I had taken a new dth connection online on 3th june this year
I waited for so many days. No one called me for installation. Then again i called multiple times to their customer care. No on e helped. Finally i raised a request for cancellation. Then someone called and said they will install, i said them to proceed with cancellation as it was already 9 days after i bought it and no one came for installation.

They accepted it and promised me that they will give a refund in 7 working days. It has been 23 days now, i have been calling them 3 to 4 times on a daily basis to get my money back. No luck.
Such pathetic service they have.

    Yes. 12144 Helpline no. is not working and distributor is not helping to solve the problem. There is no other way to get help.

      I airtel sell their broadband connection by providing wrong information that speed i got is minimum 8 mbps but after that i got 1 mbps speed. When i contact customer care they said we are working on that and soon you will get updated speed. They are upgradwe technology in my area last week they inform me that technology upgraded and when i ask for update my speed they said it is not possible because your maximum speed is 2mbps.

They are very buzy to cheat people its allmost 2month over and they palyining with us now am not going to leve you buddy am going to show you what i can do with your product and all going to see one simpal video ready yo aplode in youtube.             I purchase a new sim of airtel in rs. 450 because they were giving 84 gb of free 4g net and free calling for 3 months. Instead only 2gb of 3g net and 1 month of free calling was given. I had also registered a complaint to them before but no action has been taken. Any clear call center no. Or customer care number where i can talk to someone regarding same is also unavailable on internet and no response on toll free no.

                  I am issuing stop payment to the cheque issued for new broad band connection under 999 plan, the reason is your people here are totally misguiding us as i am eligible for 40 mbps speed and uninterrupted service. But after your representative visited me to get the documents and cheque now they say after verifying there is defect in the box and it will take some time for rectification and only after that that the connection will made through and apart from that the feasibility in my area is only up to 16 mbps. I am really surprised and upset tp hear from your people the beginning itself is not good and how can i expect an uninterrupted broadband from your side since i am a customer of bsnl for the last 30 years and there is no problem with except the speed and i intend to switch over to you only for the speed and your people bungled at start itself as reducing my speed eligibility from 40 to 16 mbps and that too only after sometime. So i am really upset with your promises and hence i am not switching over to you

                    This is vinoth kumar working from times of india group. I had problem to made recharged for my another number as below mentioned. My primary no - [protected]

                    I had used prepaid sim from airtel past few years my no - [protected] and last week i recharged rs.399 plan for 84days validity for 1gp net/per day and unlimited calls local, std. But now not working internet so give a call to customer care but there are not responding perparely on the complaint no - [protected] they are said is offer only valid for 4g sim, 4g hs. Last month i recharged rs. 349 plan but that should be worked perparely that recharged made through app only and on that time also it's shown 4g sim for 28days. So that only i made recharged for this time and last two months later i had same problem on my brother no - [protected] on the same plan rs.349 that problem as resolve by customer care team smoothly but this time i'm not happy with customers care services.

                    Now i need resolve this issue on urgent basis so kindly do the needful asap

                        I want to disconnect my Airtel broadband service please disconnect it as soon as possible. I took airtel broadband connection along with my roommates 6 months before, now everyone has vacated so I felt unnecessary of having WiFi connection for single person. Right now I'm using airtel 349 prepaid plan and satisfy with that service.
                        So please disconnect my broadband service.

                            Hi, i had applied and collected an additional sim from airtel, kengeri main road outlet. This was an additional sim. I had given an alternative number, upon insistence from the airtel personnel at the outlet. I had indicated my reluctance in giving an alternate number.

                            However was shocked to realise that there was a call from airtel to the alternate number indicating that it was an address verification call. Asking vague questions.

                            Airtel should be calling my number for the address verification, and not the alternate number.

                              This is to bring into your notice that i jitendra kumar singh have ported my mobile no. [protected] from idea to airtel and that time your executive came to me for payment & document collection and taken from me all the kyc documents and rs300 as activation and rs250 as security deposit. And told me that this will refelect in my postpaid bill of next month. Now when i had enquired about all that i came to know that the person taken money from me fraudly by cheating and no such payments has been made by that executive. After knowing everything i several times called that person for the money receipts but that person neither receiving my calla nor responding properly. As i myself an advocate of high court cuttack if i dont get any resolution i will file a case in consumer court positively.
                              In such manner i may be bound to file a case of fraud against your company so please look into the matter and do the resolution as soon as possible.

