I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box infront of my main gate. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house main gate. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. So you are requested to remove or shift it within week after that we will not responsible for that.

    I received mobile activation message but still now there is no. Tower this number i need to activate very urgently. I think i will get solution as much earlier after this complaint. Im trying to contact airtel customer care not at all able contact i tried to solve this issue so many times

      I gave a mnp request at airtel showroom sembium (Airvoice) on 10th march - customer care explains that the request got denied on 12th march but the showroom people claim that information from customer care is wrong and are not initiating the next process-worst showroom needs action. Almost every customer is being treated like a slave-lady staff are arrogant and male staff back them up. They don't even bother to answer customer queries - worst treatment to customers

Almost every customer is being treated like a slave-lady staff are arrogant and male staff back them up. They don't even bother to answer customer queries - worst treatment to customers - customer care is also very much constrained and not taking complaints - my portability is struck because of them - worst support - i have called ten times to airtel customer care who don't take complaint or resolve the issue

        Changed airtel sim from 3g to 4g sim. Sent message of sim no. To 121 and got confirmation. Sent "1" for confirmation all messages with my old sim. Then received message that sms services will not work for 24 hrs. The old sim got deactivated. After two days, new 4g sim is still not working. Not sure whether it got activated. When i called customer care, i was informed that the new sim is activated. But, it is not working. Please help how to make the new sim work. Thanks.

            I got mail from RBI on 22nd Mar'18 that transaction not done from my side and also he mentioned clearly to reverse that amount to customer and also bank did not give any evidence to RBI that transaction done from customer end.so RBI advice to ICICI bank that they will reverse my deducted balance..

            As per RBI timeline already 3 working day's gone but still now i am not getting my deducted amount of Rs.19000

            Also, I visited home branch but they not ready to reverse/suggest me on the same ..

              This is arnab. I have the airtel number since last 5 years. On 2/3/18, suddenly i started receiving random calls. I suspected that my number must have been given to someone else. I called up the customer servuce and they confirmed the same. They said they would give me a call which i have never received. However, the issue was resolved by next day for few hours. After that my service got deactivated and there was no network. Called the customer service again and they said they would resolve the issue. However, no calls and issue was also not resolved. Again, i called up on 17/3 and shriram picked up the call. He put me on long holds and then when he could not do anything he passed on the call to biplav. Biplav promised that the issue would be resolved by 4 pm and he would call up by 5 p. M which he never did. Atrocious service with dumb people in customer service who do not have the basic courtesy. Till now no calls, no apologies, no service... And this is my primary number

                I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from thane-bhiwandi-kasheli (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

                1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

                2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

                3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

                I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                  I am facing network issue with my airtel postpaid connection from last two weeks. I had raised complain with airtel cust care on same.
                  But sadly network issue is still not resolved. Airtel cust care also refused to deliver replacement sim. I don't understand what kind of attitude is this? What is the use of any mobile network if it's network is almost always says "no network", what am i paying for? What's the use of airtel number if i am not even able to make call to 121???

                  Is airtel going aircel way? I think airtel silently wants it's customer to start moving to other service provider because with this service (No service) to customer i don't think any customer can stay with airtel.

                    I purchased this sim apx last 10 days n activated 559 plan unlimited 4g, since the day the pack is activated never got feeling that of 4g.net runs the speed of 4.1k/s n so on whenever i contact customer care regarding the same they say everything is ok from our side u mifht be in outer area even though i m in main market n home network. Sometimes i get a reply system is down from 4 hours plz contact after 4 hours. Such a drastic experience of buying a 4g sim from airtel. I lodged a complaint on 12th march with complaint id ot[protected] and it is also lying pending since as on date. I request u to check out such wrong advertisement played by airtel l8ke sabse strong network, hum pahuche waha jaha koi na ho. Very much dissatisfied.

                      I have been trying to get airtel broadband connection from past 2 years, but my request always get rejected by saying there is no feasibility of service.
                      I already have installed connect broadband connection but its speed is pathetic. I live in chandigarh and my house is hardly 500 meters away from showrooms where airtel broadband is available; and i think this is not a long distance for airtel to place a new source of connection. And lots of people want your broadband service here so please do the needful airtel.

