Since april-2017, every month i am raising my complaint to airtel customer care regarding wrong charges in my bill, which is internet charges and [protected]@99 charges. I got 10gb/month free internet offer since april-17 which is still valid. For [protected]@99, have called them many times since april-17 to deactivate the roaming charges service and customer care executive promised to do so but no use, every month both internet and roaming charges are coming on my bill and i have to pay because their # system can't do the adjustment in previous months bill. It is being cursed for me to take airtel post paid plan. They have no respect for the customer who has 5 post paid connections in the name and their loyal customer since 2007.

    I received airtel postpaid connection (Mob no:[protected]with 7 gb data at 4g speed.
    From last three days i am facing problem with net speed. I was trying to download a video file of 3.2 mb size, and it took 3 minute to download it. Then i tried network speed on ookla (Which airtel proudly presents in their ads) it showing 8mbps speed on my network (Though it showing my server is in different place farer than 200 km). It is not happened for one time but continuous. I am attaching screen shot of downloading status at each minute, (You can see the time of each shot in itself (Right top)

      I am from madurai, tamil nadu. Few weeks back i met a executive from airtel with regards to a new internet broad band (Fiber optic) connection in madurai.

      He showed me some monthly rental plans for broad band and i was interested in a particular plan.

      He took rs 700/- from me and said the connection would be provided in 5 working days.

      I got calls from him after few days, however i haven't got my connection yet. Its been more than three weeks now and now when i contact him he does not respond.

      Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

        My name is sarika. My airtel mobile no is 99870181xx.
        I had called more than 5 times to airtel customer care within 15 days. No one is bother to resolve my query.
        First call i made on 16th july 2017. I had a complain of not getting network and internet connection when i am at my home. Once i go away from my home after around 1km i am getting internet connection. When i first called that lady said (I don't remember her name) i have registered your complain and it will be resolved within 22 hours. Nothing has happened.
        Then again i called on 19th july 2017 again another lady said there was no service request on this no before. So i am registering your complain now. And i got reference no 77889844 from sms. And they said their team is working on it and it will resolve within 4 days. Nothing has happened as ususal.
        Again i called on 22nd july the "senior person" miss sony said it will resolve by 23rd july before 11.30am. And she will going to escalate this issue.
        I called on 27th july 2017 again ms prajakta said no query has been escalated yet so now she will do that and if nothing has happened within 3 working days then please call again.
        Now i am fed up of calling you people.
        I already sent a mail on appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
        And i hope i will get some satisfying answer atleast this time after 6 th call.

              I got a duplicate sim for my airtel mobile number +91 [protected] on wednesday july 26th. However its been a week and the sim card is still not activated.

              I had to visit the airtel store multiple times and it is depressing to hear that they are not giving the exact reason for the delay. I was told that there is a network connectivity issue, but seriously network connectivity issue for a week? Where are we living? In stone age?

                data is not working

                Hi,

                I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 24th july 2017, on that day airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1. Gb per day for 84days. After recharge i am not getting 3g/4g data after 3days days. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and airtel completely ignoring my complaint.

                If airtel is providing only the data for 3 days why would i recharge with rs.399? I completely dissatisfied with...

                Sir,
                I am mohd. Arif khan from firozabad in up. My airtel mobile number [protected] which is almost 10 years old number and i have been continously using this since last 10 years. Previously it was ported from bsnl to tata docome and from last 6 months, it was ported to airtel. I was using it as well but suddenly 2 days ago my airtel mobile number [protected] was deactivated without any pre information to me regarding to such deactivation. I did not commit any wrong step like abusive calls or messages however without any reason my this airtel number [protected] was deactivated.
                And when i called several times to airtel customer care every time they are giving different excuses. But my number is still not reactivated. I also went to airtel office in my city firozabad in up but all of my steps were proved as wild goose chase. I also just talked to airtel customer care they told me that your number won't be activated now.
                Sir it is my 10 years old number to which i don't want to loose and also don't want to ignore further important future calls to my this airtel number
                So please get my problem resolved soon as soon as possible.
                Else this matter will be taken to court soon
                Please rectify my this problem soon and activate my airtel number [protected]

                    Don't send any unneccessry message from airtel (Today i receive 4 msg after
                    9.00 pm). Pls stop this kind of msg. I have been receiving messages saying that they have received my acknowledgment to change my number to another number but according to my knowledge i havent sent any kind of mail. So i dont need any activation of new number to my sim. Urgently take care this matter as soon as you can.

                      Hi,
                      I am using airtel mobile for last 10 years and in my new office, i don't have airtel network (Egl campus, bangalore) and not able to receive any calls in my office at all. Now i have bought new bsnl number and wanted to forward my airtel calls to bsnl. I have registered for call forwarding option by calling *21* (Number)# and message says "successfully registered" but call forward doesn't forward to my bsnl number.

                      This is actually frustrating.

                      As i am reaching office around 10 am, please don't try to call me after 10 am and sending me a message stating that my mobile is not reachable.

                      Absolutely it will not be reachable because airtel doesn't work @ my office.

                      We are facing this network issue for almost 6 months and i am tired following or raising concerns with airtel.

So, now I wants to transfer the ownership of the sim it is important because it must be linked to the adhar card to link with that fingerprint is necessary for this linking but he had been died so we want to change the ownership so that it can be linked with adhar card and one more thing...

                          Date -31.07.2017 @ 6.30 pm My Air Tel number is [protected].
                          I am using this airtel number more than 10 years.

                          I have checked offer to my mobile by dialing *121# on and it showed
                          '95-22000 L+S M Sec' on 31.07.2017 @ 6.30 pm

                          Accordingly I have recharged Rs 95/- at @ 7 pm

                          While showing offer no where validity is mentioned (see screenshot image) and it presumed that validity is unlimited and hence I recharged and after recharge message is validity of 10 days.

                          My complaint is ...
                          Offer showing incomplete information by not mentioning validity and furnishing incomplete information is one of the way of cheating the customer.

                          I have contacted customer care executive by dialing 121 @ 7.30 pm on the same day. Their way of communication is very rude.

                          Desirable solution - Kindly do the needful for extending validity for 28 days or more instead of 10 days. As my communication talk time for this mobile is not upto 22000 sec.

                            My nearest airtel store opp to marriamman koil, sanjeevarayanpet, salem-636006, tamilnadu. Today i went to link my aadhar number to the store they charge rs. 10/- per aadhar number for linking the phone which is informed to be free of cost. They are deceiving the public for money, it's highly condemned. Kindly take necessary action against such stores.

                              Sir iam from Karnataka Mysore my name is Deepak I had recharge on Sunday @ 12.30 pm 558 recharge by debit card amount and last 2 months all channels what I requested​ south pack then it's was amount is 477 when I calld costumer care not responsible properly.and some chanel's is not activated sir balance showing 150 rs 31/7/17 but I was recharge on 30/7/17 I sending photo copy sir

                                Hi team,
                                I am not getting any sms on my airtel number [protected]. I had called with customer care but they said that your compliant is registered and you will get get sms after 42 hrs of complaint. But still i'm not getting any sms for authentication. I'm getting trouble for transferring money from bank account, paytm otp's etc. Kindly take it on priority. Kindly resolve it asap.
                                Since last 1month im not getting otp etc for further processess.
