I have opted for a different service provider as Airtel service was pathetic. I has informed the consumer care in October to disconnect the service and collect the device. There was no further action taken and noone from customer care guided me on the process. Since then I have told every customer care call to disconnect. Airtel has still not taken action and keeps generating the bill every month. Now Customer care calls me for bill payment....

I'm a prepaid airtel user(unfortunately) and I'm staying in the lingampaly, Hyderabad. My airtel connection goes down for each 15-20 mins. Airtel has raised a bill of 773 against me for the month of January'16, where my plan is just 150/-.
