Complaint marked as Resolved after trying to convince over 20 executives over 10 days span. All said, you consumed 30gb of allotted data, which i knew, i never used as it was never turned on.
i filed for disconnection of my number, as well as disconnection of my all services related to airtel.
then on 11th day a 4g tech guy called me up and said, it was an error from there end, i did not used my data.
thanks to that guy, who found out error.
after good ending, another fight started, about not disconnecting the number,
airtel executives called me several times for verifying my disconnection.
i had to create new complaint about not disconnecting my connection.
uhhhhhh...
i pray to god, not to put me up in any kind of situation with airtel executives.
airtel is a good company, and i have been customer of airtel for last 8-9 years now.
i know i am loyal to airtel and hence i have been with airtel for so long time despite of several try by other service provider to convert me into their client.
i guess airtel has paid some respect for my brand loyality.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
