Actually i am using my airtel prepaid number since 2007, they disconnected my line i paid some amount and took back the connection in april 2017. Now they are again asking to the same by disconnecting my line... Actually i am in uae now, thus they are asking some 900 rupees to reconnect the connection. This is no wonder or surprise that airtel service is worst and poorest in the entire country.

I usually recharge my data package every month which i suppore to get 1gb data with 4g speed for 30 days. I'm clear that airtel always runs fake promises as usual.

Airtel do not know what is 4g speed but starts to claiming bs ads that don't work no where.

As i said i recharged the plan and i started using...

do not provide hotspot connection to non-local people

poor network coverage in challaghatta area of bangalore

Bsnl provides excellent network coverage in the same area, but in case of airtel network received is only 2 out of 5 levels and that too keeps on fluctuating leading to call drops and breaking voice.

my data pack is not working

I had recharged my number with 349 data pack the offer was 28gb (1gb/day) +unlimited calling for 28 days but it stopped working after 2 days. Do something quickly regarding this because it's leaving a wrong image of your company. Customers problems should be solved quickly so tha we can take advantage of of the sevices provided. I had called several times to customer care but noone picked the call so please solve this problem quickly....

charging rs. 100 for linking aadhar to the existing sim

Today i went to airtel vijayawada office near buckingham post office to link my aadhar number to my airtel sim as we are receiving message from airtel asking us to link aadhaar number to sim. Surprisingly they rejected to link my aadhar to the existing sim free of cost but asking for rs.100 for this purpose and recklessly stating that we can complain on the company to any body.
