not providing customers basic right

Airtel is not really providing the good services to their customers as what they're advertising.

sim stopped working suddenly, got sim replaced and it's yet to be activated

My sim stopped working suddenly on 23rd july, 2017. I got it replaced on 25th july, 2017 and it is still not activated.
This is my only number and it is linked everywhere (Bank etc).
3 days without an active number has been a nightmare and i can't bear it anymore. Today, i visited airtel service centre again to get issue fixed but they refused to help as i reached after their service hours. This issue is on your side, not mine,...

prepaid mobile charges not done

I got airtel sim at sastra university on 20\07\17. They had a prepaid pack for 445 rs. They said give ur aadhar i would activate immediately. So i gave. Said it will b active within half an hour. Believing them i started to my residence at chennai. But after coming here i foundout that free talk time and data recharge not done by the airtel agents. I felt cheated, an amount of rs 445/- has been paid by me without any charge in my account....

I have use 4g sim 4g mobile handset. Also i done my offer recharge its 399rs (Unlimited call + 1gb daily 4g) for 84 days but my internet is not working properly its stop internet when i am doing some work and it's give 356b/s speed means 356 b/s it's a 4g speed of mobile. My vodafone give better speed than airtel in 2g so what can i do...??? And the website of airtel and complaint desk (198) only give offer inquiry not solve our question....

"invalid number" not able to receive incoming call

I have been using airtel post paid number since 2013 and then ported to karnataka circle in 2015 (Airtel noida to airtel karnataka), before 2013 this number was on vodafone network.
From past 45 days, i am not able to receive any incoming calls and callers getting a response that this is an invalid number. I am not able to send/recieve messages thus not able to perform any banking transaction.
As this is my primary cug number...
