Sir/ mam, my perpaid no is [protected], comlaint ref.No is cbnrv[protected]. On 2/1/2016 i had activated the unlimited night calling pack of rs.7 in between 11:15 pm to 11:25 pm then i got the comfirmation massage on mobile that "unlimited local a2a mobile @rs.7(12am-6am)for 1 day pack has been activated " at 11:32:09 pm 22/1/2016 from :ay-ntarot, then i used that night calling pack after 12 oclock am, but form my main account rs 90 was deducted as voice calling charge, when i call at custmer care they were saying that i had activated the "minute pack" not "unlimited pack rs7" as there record on display.Issue is that i got the conformation massage in mobile and rs 7 was deducted form main balance, sir can you help to resolve the issue, i am fustrated with the airtel iregularities and their "cheatings" behivour.

    Very bad torrent throttling by this isp airtel. Bunch of no-good throttle torrents. I'm mad at these gawars, giving bad plans with bad prices and now they have to throttle torrents. What is your problem? I start a torrent at say 1 mb/s. Soon the speeds get slashed to as low as 5 kb/s. Took a speedtest, ping was 600+ms (!), 0.47 mbps download. I have a 16mbps plan.

      i mr sunil nailkanth naik have ported my no [protected] to airtel i received a bill in which bill was of 682 plan taken was of 399 some additional another bill no was added to my account when i called agent chandrashekar bhandari told u have some other account balance transferred .When i asked chandrashekar the no of which no i have been charged he was unaware and argued with me you send mail he kept on repeating you sent mail we will revert you he was only giving me the account no how can i check with the account no. he was very unprofessional he said take a paper and pen and write down the details arrogantly talk .VERY UPSET THIS IS HOW A COUSTOMER IS HARRESED AND YOUR AGENTS DONT KNOW THE DETAILS.MOBILE NO FROM WHICH I GOT CALL WAS [protected].PLS LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND RESOLVE IT AS SOON AS

        Few days back i requested for new broadband connection on your website. After some days i got a call regarding my request. Then one of your executive visited my house for documentation and for taking the money. I paid him 1000 ruppee cash. His name was 'AMIT'. His mobile number is '[protected]'. But even after 10 days of documentation, i haven't got any new connection. Moreover, phone of your executive who came to took money is switched off. Please do the needfull against my complaint. Either i want new connection or my money should he returned. I have attached pic of form which i received by him. This is not acceptable for a reputated company like you. I have called customer care helpline number many times but they are not interested in listening. Moreover since form doesn't have any "CEF number" your customer care guys are clearly saying they cannt help and my money will not be refunded. Being a new costumer i dont know form what is CEF number.

          Airtel connection fixed line broadband not properly working in 25/12/2015 to 08/01/2016 at 14 days.Your airtel engineer comes to my office 29/12/2015 replace the modem and take old modem and collect rs/ 2000 money. The original complaint is cable falt. Some places wire damage it looks like something is indeed wrong with your connection. Your engineer cheating the customer and wrong way to misuse airtel name and collect the money. I call your engineer no response me.           your are fail to solve my problem better i go to consumer court.

              I wish to make the following update to my initial complaint:
              My blackberry services was finally restored on the 27th December, 2015: 11days after renewal of my bis! The least I expected of the network was to have my 30days access start counting from that date. Yet I received notification that it will expire on 16th January, 2016. I therefore called the airtel customercare in Nigeria on the 13th January 2016 and on insistence, got connected to one of the supervisors name Benedicta. Our conversation was cut short by network but we completed discussions when she called back with this line +[protected]. Painfully, since that day I have not been able to access data services. Only calls and sms services work on my line till date. After 16th January, when my I received network 'deactivated' message, I have severally renewed bis and data services for one day (cautious about subscribing for more than one day at a time because i want to see if the services are up and running!) and never succeeded in accessing data services via my line on any device (blackberry, android phone, modem).
              I have severally called customer care here in Nigeria and the problem still persisted till today. I was first told by an agent today that i could not browse because my line has no active data even though my line showed 80MB when I checked. I was surprised to learn today from the last customer care agent that I could not browse because my line has been barred from data services!
              Why was I barred from data services because I complained? Why does the network collect my money for subscription from my line when she had barred the line from access to data services?
              I need answers, please, and need them fast!

