The network on my number is extremely erratic. All calls gets dropped amidst of any call. I have been complaining for the past over 4 months but to no avail. I am tired of explaining my problem to umpteen number of call center executives. I feel, perhaps, this problem has no solution and planning to switch service. This has been pathetic though i have been a loyal customer to airtel for the past over 12 years
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When ever i call 121 or 198 to contact airtel customer care person, i never get connected with them straight away, there is a computed voice saying press that number this number all [censored] but never able to connect the customer care support personnel. what a wastage network, all [censored]

    Sir /mam i recharge my no [protected] with 399 rupees but my internet not working but voice call working and there show 1gb data remaining in my no... My phone is 4g set but internet not working... And i don'tknow how in my recharge 1 gb data pack is activated. I call in customer care no 198 butnothing helpful me there...       Hi,

      My mobile number is [protected]. I have done a recharge of 346 on 15th july (Order no.[protected]. I was suppose to free incoming and outgoing calls and 1 gb of data per day till next 28 days of recharge. But it worked well for 10 days and after that there is no internet balance. Although the calls are still going.
      Please look into it on a priority basis (Its been almost a week since internet is not working), my mother is using this number and she is not very handy with mobiles so, she is not able to connect with customer care. I am also trying to connect to customer care but since i am residing in a different state so i am unable to connect with them. Hence i am submitting my complain here.

        Hi,

        This is littledon. This is about my most terrible and worst service i got from airtel.

        I subscribed for airtel secure plan and paid for that worst service from my pocket.

        Ten days before i raised a claim under that stupid plan, and after a rigorous follow up i sent my phone to them. Its just a minor damage and i never mishandled my phone. It was in a perfect working condition.

        After 15 days they simply rejecting my claim and telling that slipping your phone down is your carelessness. Even a mad will not willingly slip his phone and waiting for your claim. What do you think of customers, you think they are fools. You start your secure plan because of your competitors and simply loosing your customers.

        Quiting airtel... Hats off to the worst ever service provided in my life time.

        Already in progress to register case against airtel on consumer court. Gud bye airtel. Will see you on court.

          I have requested to stop calling me and an alternate number multiple times. Still these people call and harass us. Now as I have disconnected the line they are not going to honor my request. Worst connection where you get outrageous bills. Worst service. Worst customer service.
          It seems they don't care about customer service at all.

            Reported the issue on 8th july stating that 'view card problem'. Its was prompting that the 'view card was not inserted properly. Please swipe and reinsert the view card'. Hence called the cc and informed about the issue and got a reference no as 62898369 for the issue. The technician visited and unplugged the view card and power cable and realigned and he charged 150rs and it was working when he left. On the same day night the problem again reflected.

            After repeated call to the technician he visited again after 2 weeks and said that the lnb[censored]nit has to be replaced to restore the connection and it will cost 310rs (Lnbf-160 and service charge 150). I agreed and he replaced the lnbf. After replacing the lnbf he said that the stb is also dead and that too needs to be changed which would cost 600 for a hd stb.

            I was not ok with the resolution he said because after replacing the lnbf also it was prompting that the 'view card was not inserted properly. Please swipe and reinsert the view card'. So i said i cant pay for the service as the technician was not technically strong to provided the resolution for the issue. So he uninstalled the new lnbf that he fitted and said that the old lnbf got broken while uninstalling and left the cable grounded without connecting to the dish.

            Again called the cc and following from 27th july for the issue. And complaints are been raised daily (Ref no. 63601476, 63659163, 63669630,[protected]. Daily new new complaints. And no proper following. Cc says that no need to pay service charge for each visit of the same complaint. The technician says i wont take the issue until i agree for the 150rs service charge.

            After hanging between the cc and technician for the 5 days, finally the cc team agreed to send a different technician and no need to pay service charge and i have to pay 160rs for the lnbf replacement. Even thought the lnbf was intentionally broken by the technician and i agreed to pay for the replacement as i need the connection to be active. The big mistake i did is, i recharged it for a 1 year pack and i have 6 months more to get the subscription completed.

            The technician came yesterday[protected] and replaced the lnbf, and restored the connection and collected 200rs stating that the lnbf cost 180rs and 20rs for some screw replacement. My aged parents was not able to understand and argue for the cost split up and paid the requested amount.

            In-spite of paying extra for the lnbf replacement, the technician has placed some old lnb[censored]nit and not even fixed it properly with the the disk. It wont even with stand for one shower. I need to know weather the lnbf replacement will be a new one or some used one for the 200rs. The technician is fooling me or the airtel dth service is that's it.

            Have attached the images of the replaced lnb[censored]nit. Can clearly see that the unit has color faded because of being exposed to sunlight. And i got sms from the cc team stating that all the complaints have been fixed and closed.

            So i need a clear info on whats going on between the cc and field technician. And this is how the replacement will be done. Still i am not able to get the connection. Need to resolution at the earliest.

