This is sathienthira from chennai, i already gave 3 complaints against airtel for asking money disconnected time, but they did not contact with me, even when i write email they not replay, but closing the case by saying trying to contact with me unable reach, am clearly saying that u can write to my email why they don't do so, why again & again telling lie many time, if they want money they can beg door to door as a beggar rather than doing like this no one cheating money minned company is airtel
We need new bill only the period o[censored]sing not for disconnected time
We doug business through this number most of my business peoples having this number my bank connected to this number unable to do any online transecting
Our kind request is we need money from airtel one crore money as a compensation

Problems still not solve, still my number [protected] disconnected, unable to do online banking, even I asked to Airtel revised my bill still they not Doug, still they did not write any email to me, bec I am in a meditation class phone not allowed to use only break time, so Airtel better to write ur solution to my email than calling then I will c is that OK to me, not only that but also when Airtel officer calling telling one thing but when they writing, wrote as against when they call, so either writing team telling lies or calling team telling lies, bec true is one. When calling told me we bared but u used the number, but writing they told we bared then unbarred ur number so which is true, our kind request bec of above two reason write us

    I am having 25 nos airtel connection in my company and in person. I have shifted to my new house at # 35, air force enclave, dhakoli, zirakpur on 3rd july, 2017. I observed that there was no signal in side the house. I lodged the complaint twice on 121 which were acknowledged however closed without resolving. I lodged the complaint 3rd time 5 days back. The staff from airtel visited and confirmed that there is no signal in my house. I was informed the upgradation is required to be done, however no time was defined for this purpose.
    No tangible and satisfactory reply have been given by the senior executive. I have requested to acknowledge the complaint and conversation which was denied.
    If i donot get any time limit for resolving the problem, i would like to deport my numbers to vodafone which has excellent connectivity.

    Thanks, at least my complaint and concern has been acknowledged this time. However, no time schedule has been indicated to resolve the problem which has been confirmed and acknowledged by Airtel Team after their site visit. A call (31.07.2017) from some Executive told to be some senior executive has assured to revert back in 4 days. I shall patiently wait further for this call. If the call is received after getting the problem resolved then I shall continue with Airtel with THANKs, otherwise I shall exercise my prerogative to shift all my office and personal numbers to the service provider which is having excellent signal and net work coverage inside my house.

    My complaint is pending since 18th July, 2017. No progress has been made on my complaint. No satisfactory reply from 121, it is told "jaldi resolve kar diya jayega" lekin kab tak, they are unable to assure. No status is shared by any of their staf[censored]nless, I repeatedly call them. Vodafone has very good signal here. I opt to PORT all my Airtel mobile numbers to Vodafone. DEFINITELY THAT WILL BE DAMAGING AND SHAME ON AIRTEL

      I have recharged 399, according to offer benefit is UL Local/STD calls, 1GB/day, 100 messages/day and 70 days validity, i have confirmed 2 times before recharge and not getting benefit i called and registered compliant but it's not resolved, complaint no.is CMBNR[protected].
      Plz me on this ASAP

        Today 30/07/2017 I refill my account with 399 recharge bt it shows that you have not sufficient aamount in your account.it is request to you resolve my problem.
        I have made a call then it show that you have zero balance in your account so it creates inconvenience for me so it is requested to you to resolve my problem as soon as possible

          Please be informed that i have recharged rs.148/- on today i. E., 30.07.2017 thru online as offer from airtel website shows that unlimited local calls + std and 1 gb per day..

          Hence, i have done accordingly the recharge but i did not get unlimited local calls as well std as mentioned in the offer

          It happened many occasions even i recharged rs.9/- which has rs.0.30 per call for 27 days

          This is also not recharged as per offer in fact 4 days only shows in my account instead of 27 days

          Iam frustrated and do necessary credit to my account immediately

            Hi team,

            My no airtel post paid [protected], which was deactive on july. This is my primary number which was registered for my personal uses.
            In this number some amount was laying as dispute, and extra charges
            Which your team has promised to reversed. But no body has bothered to reverse since last four months. As per your billing amount 6890 i have to pay for three month.in which i have charged some additional amount like data uses, booster packs etc which i have not activated but u have charged.

            Apart from that i got a mail to pay 4200, on which i have paid 1000 on 8th july but they have not activated my no nor reversed the charges.

            When i call to your customer care help line no body willing to file a complaint also they don't want solution. They only argue and they don't know how to behave with customer. A mnc company also having a market leader in telecome sector but unprofessional behaviour by your team which was not expected.

            Awaiting for your positive response with a solution at the earliest.

                  After I took a replacement sim and did twice as the first time they said the set is damaged and when I showed the sim of another provider works just fine they said sim is damages and to get another replacement sim.