                Actually whenever i call airtel customer care they cut the call in between, upto 3 4 times it had been done with me and they give wrong information. I did the online recharge of 3g net and i got the validity of 15 days instead of 30 days and i filed a complain they accepted that and said your money would be refunded in 10 days now they are saying it is not in your record its not valid transaction, its very disgraceful i m gonna change it as soon as possible

                          We villagers of kamata, borigumma block of koraput district face 3g network problem from 10 days. Airtel is now start its 3g service in odisha and also in our area from Dec 2015 But unfortunately from 11 jan 2016 we are faceing 3g network problem. It is totaly not working now. We have also network problem. More then 50, 000 people use airtel sim ang Internet users rapidly increase here. But airtel failed to give better service here. So plz solve problem immediately.

                                  I got a call form airtel by requesting the port the no to airtel, also describe the plan.i selected a plan of 399 monthly rental.(600 local/std min, 1 gb 3G data after that 2G unlimited, 300 msg).but your guys informed me to delay of process
                                  because bill of last month about to generate.after 15 days i got the msg for
                                  porting. I changed the sim .when i called a no automatically it goes to
                                  verification department. i told them the correct information.as i submitted the document.but he told me that its not correct information because airtel is running franchise.they are providing the wrong information. this thing i went to know when i went to airtel store situated at sector 31 market gurgaon (122001) .as per the store manger told me:-"we have not called you for port the no.Our franchise are did so.he also told me that we can not provide the same plan as they guys told you.its the legacy plan" .due to this my no is not working from last friday(15/01/2016).and this no. is registers every where even in banks transaction also .so that i can not close this sim at any cost.even i yours guys told me i can not go back to vodafone back.from last Friday I am visiting your airtel company outlet sector 31 market gurgaon(122001) continuously .but i did not get any solution.

                                    My prepaid connection was disconnected with wrong reason and causing me inconvenience. When I received the msg saying that they are going to disconnect my number because non usage in last 90 days, I sent email with details. I received reply immediately saying that they verifyed the usage and ignore the msg and balance Rs.1 only and recharge. When we try to recharge they said it is disconnected. I sent email again and received reply saying that it is disconnected and the can't do any thing. Now I am in USA and helpless to do anything. Why should I suffer for their mistake? This number connects me to all my bank accounts and to all my family and friends in India.My email [protected]@yahoo.comDear Customer,

                                    We would also like to inform you that, we have verified and found usage in last 90 days. Hence, we request you to ignore the message you have received.

                                    We have verified and found current available balance in your main account is Rs. 1/-. For international roaming service to be active, we request you maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 99/- for each month in use.

                                    International Roaming Service is a default service active for all Prepaid subscribers. Monthly rental of Rs. 99/- for 30 days is applicable and would be deducted from your balance once you latch on to the international roaming network.

                                      I had to convert my airtel postpaid to prepaid. For that, I visited to Airtel Relationship center at Vimannagar Pune. One of the sitting representative told me that Conversion process is halted for next 10 days and will be continued after 10 days, because of some issue...
                                      I asked him about issue, he told me, some of customers did not convert to prepaid successfully. So Airtel is working on it...

                                      Then, I asked him again.. "Are you sure, It will take next 10 days ?", He replied, "He is not sure"... I was doubtful on his talk.. So After half an hour, I visited to Airtel relationship center at CAMP and he did my work...

                                      But, I wasted my 2 hrs behind this...because of Vimannagar office representative.. I request to Airtel to take serious action against them... Otherwise nobody will trust on you...


                                      I experienced same previously also for converting prepaid to postpaid at Ramtekadi office...

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I am using [protected] Contact number last time at approx 11 PM on 21-Jan-2016 i have recharged with 100 rupees and got 100 Rupees ftt and today morning i show that amount was deducted by Airtel.
                                        i had spoken with customer care representative but they are telling that the was amount was deducted for internet use but that time i had 24 Mb internet and i used in whole night only 20 mb and right now me also have 11.35 MB data because i got 10 MB data as night cash-back.
                                        it was a fraud i want the refund of my amount.
                                        please go through the mail and solve the concern ASAP.
