My airtel number [protected] is operational at a56, surya nagar ghaziabad 201010. There are no signals at this place. A complaint was lodged on 11th july 17
Got many calls from your cervice centre to visit my place. Then suddenly i get a message that i can't be connected. If the signals are poor or nil, how can i be contacted? I conveyed to your representative on 198 that there should be no billing for the period i could not use the services. I am told that i don't have options but to pay and that too in a most rude way. The voice recording may be checked for this.
Airtel has at least proved to me that it is a company with least sensitivity towards its customers problems. I am porting out if my problem is not solved within next 24 hours.

    Dear service team,

    Hi, this is mr. Pardeep kumar from panchkula (Haryana) having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my sim 3-4 days back, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

    Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

      Iam a telenor customer, some tele callers have called me and said to postpaid my network from telnor to airtel postpaid, they said that first month of your postpaid plan is free with unlimited calling, after the first month you can convert from airtel postpaid to prepaid, so i accepted their offer, they gave me a new simcard and im in the first month of that airtel postpaid, now the airtel customer care have said that there is no such type of offer, you have to pay that bill. So i need a serious action among that tele callers and on airtel network

        Dear sir,
        I am facing problem regarding airtel 399 pack.in the month of april i was recharge with the same amount and i was easily use this pack but when this pack validity close. I check my offer through offer dialling the number there is mentioning 399 offer is available for your number and also i confirmed this offer through my airtel apps after recharge this amount, in my phone internet not run because suddenly the pack is applicable only for 4 g handset as well as 4g sim.
        My com[plain is why customer care department not intimate me that this offer is now not for 3g handset and 3g phone and also why indicate this offer on my number as well as in my airtel apps

          Being a airtel customer for more then 10 years, the sim card was deactivated within 90 days, it a request to activate the sim card, because it an old number, and the number has been registered in banks and many other things. Now the sim card is been recycled and is in a shop! I[censored] understand that the number is very important and i[censored] can priorties this complaint so that the sim card is not issued to someone else.

            I had done a recharge of 349 today. The recharge clearly stated that it would give free std and local calls. But as it seems, it is only giving internet for 28 days and not free calls. This was not expected from a reputed company of airtel. Below is the attached image of the recharge they promise to provide. I want my money back from them asap.

              My number is DND registered but still getting unsolicited calls and sms. I got a call from this number [protected]. call dated[protected] time 4:49 pm. at first they were asking me about my sbi credit card details etc. when i didn't want to give, then she started speaking all rubbish. Then start giving bad words and threatening me.

                I have cell bearing No.[protected] post paid. every time they are not accounting my payments. over phone they bal. as 561/- and while paying it is 1158/- today 5 minutes before. hence could not pay today. instruct to promptly account lest i will surrender the number and cancel. expect early action.

                  /i have raised a complain regarding no network with my airtel sim and got to know that my sim card has been deactivated w. E. F. 13th july 2017 because of no usage during last 90 days and i got 15 days grace period to get it activated and i can get it activated from any of the nearby airtel store by paying inr 20.
                  Went to nearby airtel store at vikas marg, laxminagar and waited there for more than an hour. First of all they denied to issue it to me and asked me to go to any up airtel store and when i insisted they told me that it has been issued to someone else on 19th of july 2017. How could a company do this to any of their valuable customer? They issued the sim to someone else even before the grace period provided to me? This is a very unethical practice on behalf of your customer and its really not acceptable. I want my sim number back cause this number has been registered everywhere in bank, adhhar card, at my workplace and everywhere.

                    My name is ronak agrawal. I have ported my vodafone sim in airtel netwrok.
                    I am using the postpaid plan of rs. 499.
                    Few days before i have received a call from airtel store regarding the plan offer, at that time they have promised me for the plan of rs. 499 per month in which they are providing the facility of "unlimited calling for local and std + 15 gb net pack for life time".
                    On 26.7.2017 my sim is being ported into airtel, when i checked my data pack it is showing only 5 gb for per month.
                    I have talked to customer care they are telling that my extra 10 gb plan will be valid for only 3 month.
                    But at time of plan offering they said that the plan for 15 gb will be valid for life time, it means they have made me the false claim regarding the offers.
                    So please pay attention on this matter and sort it out the matter.

                      My contact is [protected]. I activated a data pack for rs.10 value 50 mb for 2 days in the morning of date 26/07/2017. On the morning of 27/07/2017 balance is deducted from my main account balance of rs.30 and left only 1.40 rs. I got a message of 10 mb data remaining. I still have 0.39 mb balance while i am checking for it. While inquiring from customer care they say my balance is deducted for using net after expiry of internet pack.

                      Complaint : i didn't get any message of expiry of my data pack. Till now. How you can deduct balance from my account without informing me about expiry of my data pack. (Even though it says 0.39 mb data left). This policy of airtel is very frivolous and my balance has been deducted many times this way and i am feeling looted by airtel.

                      I want my deducted balance back as well. I request airtel to inform its customers who use a daily pack or two, three days packs that their data has expired and from main account the data will be deducted now through a message to all its customers.

                            Am very frustrated with airtel intranet. So many time am calling to customers service. But not getting any solution always giving excuse like get a duplicate sim and you will not face problems but result is same after this am again call them they told me use second mobile. Am doing same but not getting solution. Again i call them and they told me our engineer will come there and check but no one is come. Stop making fool us and wasting time. I never recommend use airtel sim they are busy with adds. Making fool with adds like best network #.

