I have ported my airtel no. From maharashtra to rajasthan and while airtel gave promise that previous balance will get transfer i haven't received the balance for my above mobile no. But received for other no. I. E. [protected].
I am unable to understand as customer care said that balance will not get transferred and instead of my regular complaints i haven't received previous balance of rs. 400/- which was deducted by service activations.
I am really disappointed and will discontinue 4 connections which i am using of airtel.

Still haven't received any suggestions from airtel company. Haven't received benefits of rs. 399 plan for 84 days but received only for 28 days. Airtel is not at all good and cooperating.

    I've recharged my number with 4g data services but data service is really bad. Its speed is not even like 2g data service. It's been happening for a few days now. I did not pay for such degraded data services. I didn't complain earlier because your towers were not functioning well and i waited so that the problem will be solved. But now it's getting irritating.

      I recharged my airtel no. -[protected] with ₹349 (Unlimited voice call and 1 gb/day data) on july 19 th. The service was supposed to continue for 28 days. However the service terminated just after 11 day on 30th of july. It even deducted remaining money in my balance. I have been a customer of airtel for a while. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible

        I have ported out 3 numbers to airtel and the person followed me frantically to hand over the documents. Now one of my numbers is out of network from pevious operator and airtel sim is yet not activated. I have been trying to get in touch with this person but she is not not responding ans avoiding my calls. I am stuck since this number belongs to.           Very poor airtel mobile signal network in my house no. No.11-81/2, between ayyappaswamy temple and church, urella road, ganesh nagar colony, chevella vil and mandal, rr dist, telangana-501503. We are using these mobile nos. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in my home. We are facing very much difficulty in making very important official and personal calls and receiving calls and most of the calls are dropping out while speaking. Also facing much problem in using mobile internet due to very poor signal 24/7 for the last five (5) years. We have already made several complaints to the airtel customer care, but they have not rectified the signal problem till today. Please rectify the airtel mobile signal network at my home urgently.

            Its most humbly request to resolve the issue and forbid the monopoly act of airtel by providing fake/fraudulent information of recharge to the customer and cheating the customer by deducting the balance of customer and after ward when customer approached for benefit then getting reply o[censored]nwanted issues and that it was unlimited calling but with 300 minute only like that. If any such issues exist why not to give information to the customer while recharging only. Why to cheat the customer. Its very wrong practice and i have been harassaed and given loss of all the hard earned money and not benefit have been provided on this issue. I have offers this plan and recharged on [protected] 25 jun and benefit shown by company as for 70 days unlimited std/local call with no restriction information. But it benefit was for 28 days only and all balance getting deducted. I am suffering for balance deduction since 22 jul and i approached the airtel customer care rep, executive, nodal officer mpcg three different agencies concerned and 198 all goes in vein and ultimately loss to me for balance. Such fraudulent and cheated mean company to be never utilized by the customer who did not give the benefit to customer. Really its painful and harassment to the customer by the airtel. Its not the issue with the money, but such mnc if do like that fraudelent for there benefit on the shake of earning money, is really disgusting. Hope for some positive action and acknowledgment by the team. Request for urs intervention please.

              During an international roaming with my aitel number, all my balance got deducted by bharti airtel ltd which is around rs 1100/-

              I have raised two complaints, the airtel team is saying you have received call from some numbers and we charger 540, 270, 180... Etc. But i have not received any calls during the date and time mentioned in that complaint. Even my mobile not ringed. I have requested them to investigate it?

              I am quite warring to these type of things from airtel which is the largest telecommunications company in india. Which is un ethical and un fair, and just simply looting from the customers with out any service but they are promising the customers as they will provide unlimited incoming call to their customers during he international roaming. Which is not true.

              Hi Team, Looks likes Bharti Airtel continues looting balance... I an giving 10 lack rupees challenge to Bharti Airtel on this Issue. I have not received any update from your end but you marked as resolved by crediting 150+150 to my account. you have deducted 1589 from my account and showing 89 is to be deducted in next recharges. Please prove all your deduction in my account and will pay you 10, 00, 000 rupees on spot to Bharti airtel limited. I will challenge you, you have deducted all my amount with out providing/using any service from you. you are saying international roaming is free but you are looting. Learning: Airtel have open network but only secrete billing which they could not provide any justification. Please provide me complete justification on my deductions, Which you have mentioned earlier even I have not received any call to my mobile which your sim card.( you can get full information by the service provider in Uruguay. ).                 I have recharged with 349 rs pack i. E on 29th july and my money got deducted and i didnot got my recharge done and. Getting. To connect with customer care executive and it's really troubling me to clear. This issue... Pls revert back my mobile number [protected]. Airtel mumbai... It's my engagement tomorrow and i. Trying to cal. My love it's really a bad experience with airtel. Services... I'm not understanding how to reach a customer care executive... All.                   I have subscription till aug 16 it was 3+1 month subscription offer provided. Almost all days in july the digital service was not available.

                    I am a very old customer of airtel and have been using airtel gsm prepaid, postpaid as well as broadband connection at my home and office. I subscribed to airtel secure service after seeing much hyped advertisements on tv. The mere fact that my phone is already under warranty, i had an extra out cover and tampered glass on my phone, and i still decided to invest in it's insurance clearly show how much i am concerned about my phone and take care of it.

