    Recharged [protected] with 148 ruppe on 01/08/2017, as in my airtel app under best offer category 148 rechgarge inclue unlimited locals and std airtel and 1 gb data. Unable to call any local number other than airtel and get only 50mb.
    This is misleading information provided by airtel.
    I need my money back completely.
    In discription it was written that unlimited local airtel and 1 gb 4g/3g/2g data and they are providing not unlimited local call and only provided 50 mb data. Also lost my balance because of this cheating.

      You people never address to any of my complaint properly. And the person who calls from airtel is so late updated and uses ill language that there's no limit for that!

      My phone was delivered today and the person asked for money for delivering the phone. We had to give him money because he sat in the home saying that he won't leave until we give him money. He was threatening us! What kind of services do you people provide? Your employee misused my phone and booked cabs on my name and i was been charged for every time he booked the cab. Then you send such kind of people to deliver the phone who threatened badly to pay money!!!

      Resolve these issues right away or else i will take this to court and sue you guys. You people have crossed all the limits. I want all my money back. Enough is enough.

      Why is there no reply from any of the Airtel representative? I can see in my phone that how badly my phone was misused!!!

      I will show all this to Police and I'll sue you guys. There's no shame at all that you guys again send a man eho threatened my mother-in-law to give money and sat inside the house and refused to leave unless money was paid!!

        I have converted from postpaid to prepaid for my number [protected] a week back. I have done the first recharge of rs. 449.
        But i am not able to make the outgoing calls. It says outgoing is barred.
        Airtel store and customer care service people are not able to solve the problem as they seem to be clueless about the problem!!

              I have recharged rs 31 on 26th july 2017 for my mobile [protected] under the package of std calls at 30 ps per minute for 27 days to meet std calls from bangalore at concessional rate. But as the package did not meet my requirement (As mentioned in their web site) i requested airtel to cancel it and credit the amount to main account on 27th july 2017. But my request has not been accepted. I request airtel company to credit the recharge amount to my mobile account immediately.

                Sorry to say but airtel service has become the worst in the past a few months.
                I have a number [protected] registered on my name i. E shrikant shamlal chandak and [protected] in the name of my sister amruta chandak.
                Was not in india for last 4 months and was not able to clear the dues but now i m back and already cleared all the dues pending still the representative in showroom at nasik is not responding.

                Very irresponsible behaviour of the staff.

                    Can you please give me a deadline when can i expect the recharge reversal to my icici bank account.

                    Its being more than 10 working days and i have not received any credit as requested on following tickets which are like clone tickets to extend that deadline every time i send an email to enquire about status.

                    Can you please provide an deadline and honour that request and let me know if you need more document or information.

                      airtel asking to return set top box

                      I brought 2 settop boxes from airtel, which were purchased seperately from the connection (Not as a package), however airtel is asking me to return the set top box which i had purchased seperately. When i asked to close one connection. If it is airtel property why did i pay the entire amount and if you want to recover it pay back my money.

                      I requested to cancel my air tel postpaid no: mobile number [protected] on 11th of april 2017, i stopped my service on 1th of april 2017, i received bill for he month of march-april on 13th april 2017, i paid my bill through online on 30th april 2017 that was the my last bill. Now many person from airtel called and asked me your our standing bill pending 2 months. I received airtel messages also, one day fine one airtel guy called me i explained all this details, final he agreed and he will cancel my airtel service and sent me a cancellation no: 77038651, after that still i ma receiving messages regarding outstanding bills. If airtel people will continue this i will go to consumer court. Stop this nonce business.

After 4hrs recharged by selecting the prepaid pack of rs349 with validity of 28 days using my credit card.                             My name is kishore kumar and i am a govt. Employee. I had an airtel 2g sim working fine till 15th june 2017. My number is [protected] and i had been using it for the past 10 years. Its a lucknow (Up) region sim. But my posting is in kerala. How and why this number is blocked i dont underastand becoz i had recharged in the month of april 2017 as well as in may 2017 too. I keep sufficient balance in my mobile then how it could got blocked. The sim is enabled in my name but no network shown. My service record had this number registered and other official departments too. I m feeling helpless. Kindly help me out from this pathetic situation.

                              This is nitesh porecha, i am an exisitng user of airtel for last several years bearing number [protected], for last many days i was facing network issue, so i visited airtel store where i was asked to change the sim card for which i agreed and done, but unfortunately i lost the same thiswas done on 31st july'17, i tried informing them the same on same day i was informed to visit nearby store and collect the new card i requested to barred my number till the new card is taken the same was not done. On 1st august i called to customer service team and requested for barring my number as same was being used someone as i was getting number busy and was able to see that data is being used, they informed me to visit the store and take new card service of the old sim will be stopped immedaitly, however the same was not done and someone is still using my sim, my new number is still not activated, customer care supervisor viajy and yunus gave all incorrect information and not helped in barring the number.

                              They have not provide any solution what they have done for los of my 3 GB data and un authorize usage of my SIM, where i had asked to stop services of my SIM. Still awating response from Airtel Any update

                                Before moving to usa in jan 2017 i have requested to cancel the post paid number [protected] and [protected] which i was using since 2010, but this numbers are not cancelled and i get bills every month to the address in india, in spite of giving them the filled in cancellation form at the airtel store in padma rao nagar secunderabad before i relocated to usa.

                                Please do the needful to cancel them same at the earliest, my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Hi,

                                  This is to express my utter frustration as customer of airtel. I am sorry to state that the services of airtel mobility are going down every day and have been become pathetic.

                                  I think in the race to get more customers they have got more than their capacity and now not able to manage their services so i request all my friends and known not to switch to airtel rather port their number away from them. I recharged the monthly pack of rs 399 for my mobile number [protected] on 25th july and 1st august 2017 through airtel app (Largely advertised app of airtel which is actually a fiasco, good for nothing) but the pack did not got activated on my phone and i kept paying money for every call and internet use.

                                  When i called the customer care they kept repeating like parrot that the pack is not showing active on my number, if it has not been activated on my number the money will be refunded back to my account after 10 days, however they registered my complaint with the number conrc[protected].

                                  If you will call them they have no option to talk to the customer care executive

                                  Please be aware of this cheating by airtel and look for alternative service provider.

                                    Sir, my airtel 4g postpaid no is [protected] in the name of prasoon lata.. I had put an email on 22 june, 2017 for discoonection of my this 4g connection in chandigarh as i had to shift back to delhi in july.. I had not been using 4g pack any more.. N my 4g was not disconnected by your side.. Still i am constantly getting calls from airtel for the bill payments.. Inspite of sending email and informing for disconnection i have been receiving constant calls.. And billing amount has also increased meanwhile.. Kindly look into matter asap.. I am facing a lot of discomfort because of constant calls from airtel office..

                                      I applied for airtel broadband connection on 19th march, 2017 with 1700/- rs. (1000 for connection and 700 for instrument). They promised to install the connection in 48 & hours. After passing 48 hours i chased them they started making excuse up to 10 days and finally they informed connection can not be done due to technical issues. I was conveyed to fill the form online for refund of money. I did immediately online. They did not respond for the same for a month. I started mailing to customer care they replied me with solution many times but no action taken till date after passing 4 months.

                                      Now they not even bothered to reply of mail nor they are refunding my money. Request you to take action against airtel immediately.

                                      Attaching copy of my invoice which was paid. For instrument they did not give receipt
