Jan 24 2016 - called airtel for the issue
jan[protected], jan 29 2016 - [protected], jan[protected], jan[protected], jan 30 2016 - [protected], bill cycle = 23rd, despite of this i never got my data renewed. after wasting 24 hours on phone with their executive, finally they told me i consumed all data. so disgusting.

after trying to convince over 20 executives over 10 days span. All said, you consumed 30gb of allotted data, which i knew, i never used as it was never turned on. i filed for disconnection of my number, as well as disconnection of my all services related to airtel. then on 11th day a 4g tech guy called me up and said, it was an error from there end, i did not used my data. thanks to that guy, who found out error. after good ending, another fight started, about not disconnecting the number, airtel executives called me several times for verifying my disconnection. i had to create new complaint about not disconnecting my connection. uhhhhhh... i pray to god, not to put me up in any kind of situation with airtel executives. airtel is a good company, and i have been customer of airtel for last 8-9 years now. i know i am loyal to airtel and hence i have been with airtel for so long time despite of several try by other service provider to convert me into their client. i guess airtel has paid some respect for my brand loyality.

thanks for your concern, but you could have found out my details from the images that i have attached in my complaint.

i have spoken to the 121 and 198.

they are saying i consumed 30gb data, which means. from 23rd jan i have been making bogus complaint.

      I applied for 4g WiFihotspot online last week & got the device on 25th Jan 2016
      I have 2 Complaints on airtel
      1. They are giving fake bills. After fighting for bill finally given but I surprised to see the which is done by delivery boy no stamp.
      2.Till now my postpaid sim is not activated. I am calling to the person who sold the device but they are not even picking the phone
      Its really disgusting I never expected company like airtel treats people like this.
      I wanted to cancel this data card and postpaid by airtel cc team saying ur number is not yet reflecting in their records.

      If you people can help me plz do.

      I suggested to people to be careful before being airtel.

      तक़रीबन साल भर पहले एयरटेल के ब्रॉडबैण्ड के 2 कनेक्शन मेरे द्वारा लिए गए। जिसमे बोला गया आपको बेहतरीन क्वालिटी की सेवा दी जाएगी ।लगातार कई महीने की लगातार कम्प्लेंट करने और टालते रहने के बाद अभी एयरटेल कस्टमर केयर एक्जीक्यूटिव का कहना है के जो स्पीड आपको दी जा रही है उसके हिसाब से मॉडम बदलना पड़ेगा जिसके 500/- आपको चार्ज लगेगा। इस सवाल जे जवाब पर के इतने महीनों से आपने मुझे स्पीड के हिसाब से सही मॉडम क्यों नही लगाया? उनका राहुल नाम का एक्जीक्यूटिव अपना माइक्रोफोन किनारे रख के जबरन साइलेंट हो के बैठा रहा।बैकग्राउंड से अन्य लोगों की लगातार बातों की आवाज़ आती रही। कई बार बात करने की कोशिश के बाद उसने दोबारा बात शुरू की और एडमिट किया के आपके दोनों ब्रॉडबैण्ड कनेक्शन को लगवाते समय हमारे पास उस कैपेसिटी के मॉडम नही थे।अब आपको 500/- देना ही पड़ेगा।
      आज से कुछ साल पहले भी ऐसी ही चीटिंग एयरटेल के द्वारा की गई थी।और फिर कनेक्शन हटने के सालों तक कॉल आती रही प्लीज़ कनेक्शन फिर से लगवा लीजिये। मेरी जिओ सिम से भी कम स्पीड में एयरटेल wifi लगा हुआ है। इस चीटिंग के लिए मुझे क्यों ना कन्ज़्यूमर फोरम चले जाना चाहिए। ना कभी सही बिलिंग, ना सही सर्विस।
      A big cheater company ... No ethics, no customer friendly.