                    On 09/07/2017 i was walking down the street when i slipped due to wet road as it rained in the morning, and my handset fell down and the touchscreen developed cracks. Though the phone was working i spoke to airtel and they advised to file a claim for physical damage.in spite of all the documents uploaded, i repeatedly kept on getting emails from them asking for a pic of the phone with the battery removed. Finally my claim was submitted after on 18/07/2017 i. E. After 10 days of rigorous follow up with them trying to make them understand that my phone's battery is not removable.

                    Now after 11 days i received an email from them saying claim rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property. Can somebody explain me how you are supposed to handle the phone while accidentally slipping on a road? My phone did have an outer cover as well as extra tampered glass to protect it from a damage in case of minor impact by felling down. The screen broke as it was a major impact as i slipped and fell down with a "good enough impact" causing myself to get injured and the phone screen damage.

                    If this is not, what the hell is "an accident" then? I am without a phone for 11 days and now they are saying claim rejected due to improper handling? Do you mean to say i slipped on the road and broke my phone and my body for a pleasure? What a ridiculous lame excuse for not keeping your promise and providing a service for which you are charging me me every month. And what is this insurance company now? I am paying to airtel for their airtel-secure plan being advertised on tv all the times to assure me of complete care and repair of my phone in case of accidental or liquid damage and now since that has happened they are passing the buck onto somebody else?

                    I want somebody "logical" to immediately look into this and arrange to get the phone repaired and delivered to me at the earliest failing which i would be left with no other option than to proceed with the legal proceeding with district consumer forum to safeguard my rights as a consumer and get the service for which i am being charged and am in a contract with airtel.

                    Dear Mr. Rakesh, At the outset I would like to thank you for looking into this one for me especially when I was loosing hope of getting any resolution/help from Airtel.

                    To update you, I received a call from one of your staff members this evening and after analyzing the situation we reached the conclusion that while filling up the claim form, under "Description of Incident", they only thing that is mentioned is that the handset fell while I was walking down the street. The Actual Complete incident that I slipped and fell down on the road was not mentioned therein.

                    I was advised me to raise a fresh claim in "My Airtel App" mentioning the complete incident in order for my claim to be processed and approved. I did try to do that, however it does not seem to be accepting the fresh claim and does not proceed any further when i click on "Submit Claim" after inputting all the required information and uploading the documents required. I feel it is due to the fact that a claim is already under process and in on "Handset Delivery stage" since 27.07.2017.

                    The only way to proceed here seems to be "editing the current claim description". Kindly advice.

                    Waiting for further instruction if anything needs to be done from my end in order to get this resolved. Hoping to hear from you soon as I am without my phone for about 26 days now.

                    This happened to me as well. Airtel outright rejected my claim mentioning that it is a improper handling.
                    I too a very old customer to airtel. Deeply disappointed with airtel and moving out of airtel now.

                    In my case it was liquid damage due to sudden downpour when i stuck in Bngalore traffic.

                      I recharge two times 35 + 35= 70 rupess balance cut from my account from my airtel sim but not get my offer on my number...                             My issue is:
                            I have recharged using my airtel app (Registered with mobile no [protected]) and also through website on 29th july (Today) by amount rs. 499. On first attempt i got message that recharge got failed and hence i tried it second, third time with same amount.
                            Later i found that my balance got deducted three times. After that i recharged rs. 349 but same problem appeared. Can you guys take a look into this issue.

                              I would like to bring in to your attention that my prepaid connection [protected] (My name is gandhiraj. S) having sim number[protected]. I had purchased this card from airtel show room in chennai, tiruvanmiyur (Acentes building branch) on july 17, 2011. I have changed my network aircel to airtel without change my number. Now i went to airtel showroom to link my aadhar card with my sim however they informed that my number has tagged with different customer name hence i unable to link my aadhar with my sim. I called customer care service and confirmed the same (Call ref no:- [protected]). I dully completed the all the required documents required by the airtel hence they changed my number aircel to airtel (I hope you, will understand that it is not easy to change without my proof). Please let me know the reason why my number has tagged with different customer name (Prabhakar) and who is responsible to correct this issue and provide easy way to link my aadhar and address proof with my mobile number. This error has done by airtel end hence my connection should not be disconnect at any cost. Please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  This is the worst network in india. It gives a speed of 100 kpbs in a city like bangalore and no one is there to solve this problem after many complaints. I think you should freaking remove the tag "fastest network in india" and should shut your company down. I am switching to jio if the same problem continues in the future.                                     I received a bill of rs 1330.38 in this month (July) and they said that the extra amount has been charged for extra data consumption though i am having active data plan and my airtel app is showing that i have 1.25 gb data remaining.

                                    I do not know how can they charge for extra data consumption while i have not used the full data.

                                      Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                                      I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one. Airtel.in and redirect every site traffic.
                                      It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

                                      I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
                                      I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                                      I have the same problem here. I almost give up on airtel.
                                      I am facing the same problem now. I called up customer care. They don't seem to understand the problem. Then how will they resolve? Totally fed up with Airtel
