During an international roaming with my aitel number, all my balance got deducted by bharti airtel ltd which is around rs 1100/-
I have raised two complaints, the airtel team is saying you have received call from some numbers and we charger 540, 270, 180... Etc. But i have not received any calls during the date and time mentioned in that complaint. Even my mobile not ringed. I have requested them to investigate it?
I am quite warring to these type of things from airtel which is the largest telecommunications company in india. Which is un ethical and un fair, and just simply looting from the customers with out any service but they are promising the customers as they will provide unlimited incoming call to their customers during he international roaming. Which is not true.

Looks likes Bharti Airtel continues looting balance... I an giving 10 lack rupees challenge to Bharti Airtel on this Issue.
I have not received any update from your end but you marked as resolved by crediting 150+150 to my account. you have deducted 1589 from my account and showing 89 is to be deducted in next recharges. Please prove all your deduction in my account and will pay you 10, 00, 000 rupees on spot to Bharti airtel limited. I will challenge you, you have deducted all my amount with out providing/using any service from you. you are saying international roaming is free but you are looting.
Learning: Airtel have open network but only secrete billing which they could not provide any justification.
Please provide me complete justification on my deductions, Which you have mentioned earlier even I have not received any call to my mobile which your sim card.( you can get full information by the service provider in Uruguay. ).
I am still stick to my challenge above if you prove your deductions.
Please do the needful.