        I submitted the form for postpaid to prepaid connection on[protected] by evening 3pm mean while i submitted requirement of documents i got the information like it will change after 5 days
        i communicated cc team on 27-1-16 raised the complaints about this till yet i will not get any solution
        four times i spoke to customer care people solve this
        i have got the no [protected]i submitted the porting also they will not clear the thing
        out standing cleared on 29/1/16 because i dont know that out standing has to be cleared

          Respected Sir, I have received a call mobile no.[protected] from Airtel co. Banglore to me and you are interested to relocate the job, I answered yes she said to me you deposit Rs.3150/- in Raghuveer Singh's SBI A/c no. [protected] for registration fee and I paid the above amount from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no. [protected], Journal no. 40875175 date 02.11.2015 time 12:10:49. I have received another call from same mobile no. please paid Rs.10500/- in Raghuveer Singh's SBI A/c no. [protected] for file charging fee and I paid the above amount from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no. [protected], Journal no. 12486010 date 03.11.2015 time 10:10:09. Mr. Raghuveer Singh (Mobile No.[protected]) call to me said that those amount also refundable on the time joining after these process, you deposit Rs.15600/- in my SBI A/c no.[protected] and I paid the above amount from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no. [protected], Journal no. 12422811 date 04.11.2015 time 11:10:35. After some time received a call from mobile no.[protected], she told me please paid Rs.5500/- in Raghuveer Singh's SBI A/c no. [protected] and I paid Rs.5500/- from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no. [protected], Journal no. 21887738 date 04.11.2015 time 12:33:37. I think this is fraud company so I call Mr. Raghuveer Singh's mobile No.[protected] to refund my deposited money then he is not any reply me. I am not able to deposit such amount. After some days Mr Raghuveer Singh call me that if you want refund your money then recharge my airtel money of Rs.3800.00 in mobile number [protected] but I am not able to recharge. Karol Naka, Sector-21, Block-C, Andheri west, Mumbai to me and you are interested to relocate the job, i answered yes he said to me you deposit Rs.1550/- in Sandeep Sharma’s SBI A/c no.[protected] for registration fee and i paid the above amount from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no.[protected], Journal no.12606548 date 03.11.2015 time 10:11:18. i have received another call from same mobile no. please paid Rs.3250/- in Sandeep Sharma’s SBI A/c no.[protected] for file processing charges and i paid the above amount from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no.IH36298715 date 03.11.2015 time 15:08:00. those amount also refundable on the time joining after these process Mr. Rajeev Jain (Mobile No.[protected]) call to me said that laptop and other materials send you by courier so you deposit Rs.6500/- in Deepak Singh’s SBI A/c no.[protected] and i paid the above amount from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no.[protected], Journal no.48203144 date 03.11.2015 time 16:01:14. [protected], Journal no.10767866 date 04.11.2015 time 10:55:40. When I tell courier van driver Mr. Girdhari Lal mobile no.[protected] sender’s address write on courier’s document then he said to me courier sender’s address is Pradhanmantri jevan jyoti bema yojna co. Plot No.-1, Hotel Bahri Residency, Sion Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharastra Pincode-400071. I think this is fraud company so I call Mr. Rajeev Jain (Mobile No.[protected]) to refund my deposited money then he told me that you paid nodeus amount Rs.6750/- in Sandeep Sharma’s SBI A/c no.[protected] after 06 minutes your amount refunded in your account. I paid Rs.6750/- from my SBI A/c no.[protected] which is unique reference no. [protected], Journal no.10735458 date 10.11.2015 time 10:28:41. After some time Mr. Rajeev Jain (Mobile No.[protected]) told me that your SBI account is not a current account this is saving account so refundable amount is not transferred in your saving account for this amount transfer you deposit Rs.10500/- in Sandeep Sharma’s SBI A/c no.[protected] then temporary current a/c open and your amount refunded in your account.               I filled up the form for new postpaid connection on airtel's website on Jan 20, 2016. All the formalities (photo id proof, reference of local resident etc) all were completed the next day. Then I got the number booked the next day, However, the verification guy denied duty since the address details provided to him were wrong.
              I tried to contact the verification department, but there are unavailable. I called the first on Saturday last week, and they are unavailable since then. Other executives have only been playing the blame game (Telling me that this issue is not under my department).
              I visited the airtel outlet in Vyapar Kendra, Sushant lok, where the guy told me that my address details are wrong so my number won't be activated.
              Then I called the complaint department and told the executive about the same, and he assured me that he will contact me within 20 mins with all the details. which he never did.
              I called them again, and another executive assured me that my connection would start working by 29th. And as expected it didn't.
              Called airtel again. Now I was asked to submit the documents again and send it to [protected]@airtelworld.in, which failed permanently.

