I recharged Rs.199 for 2G Net Pack Via my Airtel app on my friend mobile no.-[protected] on 06 dec.2015, recharge not done but balance deduct from my bank account. i called many times to customer care but they said that we had refund your amount but i did not received yet. Cont.no.-[protected]...

I am trying to access my postpaid account bill since yesterday i.e. 12 jan 2016. For every query it is showing the same message again and again, "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again after some time". I called up customer care yesterday and they told me that I would be able to access all the information in an hour. But today i.e. 13 jan 2016, I am still not able to get the details....

I am using Airtel network and there is no proper network for past ten days . I complaint about Airtel they r regularly reducing/changing ts tv channellist, recently they removed Colors (309) which is not good. We r paying hefty amount for the services n rhey r changing w/o information, should regain the list n shouldn't provide the channels at their will, it should be based on customer's interest instead. I suggest a bill cut off if they do the same continuously....