                        2) i'm a bussines men i will attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss?

                        I was coerced into buying a hotspot when i insisted on a dongle - i accepted it, but after that the employee named rani at the shivaji park airtel gallery in mumbai gave me this hotspot with out the data card and the sim card without installing it. No receipt was given to me, it was only when i viewed the you tube videos, i realized that installation of the hotspot requires a data card and
                        A sim. I feel as an educated person - a teacher in fact i feel solely cheated by your employee as no other employee came to correct her.
                        I am not sure how many customers have been cheated in this manner, i am most certainly very upset - at the honesty policy of your employees,

                          Hi, i'm facing the issue regarding porting. I'm ported my number from bsnl to airtel. To my shock i'm only able to do outgoing calls, people who are trying to call me are receiving the info that the number does not exist, but i'm able to call from this ported number, it's been 10 hours since the issue had been started, please does the needful, i shall be waiting for your assistance to this matter.

                            Sir, i accidentally recharged the number [protected], instead of my number [protected], through mobikwik.

                            The amount was inr 425, and the transaction id was en[protected]. I tried calling the person, and he was playing dumb, though he did say that the number was an airtel prepaid.

                            I called airtel customer service on 121, and the executive was fairly uncooperative. The only solution he could provide was to get in touch with the concerned person, and request him to recharge my number. Also, when i requested that he confirm the recharge to the wrong number, he expressed his inability, and redirected me to airtel prepaid. I was on the line for close to 10 minutes, but no one answered, and i was forced to listen to nonsensical advertising.

                            Botth produce the same error: "no keyword match, enter proper message"

                            While i acknowledge my mistake, i expected airtel to be more co-operative about this, as the wrong number was also an airtel customer. While this was indeed my mistake, i would like to say the following:
                            1.in 2013, and airtel sales executive defrauded me of inr 300, claiming that it was for a security deposit, and didn't issue a reciept. Airtel repeatedly refused to co-operate. The ticket id is ref17842202. Till date, i haven't got the money back. I have used many service providers, and have never encountered anybody as unscrupulous as airtel.
                            2. There was great harassment while trying to port my number from kolkata to delhi circle, ref18195147, and an e-mail to the nodal officer, who also couldn't help.

                            So, considering that airtel finds it okay to
                            1) defraud me of inr 300
                            2) harass me while i try to port my number
                            3) not co-operate when it easily can
                            4) has a nonsensical aadhaar linking policy (This is a big story in itself),
                            It is obvious that airtel does not value me as a customer. Hence, i have had enough, and have sent a port out request to 1900. I will port out on monday.

                              I have changed my number from aircel to airtel. But then i'm not able to receive any incoming calls. Though outgoing is working fine. Could you please resolve this asap. As i'm facing more issues because of this. I want this to be get resolved asap. I'm really frustrated because of this issue. Please look into this issue and resolve this asap.                                   Kindly check and cancel one recharge since this is a special offer recharge and not a top up. If the recharge cannot be cancelled then please provide an extension of validity for 180 days since the recharge has been made twice. Otherwise please refund the money of one recharge back to the same account.

Lekin 14 february ko airtel secure se mujhe call aayi or bola gya ki apne mobile ko khud damage kiya h. Uske baad bhi maine baar baar apko mail ki ki maine mobile ko damage nhi kiya h. Lekin aap airtel baar baar mujhe alag alag baat batate h. Kbhi kahte h ki maine mobile damage kiya h, kbhi khte h ki maine jo mail ki usme photo me screen damage nhi dikhai de rha or kbhi khte h ki maine dilivery time pr damage mobile receive kyo kiya. Dekhiye me abhi bhi kah rha hu maine khud se na he mobile damage kiya h. Aapke airtel secure ne mere mmobile ko damage kiya h.
                                      Me baar baar mail kar ke preshan ho chuka hu. Airtel meri problem ka koi solution nhi kar rha h

                                      Last 2 months I have again & again complaint for my damage handset htc one a9. Airtel secure damage my handset repair time but he is rejected my claim. No solution for my problem.