              Also I was told that security charges are INR 250 and is refundable but now they are telling me that activation charges and are not refundable. Like employees have no idea what for is the customer is being charged.
              I also sent a Mail to airtel to which they did not reply.
              Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Spoke to Mr. Prakhar (Airtel Executive) this morning, he assured me that "concerned" department will revert back in 1 hour. Nobody called back
              Spoke to Mr. Amit (Team Manager) 2 hours later, he did the same thing (Forwarded the complaint to the "concerned" department). On asking him which is the "concerned " department and when would they call back. He went blank and kept repeating this- "I can only forward your complaint, rest is upto the concerned department."

                  I submitted the documents(address proof and photo) for duplicate nano sim. But after two days incoming calls on my number barred. I enquired the retailer and they told that whole lot of documents was lost while dispatch.

                    I have purchased Airtel wifi hot spot device on 16th October 15. As part of dongle exchange offer I have been promised a cashback of entire device cost and the respective amount on a monthly basis will be discounted in every billing cycle.
                    I am supposed to get a discount of Rs. 248 every month for a period of 9 months.
                    But the promised discounts are not reflecting in the bill. Customer care is saying that they don't have any information and are not taking any ownership.
                    The response from Airtel customer care is pathetic and doesn't care to resolve the issue.

                    I request to look in to this matter and resolve asap.

                          Last September 2015, I’ve got broadband connection with the bill plan 1199(8MBPS/512KPBS) combo plan. But Connection was given for 2 MBPS speed by assuring that within 24 hours it will be converted to 8MBPS, but so far(TILL NO UPDATES) not been done.

                          Moreover I’m getting calls for asking to pay the bill, though I'm regular payer, sometimes there is a delay in a day or two, for that you are disconnecting the service, which is ridiculous.
                          I strongly condemn this and request you to take necessary steps to get 8 MBPS and do the needful.

                          Please request to update your team NOT to give false assurance for the sake of your business, by doing so you can live up to your reputation.
                          Please suggest me whether to continue or not
                          Here with I’ve attached my application form for your reference.

                          Here is my list of question:
                          1. Why are charging me 1199? which is supposed to be for 8MBPS?
                          2. When you are going to increase the speed?
                          3. What is the action you have taken on the sales guy?

                            It's wierd that even after registering a complaint my new Airtel Sim has not been activated. They even promised that it will be done in 4 hours. Their phones are not even reachable. The Megamind Marcom (airtel partner) is a headache to the customer as they don't bother to resolve. If you can't do this then refund my money accept your that you are incapable.

                              Myself Saleem Mohammed. We recently opt for Airtel broadband internet connection in Bommanahalli, Bangalore location.

                              As a process they have taken token amount of 1000Rs (Through Cash) with minor documents of my wife. Later they told us that they dont have empty portal for installation and cancel the request. To refund the token amount they ask for bank details and i have provided my bank details (As a husband). But they refuse my bank details and they want my wife bank details only which she doesn't have bank account on her name.

                              If they take cash through hand then they should have an option to refund in return through manually or else they should refund the amount in any bank what we have provided. Why they didn’t ask the bank details earlier while initiate the connection.

                              Airtel is cheating the people and looting the money.
                              They even had not refunded my 3297 broadband connection money till now even after 2 months.
                              Guys please help me to spread this message so other people will not caught in this fraud.

                              Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
                              Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

                                  I disconnected a landline as well as removed a certain service from a mobile service. However Airtel has not only disconnected neither, but also have billed us for both services now. We have been long time Airtel customers and this is really putting us in a spot and making us think other carriers instead of Airtel unless attended to immediately.

                                      Irresponsible service from Megamind Marcom(Airtel partner) and Airtel, they taking more time to start a new sim and not even informing us. They said it wil take 6-7 days to start and now its been 10 days and haven't started yet. When asked Megamind they say it will take 2-3 days more on 28th jan. There's no service from previous connection as well.

                                        Airtel personnel accepted the application and said that the connection will be made within 3 days. ( i.e. by 23rd January ), however it has been a week now since the deadline ended. Everytime a call is made to the personnel, they make a contention that the connection will be made by 4 p.m. but their is no progress yet.
