Airtel had created a huge hullabaloo about 'declaring a war on roaming', and had promised no premium charges on outgoing while on roaming w. E. F from april 1, 2017. However, premium charges are being levied on my numbers while on roaming. Several attempts at contacting customer care have not yielded any satisfactory response. Please refund and correct subsequent bills.

I have received a message from your team that i have an offer applicable for 399 with unlimited internet and calls for 84 days validity. I just not able to find the same in airtel app, so i called customer care and spoke regarding this. They are telling me i dont have that offer applicable for me. I came in airtel store in t nagar to convert my postpaid number to prepaid twice but each time they said there is some network problem. I am a very old customer of airtel and never faced such problem anywhere in india. Executive here are not willing to collect the documents. I am working and can't come in weekdays. Now they are saying to come tomorrow. Please resolve the issue asap....

I am using airtel broadband from past one year. I am having frequent issue with connection. I could not work my office work due to net work fluctuation. I am playing monthly 1320 per month and recently. I am facing the issue with connection also. I am keep on contacting the airtel and issue still not resolved. Following up from past 1 month.

My name is sanjiv and using airtel postpaid mobile no. We received the bill of last month rs. 900.73 but when we are going to pay this exact amount via airtel payment website this amount is not valid. They are asking for rs 901. Why. This way if they are taking rs. 0.27 from each consumer then you can calculate how much money they are taking extra from consumers.

I recharges my sim with 399 scheme a few days ago and i have not been given any kind of beneffits at all

His is true. Airtel dth is the worst service i ever used in my life. They have utter disregard for the customers. I have registered a complaint one week back and called the customer care 4 or 5 times and what they do is raise a complaint each time and say it will be resolved in 24 hours.
