I recharged my airtel number with the 399 pack on the 23rd of July but all I could use was 1GB for two days instead of 1GB/day for 84 days and unlimited calls. Is this a fraud Offer or does it really work? Rs 399 is a great deal of money for a lot of people including me and I hope you will live up to your name. I am very disappointed and disheartened by this.
Please do something about it or refund my money.

I am facing frequent issue with my airtel network. Calls gets disconnected very frequently. I am facing this issue very often. There is a huge network fluctuation. I have tried calling there customer care often but it never get me through any representative.
It is hampering my work a lot as many important call are getting disconnected in the middle.

This is regarding the issue where outstanding amount is still pending on my closed broadband connectivity even after paying the amount.

I got a call from airtel customer care on saturday july 22nd around 12:23 pm from number [protected] and told me that if i pay my outstanding amount of rs 1768.33 on the same day then i'll have to pay only rs 1414 as there is a waiver of 20% applicable on the outstanding...

cannot reach customer care executive with valid ivr options

Whenever i call on 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer.
This is worst service, as a customer i have no way to solve my problem....

I called many time but they give me new setting. On 22 july when i called customer care they told me that you have recharge with third party (Paytm) becoz of that they will not provide me full benefits. I told them that this thing is not mention anywhere. But they dnt refund...

I have applied twice in the last two months, for broadband.
The first time the agent took a cheque and documents, tried for three days could not provide the connection

Second time was just 4 days back, the agent took documents and cheque, and has disappeared, cant be reached on phone.

Most of the airtel agents are frauds and cheaters,
Airtel does not seem to be worried about the competition killing...
