I have requested for AIRTEL broadband on 11/dec/2015, as i searched in internet about AIRTEL SERVICE, they asked my address so that they will confirm whether they have feasibility to provide connection, at that time they confirmed that they have feasibility to give connection but till now i didnt get any connection, As i already escalated the issue in AIRTEL, LEVEL 1)198 complaits
LEVEL 2)NODAL OFFICE LEVEL 3)APPELLATE, As they confirmed to give connection i have disconnected my old broadband, now they are not providing new connection stating that there are some technical problems, and when ever i called customer service they are assuring me that they will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours like that totally 50 days completed, i want help in this regard
