Worst service by airtel :-
I've requested airtel customer care to shift my business internet connection on 14th july, 2017 from ground floor to first floor mentioning this is a request to shift internet connection in same premises at [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
My first email to airtel :

We were okay till today. But here's the different story starts. After waiting for another week, i've called them today to check when my internet connection shifting will be done. And you know, i've got surprising response from customer care that your request has been closed as there was no response to engineer from your end. Blame game.. Wow.
I've had 8 calls with airtel customer care today and all the time i had to repeat same story to the different executives. I've requested them many times to connect with their supervisor or someone senior in team. But hardly they were ready to do that. If someone is taking care of this page, please pull up all my calls has been done and listen them. You will find me asking to please take call back number if in case call get disconnected, please connect me with your supervisor many times. But nothing has been addressed. Lastly, one call came and he has asked - sir, aapka shifting hona hai kya.. I said yes. He replied back with surprising answer - sir, first to apko shifting ka request dalna padega... We have complaint registered and we cannot do this. Common man... I've all the proofs which confirms my request for shifting only.
All i want to say is airtel - your service is worst. Let me know how can you compensate loss i'm facing since many days just because of internet shifting.
I'm paying rent of two offices where as using one as one cannot be used because of no connectivity.
I'm your business customer since more than 3 years. All the bills get clear on time and i'm paying handsome amount.
I'm going to share this story to many other platforms and yes, i found two of your main email id's

I need answer. How airtel is going to compensate all the loss i've faced because of your horrible customer care service.
