Airtel — rude behavior by airtel staff
I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your branch located on mosque road, frazer town.
I am using prepaid 4g hub bearing number [protected] since last 2 years and today i walked into the above branch at 10:00 am to recharge and the recharge was not successful when i checked at home.
When i went to the same office complaining this issue, the staff there mis-behaved and talked rudely. This is not the first time this happened and the guys does not know how to talk to customers.
Kindly take this issue seriuosly and make sure such incidents do not repeat with other customers again.