                                  I recharged online through net banking of 47, and i have not received any message in my mobile after that of successful recharge though in net banking it showed the payment was successful to airtel. Its been three days since then but i am not able to use the recharged data. My mobile number is [protected]. So i request you to kindly solve my problem as fast as possible or i am bound to leave the airtel connection because there are many other networks which provide better service

                                      Terrible terrible service, it's been over a year since we have been complaining. We pay a hefty monthly bill for internet which most often does not work, additionally the mobile internet bill goes up because of the flaky broadband - so double the bill for shorty service. This time they've gone a mile ahead, switched our landline number with someone else's overnight; not really making a proactive effort to fix it now - did i mention field staff is rude as well!?

                                      Ps - the entire neighbourhood is facing similar concerns

                                        I'm customer of airtel network and my mobile number is [protected] and [protected]. I was facing 4g/3g internet problems. My mobile supported to both 4g and 3g services. I called couple of times to airtel customer care but there is no proper response from their side. Actually i recharged 4g data pack but i'm getting only 2g services. This is not a fair, i paid double the amount but i'm getting less services from airtel.

Last 13 days ce mea baar baar call kr rha hu ki yha 4g work nhi kr rha pr inka koi response nhi or inke expert tho wahhh g kya knowledge lekr job kr rhe hea samjah nhi aata inhe tho apne junior jitna v pta nhi junior khta hea sir 2 days wait kre fir 4g thik ho jayegi kaam chal rha hea problem ho gai hea aapke location pe mea wait kiya pr kya problem hui yr jo 13 din mea v thik nhi hua.
                                        Expert tho khte hea ki aapke area mea 4g launch he nhi hua hea avi tk... Or mea bol rha sir mea i m not mad 4g cell hea 4g sim hea 4g pack hea or pichle 7mnths ce use kr rha hu 4g pr inke hissab ce avi tk 4g launch he nhi hui idhr.                                         One of the best dirty network nowadays compare to other network how many times we should call ur customer care only unwanted advertisements and if contacted to customer care person means they'll take complaints but till today not yet solved network problem

                                        I have got 4G new sim from your AIRTEL BYEPASS ROAD, MADURAI OFFICE. for my number [protected] which i am using it for so many years.But i am not encouraging response from the concerned in spite of several visits to the madurai byepass road office and it seems the staff are quite not well concerned about settling the greivance of customers.Iam anyhow managing my contacts through my other airtel cell.

                                        This Raju.k from Bangalore. I'm using AIRTEL 4G sim card which is fastest network in India. Actually I'm totally fed up with your network from past two days. Why because, two days back I gave recharged for 399 rs which is giving 84gb 4G/3G data and unlimited calls for 84 days. From that day my network showing 4G but the downloading speed is 10kb/s or 20kb/s not even a 1mb/s. Actually 4G speed means KB/s huh. I tried to download one film which is 70mb. Still it's downloading and what's the problem with you guys. Why it's not converting to 4G speed. I'm using 4G handset, 4G sim, 4G data. My handset supports both 4G and 3G, if at least 4G doesn't work means 3G should work right. Everything is 4G only. But still it's taking time to download just 70mb with the downloading speed as 10kb or 20kb. What's the reason behind this problem. I have chose AIRTEL for it's fastest network. But it's not done as it's job properly. I have called to customer care today, they had guide me with some instructions. I have followed and done all the things. But still it's not working properly. Here I'll attach the screenshot of your network's download speed. Please give a solution for it and do it as priority.
                                        I am also facing the same internet problem .. actually i have recharged 4g ul data for 3 months . . And my mobile supports both 4g and 3g network ..then if it doesn't .. then at least it should show 3g right...it shows only 2g data with least b/s ...so please resolve this as soon as possible ...

                                        One of the worst network ever ... Fraud company h .. . 4g recharge krnke ..2g service bhi nhi deti ...and during night ... Even wthasapp bhi nhi chlta ... 4-5 times complain kr chuka hu but ..koi response nhi ..i want my money back !!!

                                        Whenever I visit to my hometown Mudhol I experience worst with this network.

                                        It is also mention that due to this services i had suffer very much. I had also loss in my bussiness due to this services.

                                        I could not use my 4G servicres For which i had paid to Compney.
