sim bearing the number [protected] of mumbai circle. From april 2016 onward i am on and off outside india for official work. Still maintaining the number as all my details are having this number as communication purpose. I am recharging regularly international roaming to keep the number alive. My outgoing sms is blocked since august 2016 but incoming is active. Receiving all information. So many times through mail communicated to airtel but this is not rectified.
                            Hope you will help me out in this regard for activation of outgoing sms facilities.

                              For link my id to my adhar card i need to change sim from prepaid to postpaid.. The person working on your service centre told me that sim start after verification on next... But sim is not start at this moment after waiting for 32hours unfortunately i had to gone there for complain about this matter.. After waiting for more than hour they told me that there is some EV problem due to that sim is not start yet... After this they ensure me that sim start within a hour... But it's already 4hours since my last visit... How can they so irresponsible to make suffer the costumers that's not at all the right way to deal with...

                                  Sir a sim card without details was handed over to me by the employee of the airtel company on[protected] after getting bio metric thumb impression with the promise that he will visit again & get it activated but has not visited and sim card is lying idle so through your courtesy it is requested to treat my deal as null & void for all practical purposes since i have lost faith in the dealing persons.                                       Today I took RS.399 recharge for unlimited
                                      Calls and 1GB data per day for 84days.When I checked my balance (in my airtel app) it says data is valid till 30 the August.pl.let me know why you mislead the customer and reduce data validity after recharging . This is nothing but cheating the customer.

                                        The mail sent to the airtel complaint email id.

                                        Hi this is regarding recharge for the number [protected]. I am continuously facing this problem of the recharge of amount 399 which states 1 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days refer screenshot attached in the above mail. And when i recharge i do not get the benefit. Every single time i call the customer care i get the same response that this offer is not shown in the system. I am literally fed of this service which is being provided to me and the harassment which i am facing due to this.

                                        This is service you provide to the customer who is using airtel for past 8 years???

                                        I will be taking this matter to the consumer court if i am not getting a proper resolution within 2 days.
