Hi team,
My name is mayank - phone [protected]. This connection was taken by me from airtel and i have not received any paper bill as well as e-mail bill till date.
Airtel have sent me pre-recorded messages, where i requested call back several times, but none of airtel executive called me. Rather, they have barred by outgoing calls on 26th july 2017.
On 2nd august 2017, when i called them and asked them for the bill, they have accepted that bill was not sent to me but apart from late payment charges, they are not willing to provide the waive off for rental which gets accrued from 26th july till 2nd july, during which outgoing calls were remain barred. As a consumer, i have requested for such waiver, but they don't want to give the same.
I am expecting support from you in this.