                              Without any prior information, airtel has been charging me for crazy racer game. I have no idea what the crazy racer game is and i have never ever activated it, neither have i played it. I'm based in uk at the moment and has to keep my sim active for official purpose. But it seems every week, money from my main account is been getting deducted without any information. This kind of act is very discouraging for me as a customer to use this service. It's a very dishonest and unpleasant experience which i have been facing.

                                My Name is Karankumar, and My simple question is, how Airtel company can stop my incoming services if I couldn't pay the mobile bills while my credit limit is greater than my bills?

                                Airtel is not really providing the good services to their customers as what they're advertising.

                                My credit limit is 1000

                                Then why my incoming services are on hold actually my number is suspended by Airtel.

                                  I have two mobiles having airtel network service. I am faciing mobile network problem for the last 4-5 months. I do not receive calls and if i receive one, i cannot hear the voice or it disconnects because of disrupted network connectivity. Network connectivity comes and goes. Most of the time i see the network triangle on my phone blank. Then i complained to airtel on 24th july 2017 with ref. No. Cogcl[protected]. The same day i got a message that network se sambandhit asthayi samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai. Apna phone on aur off kijiye. I did the same but to no avail. Again i complained on 25th july 2017 with ref. No. Ccdrp[protected]. Again i recd the same message the same day "aapke airtel mobile par network connectivity samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai. Seva phir se shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch off switch onb kijiye. And i did the same but to no use. I still have the same problem. At present, there is zero network on my mobiles. I want the solution of my problem otherwise there is no use of keeping these phones/airtel service with me if i cannot receive a call in emergency also.

                                    I raised a broadband connection request (Airtel.in) online on 13th july and the next day a person came to collect my documents made me do an online payment of 3897 (Caf 4306962). Since then until today i have called over 15 times to 1. The person who collected my documents to share the status of my connection and he claimed it will be installed tomorrow for the first 5 times and then later when i called him his answers were. I am sleeping (Really - do you get paid for sleeping? Is an a customer centric answer airtel?) when called during morning hours and did not answer calls later at night neither called back. 2. Called 121 every day for over 7 days with every singe agent transferring me to supervisor and those genuises claming the connection will be installed the next day 'they guaranteed'. I no longer trust airtel or anyone claiming they will do it, because the behaviour of the company is no longer trustworthy. Their people who represent them are completey fake and are capable of making false promises. I am lno longer interested in the connection or provide my details to someone over the 121 number or an emai for the 16/17/18th time and so on i am done explaining and wasting time. I have spend every single morning doing this for over 30 mins on call with agent & been on hold for long minutes duration and there is no result of either installation or a refund. Bad job airtel, i will never recommend anyone airtel broadband or their services. Fake people and false gaunrantees. Take money on day one and forget.

You are declaing that you shared resolution details, WHAT RESOLUTION DETAILS? I only got a call asking for me to send a copy of CAF payment screenshot, to investigate the issue further. Is that what you call RESOLUTION? Where is my money, its been a week that i sent that screenshot. LIARS!

                                      My sim stopped working suddenly on 23rd july, 2017. I got it replaced on 25th july, 2017 and it is still not activated.
                                      This is my only number and it is linked everywhere (Bank etc).
                                      3 days without an active number has been a nightmare and i can't bear it anymore. Today, i visited airtel service centre again to get issue fixed but they refused to help as i reached after their service hours. This issue is on your side, not mine, so i should not be the one chasing. I have been with airtel for 3 years now, and such irresponsible behaviour is never welcome.
                                      Kindly, fix it by today or i will take actions.

                                        This's surendhiran r, im using a airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] since 2006, im working in malaysia from 2012 and carried this number for my bank otp and other transactions

                                        Recently last month 07 june 2017 my number got deactivated and my father went to check with the airtel store in trichy within the grace period (19 june 2017 - 22 june 2017) but there was no proper reply from customer care and "said will check and come back"and i reached india on 24 june and personally went to the airtel store and i got the same reply and they registered the complaint late on 26 june 2017, i told my situation that im back to malaysia on 02 july 2017 then they said ask your father to come and check again, finally they said cannot be reactivate the number again.

                                        And i made a so many complained in online and got a call from bangalore airtel customer care[protected] on 12 july 2017 the person said still the number is registered under my name and said will escalate to next level after that i got call from different persons from airtel customer care every time they are saying will escalate the issue to concern department but till now im not getting a proper solution and the number is not activated..

                                        As my number is linked to aadhar card, pancard, passport, voter id, driving license and bank as well, im struggling now and unable to do my bank transactions and other things

                                        Help me to reactivate the number again

                                        As the airtel store customer care person registered the complaint late and im loosing the number.

                                        Its been almost a more than one month im contacting a customer care and airtel store but till now i didnt get any proper solution on this for reactivation of my number.

                                        Even i send a email to the nodel office but they are not ready to escalate this issue to the technical team and simply saying the number is deactivated

                                        The mistake made by a airtel store customer care till now no one is not responsible for this issue, i seen a worst response from the unprofessional airtel customer care

                                        Kindly check this issue on a immediate basis and help me to reactivate the number again as im in need of this number urgently
                                        Appreciate your swift reply and reactivation my number on urgent basis
