My mobile number [protected] was recharged on 15/01/2016 with Rs186/- 1 GB 28 days. Now I am getting a message that your net 186=65 mb 3G/4G 14D pack will expire in 1 day. Why this type of cheating? I used to recharge every month with Rs 186= 1GB 28 day and was running smoothly. But on jan 15 th your aitel person called and offered will offer you Rs 155=28 Day from next moth onwards if you accept auto renewal. But while recharging with Rs.186=1 GB 28D, you message received you have recharged 186=650 MB 3G/4G 14D ? why this type of cheating.

The same thing has happened in my other mobile also there also you have cheated me. In 15 day type 186*2 = Rs.372/- cheated by your company. When I spoke to customer care they said sir your net balance is 1098 MB and is valid till Feb 15. Even my earlier balance was not carried forward.

There are other companies who offer better net service without cheating like you...

Airtel doesn't carry forward our internet balance neither does idea nor Vodafone but bsnl offers this option.RC 186 is a special offer stays valid for a few days only general 3g rate for 1GB on airtel is for 255/- I think that stays the same

    When i tried to move Away from Airtel by porting, Airtel people called me and promised that they will activate the reduced call rates with in half an hour . But even after 10days they did not activate the pack which they have promised . Airtel is making False promises to the customer and when i called to the cc care, they are saying we cant do anything its a technical issue and i should wait till it get activated .Its been more than 10days from the day they promised .
    Feeling Airtel Promises are Completely Fake .

      I am receiving no proper 3G connection in my area Koramangala and this has been confirmed by there nodal and appellete office via email. I hve been chasing them for compensation since September 2015 .i am not able to understand hw can they charge for a faulty connection.My postpaid number has been suspendef due to non-payment.

      There has been no contact with me since the complaint is raised. An detailed email is sent to Airtel.presence, Airtel Nodal officer, some manager name Imran Khan and Airtel support, but all are deaf ears.
      With addition to that I get an email from airtel asking me to pay the entire amount, without giving me the explanation of the charges, There are charges each month for 400+ which says as One time, but bills every month. No clarity on the 3G charges inspite of no 3G connection in my area as informed by Nodal officer too. I am planning to approach Consumer Court on this, can anyone guide me to that.

        I have conplained to airtel since 3 months but they are not resolving my problem. My problem is that the 3G network strength is so poor that it works worst than 2G internet. This problem is happening since 3 months.

                i did recharge of rupees 198 on 10th jan. 2016, received the SMS of successful recharge but it is showing the current balance 00.00 . and i could not make any call . went to local customer service but they did not help .since online customer service is paid service and my balance is 0. how can i make call ?
                i again made a recharge of rupees 10 on 20th jan. and it was success this time
                therefore today i made another recharge of 198 rupees and again received SMS of successful recharged . then also balance is 00.00 . i tried to contact customer service but science it is paid my balance is 0 . how can i make any call ?

                    On 23rd Jan'16 i have been recharged 3G for Rs 265/- through Airtel website. I got the message from airtel and the no is[protected]. The amount was debited from my ICICI account through net banking and the information is BIL/[protected]/AIRTEL recharge RTE[protected].

                    Till the date for net usage the amount was charged from my main balance instead of net pack.

                    Resolve this issue immediately and reimburse the amount till now charged from my talk time balance.

                    MY mobile no is [protected].

                    Had a conversation with Mr.Murthi & Mr.Ezhil, Santhom Office Chennai. There is no response and the amount debit from my account is not remitted to my bank account till 27th Jan'16.

                        I canceled an advertisement link while surfing a website on dated 26/01/2015. After that sms received from airtel that "supermodels club service has been [protected]@Rs99.0 for 30 days". Eventually, Rs 99.0 deducted from my airtel main balance inspite of I was using reliance wifi network for web surfing.

                        Moreover, no positive response received from customer care executives (Manish & Swati), Rather they refused to log complaint for the same.

                        My complaint is that why balance is deducted without confirmation from customer and how said service activated from airtel. Airtel is not supposed to activate and deduct money like this without confirmation from customer. My concern is that this way fraud websites can hake all the information from airtel mobile.

                        Requesting you to investigate and refund my hard earned money on priority.