                    In feb2017 my brother paid for airtel tv connection and connection was installed by an engineer in my old parents presence.
                    There was no dish antenna installed by airtel engineer. He just gave us new airtel box with card inside and remote control.
                    Connected this box to the existing dish tv antenna which was installed by different company 6 years ago.
                    In this my parents paid for new complete connection but never got complete kit delivered. 10 meter wire and dish antenna was missing at that time.
                    In may 2017 i paid for multi connection and it was 2000 inr in advance for year.
                    Again wire was connected to the dish antenna which was not installed by airtel.
                    Basically we found all this information about dish antenna on 20 june 2017, an engineer visited to sort out no signal problem.
                    He told us dish antenna is not working properly that's why signal is weak. Dish antenna needs to be replaced. I said it's just 4 months ago we got new antenna installed up there. When i went up on roof, found there is none dish antenna belongs to airtel.
                    I tried to explain this matter by raising complaints to cc, local dealer, nodal and all top management but never got resolution.
                    They are asking to pay again for the stuff i never delivered at my premises.

                    Me and my has two airtel dth connections at home without airtel dish antenna.

                    I have attached photo taken by me to show the interruption of signal, it's the same from 20thJune2017.
                    In my complaint I have explained everything but still no action taken.
                    Unfortunately I have for an year in advance, that's why Airtel staff don't bother to come forward to help me.
                    Definitely from next year I will throw Airtel box in bin . Coz it's useless

                      Network problems & mobile data not working properly. The network is very slow. It does not work properly neither at home nor at office. This is very irritating and creates problem whenever i need it. I have already complaint in airtel a lot of times but they have not resolved the problem yet. I use 4g mobile and pay according to the same but don't get any speed comparable to 4g plz resolve my problem

                          I had ported from idea to airtel recently, the service centre guy asked rs.100 and also told that it is only for porting and the sim wont have any recharge value, later i saw on back of the sim card package, there is not price mentioned, in this case both the service center and company are fraud, i tired to contact airtel through existing airtel customer number but i could not talk to them by any means, there is no response for my email also, this kind of frauds should not be spared so please take action

                            There is no option in customer care number to talk directly to customer care executive, every time i call in the customer care number it is directed to some options not relevant to my query and there is no way to contact an executive speak to him /her about my query. Even in the airtel app there is no option of contacting customer care executive. Google search also does not provide any proper customer care number to contact customer care executive.

                              There is no option to cancel recharge in airtel
                              I've recharged of rs 399 to [protected] but it recharged to my other number [protected] via airtel app
                              Both numbers are registered on airtel app

                              I tried to get it resolved by customer service but it didn't help.

                              So my concern is to cancel recharge as i want that for another number but it recharged to different number.

                                Regarding refund issue

                                I paid money for new broad band connection and no feasibility in our location. So we applied for refund.. Then i got a cheque with mistaken in name.. So am unable to claim cheque amount.. So we request u for change the name in cheque and send again..

                                For that name change option they send procedure further name was corrected to sreeramdas subramanyam.. For claim the refund we need a new cheque with corrected name..

                                I have sent lots of mails regarding the issue.. Lost patience.. Please look in to this case solve as possible..

                                They wantedly send incorrectly named check.. And they are cheating people..
                                Totally it has been completed 60 days from which i paid..
                                Every time different people calling and seeking another 5 days for resolving issue.. Not one solved it.

                                Worstest network and customer care.. I never encourage airtel to others.
                                Not responding properly at all

                                  I am using airtel network from past 5 to 6 years. Recently i have moved to hyderabad. I am residing at matrusri nagar, miyapur. I have a very poor signal at every corner of my house and outside. If i kept mobile idle for sometime i can see signal strenth upto 3 points, sometimes 4 points. But if i make a call or recieve a call signal strength drops to 1 point and sometimes it shows no service.

                                      I got message from airtel on dated 21/07/2017 which snap shot i had attached, which say on recharge of rs-399 will get unlimited calls + 70 gb data for 70 days. I had recharge my mobile no.-[protected] as per airtel plan of rs-399 on 21/07/2017. After doing recharge, i got only 2 gb internet and on talk with airtel customer care i come to know that this pack is only for 4g sim and 4 g mobile which i dont have. The massage i received on 21/07/2017 having no such information that this plan required only 4g sim & 4g mobile so how could i understand this recharge is not for 3g users. The information given in massage is incomplete and hence i request you to help and take action to return my amount.
                                      Will hope for better support form you.

                                        I have ported my airtel no. From maharashtra to rajasthan and while airtel gave promise that previous balance will get transfer i haven't received the balance for my above mobile no. But received for other no. I. E. [protected].
                                        I am unable to understand as customer care said that balance will not get transferred and instead of my regular complaints i haven't received previous balance of rs. 400/- which was deducted by service activations.
                                        I am really disappointed and will discontinue 4 connections which i am using of airtel.

                                        Still haven't received any suggestions from airtel company. Haven't received benefits of rs. 399 plan for 84 days but received only for 28 days. Airtel is not at all good and cooperating.