                I opened facebook account using the number [protected] but later the phone and simcard got lost. I then purchased the sim [protected] and renewing the other card seemed not to be important cause i would do away with one in long run.
                I recently changed my facebook account password and unfortunately have forgotten the password. Kindly help if possible cause the retrieval code is being sent to the other number.

                  I am facing network issue for a long time, repeated complaint raised through customer care number but it was closed without any resolution.

                    I have raised a claim on jun for mobile no [protected] and the claim is rejected saying that my mobile is second hand after i have sent declaration. I have asked them to share the terms and conditions where it is mentioned about second hand devices and the revision when it is added if it is thers. Ever since i have been following up them and they keep giving me different reason over call and on written saying that handset is 2 years old and iam using galaxy s7 edge which is not even release 2years. All this delay they are creating is frustrating me and i end continuing the subscription.

                        I have charged for the services like gamescentre and gamesclub that i have never applied for. The airtel company has duped me of 75 rupees in total. I request the airtel company to return the 75 rupees balance that have been deducted in my phone. The company was good until yesterday when it suddenly started charging me for services that i have never been asked for or applied for. This shows that the airtel company is duping its customers by charging them for the seevices that they have never subscrined for. Also there is no particular number provided where one can directly call the customer care to resolve the problem. This ahows the company's lack of interest concerning their customers grievances.

                          Mr ranjan devnath who is doing night shift, i don't know what is doing but he is not listen properly and he is replied me totally wrong and i asked him softly that is he sleeping then he replied me that this is the helpline number never told him like this. From the beginning of the conversation he is not interested to help me out.

                            Hello,

                            It is to inform you that i sheikh ashad holder of the mobile no: [protected] want to convert my post paid into a prepaid for which all the required noc was provided to airtel store 31, park street area, kolkata, west bengal 700016 but they have refused to convert it into prepaid and told me to do it from my home circle durgapur. Even though i have submitted with all the required documents along with port number to convert it into prepaid on 15/07/2017 at airtel store, nachon durgapur, ananda gopal mukherjee sarani rd, bhiringee more, benachity, durgapur, west bengal 713213 but still it was not done. Customer service is telling me that i can convert it into pre paid but airtel store department refusing me to convert it into pre paid.
                            Please resolve the issue on priority.

                              I am using new 4g sim in my oppo neo7 4g handset, and already i have done a recharge with 399/-. But the network speed is must worst. Whenever i m using net, i felt like m using 2g net. Its shows only 3 to 10, 15, 23 kb/s at a time. I m using airtel from last 15 yrs, its my another no. Kindly resolve it.                               Airtel gives most worst internet speed compared to another networks.
                              Well i am an Airtel User, I would like to appreciate Airtel as compare to other Networks, I found Airtel Best, Yes it was bit costlier but its OK now its is not that expensive sice JIO came in the market. For Me Airtel is best, I never got any Network Issues other issues like that. Every customer have its different opinion i have mine. Thankyou Airtel for being part of my life since 10 years...
                              Even I am an Airtel user, it is the worst network, I have ever seen. Let it be a voice call or internet, it is the worst. I have been given 1.4GB of data, but it is of no use. I could rarely hear the voice of the person who is speaking on either side. Airtel is providing service to their customer just for the namesake. I am planning to port out from Airtel

                                Website: poor 4g data speed on airtel mobile

                                Team,

                                I have raised several complaints on poor data speed on my mobile connection#[protected]. I get full strength and see 4g symbol on my mobile but the data speed is around 0.15mbps. This is the case since last 5 months and raised 5+ sr with airtel but all are closed without resolution. Now since they are unable to solve my problem i request to refund the data charge levied on my bill for previous months and wont pay any outstanding bills untill my issue is resolved. Airtel is misguiding people saying the fastest network but infect its far behind jio and vodafone. I am attaching screenshots collected from trai my speed for reference. Request to take legal action against these fraudsters.

                                My issue is still open and every time Airtel just provide a standard response that they are working on it and resolution will be provided at the earliest.
                                As you know its been several months Airtel is fooling customer and now slow speed is seen in 3G network as well. My whatsapp never gets connected (keep rotating) and 3G speed is pathetic.
                                I have requested to stop billing on data when they dont have an ETA but they keeps billing and i am unable to use the data service.Please find screenshot from TRAI app for reference.

                                  I had complained more than three times from 9/7/2017. My last complain reference number is cgpsc[protected]. Your customer care’ members are failed to provide right information and help. They are talking like as “copy cat “. They are also failed to provide particular information to your engineer what is problem on network in my area (Pin code-741247).in my area there is no 3g network and we are helpless to open any browser and social site since 1 month. Almost area member now ported their sim to jio or others’ network. You should take step against your members who are in customer care. Sorry to inform you should stop your business otherwise your staff will make you to stop your business with their irresponsible behavior. Thank you in advanced