                            Save card feature should not be mandatory

                            I went to oay my bill in Airtel site on 25th Jan 2016. When I was about to do my payment using my Credit Card, it was mentioned that my card details will be saved by default. This is WRONG. Why should my card details be saved without my permission. It means that I can only pay using my Card only if I allow Airtel to save my Card details. This is ridiculous. Earlier, there used to be an option asking whether I want to save my card details....

[protected] by using airtel application with rate 448/- before recharge i checked offer on my air tel number offer is that by recharge of rs. 448/- i will get 4gb 3g data but after recharge i get only 2gb 3g data.                                   Last month, I changed my postpaid plan from 999 to 1499 on 26 of December. Then I activated Smart pack internet for 1705 rupees. so the total should be 1499 + 1705 = 3204. But my the bill I got is 5752.46. I called customer care for clarification. I am here to complain about AIRTEL SCAM.

                                  this is how they said..
                                  1499 - current plan (ok)
                                  1705 - smart pack internet (ok.. I am aware)
                                  1500 - internet from my previous plan (I DIDNT EVEN USE 0.01 KB - SCAM)
                                  29 - for calls (but my plan is unlimited and in my previous plan also I had so many free hours)
                                  74 - for value added service (I didn't add any. not even one. I don't even what's that. HELLOTUNES IS NOT ACTIVATED)
                                  167 - extra internet (they take amount for extra usage even though the bill plan says that the internet stops after limit)
                                  726 - TAX (YES TAX)

                                  now the total is 5700. balance 52.. god only knows for what they are charging this 52 for.

                                  when I talked to one of the customer care executive, she said that she will deduct 1500 and 167 as I said its not fair for me to pay when I didn't use but then she transferred the call to some higher executive as the amount is huge. and she said she can only deduct 1000. when I kept questioning them about this scam they tried to convince me or remained silent.

                                  tax 726?? seriously??


                                  AIRTEL IS SCAM. this is the last month I am ever going to use Airtel. anyway they gonna charge for the whole month if I disconnect now.

                                    Respected sir/Madam,
                                    I had given request for my no [protected] to be port from Reliance to Airtel on 23rd Dec 2015 to Airtel office. I had paid Rs 50/- for new SIM and I had submitted my photo and documents.
                                    Later I had dropped mail to Airtel nodal team, Bihar asking regarding status of my port request in reply of that Divya Kumud from nodal team confirms that although they had received my documents but port request was not initiated by Reliance.
                                    I had dropped mail again to Reliance asking about the issue and they confirmed that port code EB716183 initiated is right and no fault lies at their end.
                                    I dropped mail again to higher authority of Airtel, The appellate authority of Airtel Bihar and I got a strange reply form Mansi that they haven’t received my documents.
                                    While sending back to the same mail of nodal team, I got a mail from Airtel that port request has been initiated, I got SMS too on [protected] that its initiated.

                                    Later I had dropped two mail to Airtel regarding status and in reply of that I got same reply its in process.
                                    Later I dropped mail on 8th of jan 2016 and Mr. Thomas reply again strangely to provide me all documents and info.
                                    I had put a complain to TRAI & Dept of Telecom and in reply of that Miss Nance from Airtel is dropping me mail that they haven’t received my documents for port request.
                                    Now where the question comes of not receiving documents when Divya from nodal team confirms on 29th Dec 2015 that they had received my documents.
                                    I had gone through a lot of mental suffer in last 1 month and now I am not willing to port to Airtel but what I am looking for compensation for all my mental harrasenment.

                                      I have requested for AIRTEL broadband on 11/dec/2015, as i searched in internet about AIRTEL SERVICE, they asked my address so that they will confirm whether they have feasibility to provide connection, at that time they confirmed that they have feasibility to give connection but till now i didnt get any connection, As i already escalated the issue in AIRTEL, LEVEL 1)198 complaits
                                      LEVEL 2)NODAL OFFICE LEVEL 3)APPELLATE, As they confirmed to give connection i have disconnected my old broadband, now they are not providing new connection stating that there are some technical problems, and when ever i called customer service they are assuring me that they will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours like that totally 50 days completed, i want help in this regard
