[protected] his person not start my service to airtel porting [protected] this number my vodafone service stop a friday 28/07/2017 and not start airtel service. This 2 person is not properly guide me not start aritel service so pls my porting number [protected] start quickly other vise i m go to consumer court this time

One among lakhs o[censored]nsatisfied customer with Airtel. Got a new connection and its about 3 months and within this 3 months, i have registered the complaint for 3 times because of the Line not working issue. Worst network provider. No permanent solution, only temporary solution. WORST!!!
Hello I have sufficient balance in my phone.but my pH internet is not working since 2 months.kindly do something.

    I am adding the ref no. Of the discussion i had with one of the airtel rep - [protected].

    They were supposed to minus 200 rs from my account and mentioned this will reflect in the next bill. Bill was generated and i received it in my email account and was charged the same amount i spoke to mr. Viplav he promised this will reflect in the next cycle. They expect me to call and request them again for the clarification. If you forget the previous conversation and the promise you had to pay the complete amount again

      Hi, i have upgraded new internet dth box. I got a message stating since change in package box maintenance cover is withdrawn. I got a new box and you should provide maintenance free. Solve the issue. I tried calling 12150 and 44448080 line is disconnected the moment i press 2. No one from airtel called me to solve the issue. For the new box i need warranty for the same.

        I called to airtel customer care service, my call get connected chandigarh call centre the agent was ramesh pawar i requested to transfer this call to his manager...

          I got recharge Rs.399.00 on dated 26.07.17 Trans ID [protected]. with 1GB/day 4GB/3G for 4G HS & unlimited all local & std calls. I used internet only for two days. After that there is no availabity of that plan. When i use internet it deducts charges from my balance.

            Good morning

            I requested for a postpaid connection online. The sim was delivered to me and also i got a call to choose the number.

            Airtel representative took 250 rs in advance and said your number will be activated within 24 hours.

            Now. It's been 3 days and there is no response from anywhere. I can't find a way to talk to customer care representative because the customer care number has automated reply and there is no option to talk to someone in person.

            My allotted number is: [protected]. Please do the needful.

            I expect a positive response from this or i have to believe it's a bad management and have to rethink about my other airtel dth and broadband subscriptions.

              I have a prepaid airtel connection [protected].

              I got the offer of rs 399.
              I did the recharge from airtel app on 31st july 2017.
              And i got the message as "your 399 bill has been processed".
              Mine connection is prepaid, so, how i can get a postpaid payment bill.
              My money got deducted from my bank for rs 399, and i got nothing.

              Again i recharged with rs 399 on 31st july 2017, this time result came as "transaction failed"
              And again money got deducted.

              So, i had a total loss of 399+399 = rs 798

              I called so many times to customer care, but airtel do not provide any easy option to talk to their customer care. Nothing is transparent in airtel.
              I am fed up of its fake services and offers.

              I want my money back.

                  Dear sir we haven't found airtel 3g / 4g network till date. I informed lots of time through airtel open network. But neither any reply nor the issue has been solved.in this era we are compelled to use 2g network at our location.. Kindly inform us if any chance is there. Otherwise we have to switch over to another network. I have already 4 connection of airtel in my family. But this is not my own problem this is the problem of entire locality. The airtel network is just 200 meters away from my home but no any advantage..

When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else?                       I've raised uncountable complaints yet i haven't received my phone. You guys told me that i'll get my phone by 24th july. Where is it? First you people misuse my phone by accessing my profile on facebook, whatsapp, gmail, instagram. Then book cabs on my name through my phone. Then go through my photos, notes, messages and everything. Then you people have audacity to tell me that "madam you don't trust us"... How the hell can i trust you???

                      You guys have kept my phone and using it continuously and there's no reply on my complaints!!! Why is that so???

                      Give my phone back! There's a limit of misusing something and you people have crossed your limits. I want all the money back where your employee used my data-pack for using cabs for him in ola and i also need my money which ola company has charged me because your employee was using it. I want compensation for what you guys have put me through from past 2 months!

                      You people have pathetic service. And now i can expect a reply with a canned responses. Stop irritating me and give my phone back!!!

                        Dea guy team,

                        My sim corresponding mobile no is [protected]. The number initially belonged to vodafone - chennai area and it was ported to airtel - jharkand on july 2016. The sim was active until 15th july 2017 morning.

                        Actually due to sim loss post that, i had deactivated the sim and received the same number from lalpur airtel store in ranchi and tried to activate it on 30th july. However my sim is not being detected at all. When i had called the customer care they informed me that, this sim is a vodafone no and they were refusing to register a complain and assured me a call back within 4 hrs which i never got.

                        It's extremely shocking to see that mobile number being operated for one year and customer care representative telling sim do not belong to the mobile carrier. I'm extremely shocked with the response of the sim and this being my primary no i'm cut off from all my contacts.

                              This is sathienthira from chennai, i already gave 3 complaints against airtel for asking money disconnected time, but they did not contact with me, even when i write email they not replay, but closing the case by saying trying to contact with me unable reach, am clearly saying that u can write to my email why they don't do so, why again & again telling lie many time, if they want money they can beg door to door as a beggar rather than doing like this no one cheating money minned company is airtel
                              We need new bill only the period o[censored]sing not for disconnected time
                              We doug business through this number most of my business peoples having this number my bank connected to this number unable to do any online transecting

                              Problems still not solve, still my number [protected] disconnected, unable to do online banking, even I asked to Airtel revised my bill still they not Doug, still they did not write any email to me, bec I am in a meditation class phone not allowed to use only break time, so Airtel better to write ur solution to my email than calling then I will c is that OK to me, not only that but also when Airtel officer calling telling one thing but when they writing, wrote as against when they call, so either writing team telling lies or calling team telling lies, bec true is one. When calling told me we bared but u used the number, but writing they told we bared then unbarred ur number so which is true, our kind request bec of above two reason write us

                                I am having 25 nos airtel connection in my company and in person. I have shifted to my new house at # 35, air force enclave, dhakoli, zirakpur on 3rd july, 2017. I observed that there was no signal in side the house. I lodged the complaint twice on 121 which were acknowledged however closed without resolving. I lodged the complaint 3rd time 5 days back. The staff from airtel visited and confirmed that there is no signal in my house. I was informed the upgradation is required to be done, however no time was defined for this purpose.
                                No tangible and satisfactory reply have been given by the senior executive. I have requested to acknowledge the complaint and conversation which was denied.
                                If i donot get any time limit for resolving the problem, i would like to deport my numbers to vodafone which has excellent connectivity.

                                Thanks, at least my complaint and concern has been acknowledged this time. However, no time schedule has been indicated to resolve the problem which has been confirmed and acknowledged by Airtel Team after their site visit. A call (31.07.2017) from some Executive told to be some senior executive has assured to revert back in 4 days. I shall patiently wait further for this call. If the call is received after getting the problem resolved then I shall continue with Airtel with THANKs, otherwise I shall exercise my prerogative to shift all my office and personal numbers to the service provider which is having excellent signal and net work coverage inside my house.

                                My complaint is pending since 18th July, 2017. No progress has been made on my complaint. No satisfactory reply from 121, it is told "jaldi resolve kar diya jayega" lekin kab tak, they are unable to assure. No status is shared by any of their staf[censored]nless, I repeatedly call them. Vodafone has very good signal here. I opt to PORT all my Airtel mobile numbers to Vodafone. DEFINITELY THAT WILL BE DAMAGING AND SHAME ON AIRTEL

                                  I have recharged 399, according to offer benefit is UL Local/STD calls, 1GB/day, 100 messages/day and 70 days validity, i have confirmed 2 times before recharge and not getting benefit i called and registered compliant but it's not resolved, complaint no.is CMBNR[protected].
                                  Plz me on this ASAP

                                    I have made a call then it show that you have zero balance in your account so it creates inconvenience for me so it is requested to you to resolve my problem as soon as possible
